I Purchased Refrigerator on 23-Aug-2010 from Bansal Electronic, gurgaon, Invoive# 37959. Within a six month i found defect in door closing system in lower part.Actually it is two door system. Freezer part was Ok but fault was in main door that is mainly used. I called in service center and one service man came and did the temporary work only by pasting the rubber.

Few days later same problem arose and then service center asked to push tightly while closing it. Now the lower portion of refrigerator stop cooling and company asked for paid service only.

These people had waiting to complete it one year warranty.

Already call the LG Center but still is waiting to come somebody.

    refrigerator is not working

    I have purchased a 240 lts frostfree refrigerator model no-GL258VA5 ( Invoice no-498 dt.19.10.10)from LG shoppe at puja mall,kharagpur.It worked without any trouble for 6 months then suddenly gone out of order. It was attended by your service engineer twice during the warantee period, some tripping device was reset by him & it was stated that nothing is unusual it is a simple problem.However the refrigerator become inoperative in last...

    I have registered a complain for change of outer body of my LG Top loading fully automatic washing machine at LG customer care no. Date of complain was 14July2012 and complain no.is : RNA[protected]. On 16 July 2012 a representative from LG service center, sector 63 visited for assessing damage and told that the machine has to be sent to the service center in sector 63 for repair and for which will pick it up from my residence.( Which is just one kilometer away) and the repair work will take 4-5 days. Since then I have been calling people at the service center (phone no:[protected] but the machine has not yet been picked up. LG claims that under its 211 service the response to complain is given within 2 days but seems their this claim is fake. Every time I call up the service center I am assured that the washing machine will be picked up in within 24 hrs but 6 days have gone and nothing has happened. PLEASE HELP.

    LG Washing M/c — damaged part and no services inspite several reminders

    I had purchased a wasing M/c from a dealer of LG Goods. The bottom part was a bit damaged which I happened to notice when a wire detached wghile washing clothes. Due to this the M/c was not working . I informed my dealer about this. A person came and repaired the wire, but while doing so the bottem part broke more and was very much damaged. I called my dealer as well as registered complaints on the toll free numbers o the company . More then a month has passed and no action has been taken and I am also not informed about the further process. My family has to suffer physically as well as mentally inspite of spending so much money for comfort. Kindly help me out in this regard

    Washing Machine — Non-Service inspite of repeated reminders

    I have been calling the customer complaint cell which I think is the standard call center taking all the complaints. I have been following up with these guys but no one has visited my place to check my washing machine and get it fixed. It is really disappointing to know that the brand like Whirlpool has failed to meet its SLA which is 4 hrs post the complaint gets registered at the call center.

      This stupid microwave has always been troubling me with some or other issues. On top of which LG's pathetic Customer Service is very unprofessional and not helpful. Somebody would drop your call when explaining them issues, some would ask to call cell phone numbers, or deny to log the case neither would connect to managers saying "there is no manager, if you wish to talk to manager, call after 12".

      Why should I call any personal numbers which are not reflecting on your website? If these are official numbers, then update them on your website and flash.

      Why should I call-back at any other time? If I were always to call-back then what the [censored] are you guys paid for?

      When I am calling the Number flashing on your product, then am I not supposed to get assistance at one place?

      I am very dissatisfied with the product's performance and your [censored]ing after sales services. Therefore, am not willing to use this piece of junk anymore and need complete refund.

          Hi,

          We had bought an 1 ton LG Split A/C in June 2011. Ending June 2012, we faced some issues with the A/C and the engineer from LG visited our place to check. The engineer informed us that the compressor of the A/C has burnt and needs to be replaced. Ever since, we have tried reaching all the LG showrooms in Yamuna Nagar but to no avail. We have to suffer in this sweaty weather. I had bought the LG A/C only because the service was good. But in my case the service provided is pathetic and its been moe than 1 month without a working A/C.

          I want to complain against all the LG authorized/unauthorized dealers in Yamuna Nagar who have failed to provide the compressor.

          I have called up the toll free number[protected] a number of times, where the executive promises of fault resolution within 72 hours everytime I call them up. Complaint Number : RNA[protected] dated 13July 2012 has already been registered but we have seen no response.

          Please let me know when can the issue can be resolved. I am trying to resort to frank ways else the consumer court is just a knock away.

          LG — Replacement because of non satisfaction of split ac

          I purchased one .75 AC from Khanna Bros.SCO 5 Madhaya Marg Chandigarh against Bill No. 7495 Model no. LSA2BWIAFI Serial No. 902HAWS00481 for my small room measuring 10 ft 8 ft as per the company specifications (LG)BUT within one day of installation/purchase I complained to the dealer and to the LG India but the same has not bee replaced by another one or by higher capacity as I shown my intention to pay for the higher. The customare care told me that it can by replaced only if the dealer from where I have purchased recommends and the dealer is not ready for that. I am helpness and have been approaching the dealer and customer care but till date nothing has been done in this regard.

          split a/c — compressor has failed

          Sir,
          it is 1year 6 months before that i have bought this a/c from cool traders santacruz
          No one ever came to give free service itill date.
          Now on our complain they came after 7 days to tell us we need to pay service charges other parts charges etc then too they dont promise to replace the compressor which according to us is in warranty as we were told it has 5 years warranty
          We feel cheated by a company like vediocon whom we use to held in high esteeem .

            I have a LG washing machine fornt load and it has developed a snag of water leakage. More than 4 weeks ago I raised a complaint and so far no one has attended it. I have called the LG service center numerous times and written many emails but what I get as answer is "we are raising a high priority alert with the local service center". so far no one has approached me for rectifying the issue. What a hopeless after sale service!

              I bought a split ac in Feb 2012, I don't remember the model name, by last 1 month I am facing water leakage problem and also water drops with air flow.

              I made a complaint (No.RNA[protected] and customer care executive told me to that “Our Engineer will contact you, and will attend your complaint within 24 hours.”

              After 7 or 9 days complaint has been attended, he told to my wife that it’s too hot now these days and lot of moisturizers …blah blah blah, it will work fine if temperature goes down.

              It rained fine in Last week, but I was facing same problem, then again I made another complaint (No. RNA[protected], now again a engineer visit my place and told to me that there a problem of GAS, tomorrow another engineer will come and refill it.

              On Friday a person came to my house and told me to take off the machine to the service center, he uncounted the machine from wall, and put it down and assure me that another person will pick it today evening.

              Now it has been 5 DAYS, no one coming to take it, Service Center name is RAJ AIR CONDITIONING, YAMUNA VIHAR, Everyday I used to call at the service center that please take it, and he said yes sir we will pick is today…

              Yesterday I told the service center that “OK its to hot now these days, please mount my machine, I’ll manage with the water leakage and when temperature goes down, then you can take back to repair”, again he said we will do it today, but no one came to mount it.

              Kindly look into the matter, and provide the solution

                    I reported my complaint on 20th may, 2012 that my AC is not going below some temperature(23 C) even after running it for 3-4 hours in night and hence outer unit never stops.
                    Service engineers came twice at my home, run it for 1/2 hrs and concluded that every thing is fine and left. No body tried to stay for longer time and tried to simulate my case.
                    Then after that time, for another 1 month, no news from them at all. No body wondered why complaint was not solved.
                    I re-register my complaint. Again they came after reminding them about my case so many times by phone. And again they gave the same statement. After insisting them so many times, they are ready to collect technical data about AC. When person came at my home for data collection, he noticed that my AC took 35 mins to cool from 24C to 23C. He also realized that something is wrong. But even after that, 4 days are left and no news from them.

                      we want to replace our ac as soon as possible. we purchased ac on 18/03/2012 from raj reef canteent but they make us fool, they charged rs 1500 for installation in the name of LG company, but they sent their own technician to install.after 20 days ac have many faults, we call the lg customer care for service but they refuse to check it they said that dealer will have the responsibility. after that we call the dealer ;after so many calls and requests they sent their technicians to repair that they top up the gas assure ac to be ok. but after 20 days again ac have fault there is no cooling, we again call lg customer care but they again refuse to check it and asked to follow the dealer. after that we made so many calls to dealer but they are not even our calls. after that we also went to LG regd. office where mr. imran assure us, he himself call dealer and ask dealer to repair that. dealer repair that fulfill the gas. but after 1 month we face same problem.3times gas filling in just 4 months. if any problem happen in futurethen who willbe responsible???

                        Hello sir/mam,

                        This email is to draw your attention towards such a pathetic service that I have been experiencing from the company LG Electronics, their service agent - Mr. Gaurav:- [protected] came to service my LG semi automatic washing machine and assured us that if we will sign AMC with LG then they will visit and service the product whenever we face the problem and the part will be replaced with no charges, then i signed it and he handed the copy of AMC papers to me. But now when my product needs the service, i called the customer care they register the complaints :- RID[protected], RID[protected], then they sent their service agent and he refused to service the washing machine and said "I will not service this and if you have any other concern then you have to pay for it and furthermore you have to send the machine to the service centre of company for which again you will have to pay charges" I was shocked after listening such words from him, i told him about AMC agreement but he refused and said "talk to that agent who signed it or anyone else in the office as i am not bothered about this AMC". Then I called their Area Service Manager - Mr. Utsav Kumar many times but he did not reply to my calls and even their customer service agents do not answers properly and not book complaints after that. No action is being taken by them till now. Please take strict action against such fraud done by LG in order to get AMC signed by customers by telling lies and provide solution to my problem as soon as possible, so that your action could become the eye opener for the sleeping management of this company and will not dare to cheat consumers again.

                          WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have purchased a new LCD TV Model – 42LW4500 from E-Max, Dubai with International warranty on 13-Jan-2012.

                          The TV worked fine till April’12 but soon after started showing defects like not sensing remote, automatically picking up the volume and later on a message kept flashing on screen “This function is not available now”.

                          Last not the least, the TV stopped showing anything within next 15 days. A complaint was reported to LG customer care on 4-May-12 for service appointment and officially reported on 27-May-12.

                          LG team from Andheri visited my house not once but 4 times. The TV was dismantled four times and some parts were replaced but end result remains the same – The TV doesn’t works.

                          Can you imagine the kind of pinch you feel when you buy an expensive product over Rs. 70K and the piece is just like placed as show piece in front of you. The guy keep waiting for part replacement experiments done by you and then waits further for some kind of miracle.

                          May the concern think over replacing the LCD now, its over 2 months…

                            Purchased LG Refrigerator on 21 May 2011,
                            after first service problem started with cooling,
                            Every now and then calling customer service.but still problem
                            didnot fixed.
                            After hard time and request got replaced on 12 June 2012.

                            That is not the end, Again Problem started with the 3 days old
                            Refrigerator having two doors(Model no. GN308VE5).
                            Lower part of the Refrigerator is giving the problem now.

                            complained on 18th June. Technician visited, and discovered a problem.

                            Till now problem continues and now LG person(Mr.Venkatesh-Hyderabad) says
                            they want to Replace Components of this Refrigerator and try like the previous one.,


                            Again same story which i had for a year 2011.

                            I strongly request the authorities to take necessary action ASAP
                            Kindly look into this seriously.

                              we are the consumer of LG India, we are using two tower AC's of them since last two years and from the day one my Ac's are not working fine which i have been telling LG from the day one . After completion of one year warranty they suggested us to go for AMC with them to avoid further problems .

                              But after AMC also my problems are not resolved and still the Ac's are not working .Everytime we are registering compalints with there customer care and there engineer visit's but problem doesn't gets resolved .

                              LG TOWER AC — AC IS NOT WORKING

                              WE ARE HERE FROM RAJ VEHICLES PVT LTD. CORPORATE CUSTOMER HAS PURCHASED TOWER ACS & LCD FROM YOUR DEALER IN THE NAME OF ELECTROWAVES.                               LG TOWER AC — No support received

                              Logged a complaint on May 12th for floor based ac not cooling. It is still not fixed on May 17th. What is happening with LG? Company is going to go down badly if the after sales suport will reach such pits. Somebody from LG, please wake up and send somebody to repair.

                                Greetings for the day,

                                I m Mrs.Neha Bhide,leaving in Indore.My refrigerator is not working from last 2 days.i had made a complain for that on 10th July 12 at 9AM on customer care desk.and they them selves commited us for responce with in 24 hours.But i didn't receive any responce till now(11th July 10AM).In the mean process i had called them 3 times but i didn't got any proper responce from there end.one is put my call on hold for more than 20minutes and other commited for call back with 1 hour,but these all r falls commitments from there end.till now i m waiting for any responce.

                                Its a humble request to you to pls cheak the process of this services,As we r not forced them to commite us all the things.but they them selves said all the things.it really give lot of tansion to us as we r facing the problem.it consume alot of time also as each executive ask same details and after giving all details we didn't get any responce.

                                Hoping for some responce from your end.what i will get after all this harresment.

                                    my complaint number rna[protected] dtd. 9-7-12 @ 3.32pm has not been acknowledged by the service centre which is hi end solutions, dwarka more new delhi.
                                    when spoke to lg helpline they say to wait 2 hrs to receive a call from the ser. centre but till 1240 on 10/7/12 no call from them has been recd. further the number given to me by service centre [protected] is constantly switched off.pl raise with the issue with the concerned.

                                      Despite complaint was registered ( RNA[protected] date 06 July 2012 )_on toll free number[protected] with an assurance of response within 24 hrs. nobody has taken my fridge for repair.I do not know the further course of action ?
