I reported my complaint on 20th may, 2012 that my AC is not going below some temperature(23 C) even after running it for 3-4 hours in night and hence outer unit never stops.
Service engineers came twice at my home, run it for 1/2 hrs and concluded that every thing is fine and left. No body tried to stay for longer time and tried to simulate my case.
Then after that time, for another 1 month, no news from them at all. No body wondered why complaint was not solved.
I re-register my complaint. Again they came after reminding them about my case so many times by phone. And again they gave the same statement. After insisting them so many times, they are ready to collect technical data about AC. When person came at my home for data collection, he noticed that my AC took 35 mins to cool from 24C to 23C. He also realized that something is wrong. But even after that, 4 days are left and no news from them.

    we want to replace our ac as soon as possible. we purchased ac on 18/03/2012 from raj reef canteent but they make us fool, they charged rs 1500 for installation in the name of LG company, but they sent their own technician to install.after 20 days ac have many faults, we call the lg customer care for service but they refuse to check it they said that dealer will have the responsibility. after that we call the dealer ;after so many calls and requests they sent their technicians to repair that they top up the gas assure ac to be ok. but after 20 days again ac have fault there is no cooling, we again call lg customer care but they again refuse to check it and asked to follow the dealer. after that we made so many calls to dealer but they are not even our calls. after that we also went to LG regd. office where mr. imran assure us, he himself call dealer and ask dealer to repair that. dealer repair that fulfill the gas. but after 1 month we face same problem.3times gas filling in just 4 months. if any problem happen in futurethen who willbe responsible???

      Hello sir/mam,

      This email is to draw your attention towards such a pathetic service that I have been experiencing from the company LG Electronics, their service agent - Mr. Gaurav:- [protected] came to service my LG semi automatic washing machine and assured us that if we will sign AMC with LG then they will visit and service the product whenever we face the problem and the part will be replaced with no charges, then i signed it and he handed the copy of AMC papers to me. But now when my product needs the service, i called the customer care they register the complaints :- RID[protected], RID[protected], then they sent their service agent and he refused to service the washing machine and said "I will not service this and if you have any other concern then you have to pay for it and furthermore you have to send the machine to the service centre of company for which again you will have to pay charges" I was shocked after listening such words from him, i told him about AMC agreement but he refused and said "talk to that agent who signed it or anyone else in the office as i am not bothered about this AMC". Then I called their Area Service Manager - Mr. Utsav Kumar many times but he did not reply to my calls and even their customer service agents do not answers properly and not book complaints after that. No action is being taken by them till now. Please take strict action against such fraud done by LG in order to get AMC signed by customers by telling lies and provide solution to my problem as soon as possible, so that your action could become the eye opener for the sleeping management of this company and will not dare to cheat consumers again.

        WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased a new LCD TV Model – 42LW4500 from E-Max, Dubai with International warranty on 13-Jan-2012.

        The TV worked fine till April’12 but soon after started showing defects like not sensing remote, automatically picking up the volume and later on a message kept flashing on screen “This function is not available now”.

        Last not the least, the TV stopped showing anything within next 15 days. A complaint was reported to LG customer care on 4-May-12 for service appointment and officially reported on 27-May-12.

        LG team from Andheri visited my house not once but 4 times. The TV was dismantled four times and some parts were replaced but end result remains the same – The TV doesn’t works.

        Can you imagine the kind of pinch you feel when you buy an expensive product over Rs. 70K and the piece is just like placed as show piece in front of you. The guy keep waiting for part replacement experiments done by you and then waits further for some kind of miracle.

        May the concern think over replacing the LCD now, its over 2 months…

          Purchased LG Refrigerator on 21 May 2011,
          after first service problem started with cooling,
          Every now and then calling customer service.but still problem
          didnot fixed.
          After hard time and request got replaced on 12 June 2012.

          That is not the end, Again Problem started with the 3 days old
          Refrigerator having two doors(Model no. GN308VE5).
          Lower part of the Refrigerator is giving the problem now.

          complained on 18th June. Technician visited, and discovered a problem.

          Till now problem continues and now LG person(Mr.Venkatesh-Hyderabad) says
          they want to Replace Components of this Refrigerator and try like the previous one.,


          Again same story which i had for a year 2011.

          I strongly request the authorities to take necessary action ASAP
          Kindly look into this seriously.

            we are the consumer of LG India, we are using two tower AC's of them since last two years and from the day one my Ac's are not working fine which i have been telling LG from the day one . After completion of one year warranty they suggested us to go for AMC with them to avoid further problems .

            But after AMC also my problems are not resolved and still the Ac's are not working .Everytime we are registering compalints with there customer care and there engineer visit's but problem doesn't gets resolved .

            Logged a complaint on May 12th for floor based ac not cooling. It is still not fixed on May 17th. What is happening with LG? Company is going to go down badly if the after sales suport will reach such pits. Somebody from LG, please wake up and send somebody to repair.

              Greetings for the day,

              I m Mrs.Neha Bhide,leaving in Indore.My refrigerator is not working from last 2 days.i had made a complain for that on 10th July 12 at 9AM on customer care desk.and they them selves commited us for responce with in 24 hours.But i didn't receive any responce till now(11th July 10AM).In the mean process i had called them 3 times but i didn't got any proper responce from there end.one is put my call on hold for more than 20minutes and other commited for call back with 1 hour,but these all r falls commitments from there end.till now i m waiting for any responce.

              Its a humble request to you to pls cheak the process of this services,As we r not forced them to commite us all the things.but they them selves said all the things.it really give lot of tansion to us as we r facing the problem.it consume alot of time also as each executive ask same details and after giving all details we didn't get any responce.

              Hoping for some responce from your end.what i will get after all this harresment.

                  my complaint number rna[protected] dtd. 9-7-12 @ 3.32pm has not been acknowledged by the service centre which is hi end solutions, dwarka more new delhi.
                  when spoke to lg helpline they say to wait 2 hrs to receive a call from the ser. centre but till 1240 on 10/7/12 no call from them has been recd. further the number given to me by service centre [protected] is constantly switched off.pl raise with the issue with the concerned.

                      I purchased SPLIT AC of LG Company on dt.[protected] from Nishant Sales, Akola (Bill No.751 Dt.[protected]
                      AC is still in Warranty Period. From last 2 Months I am facing various problems in AC such as NOISE, LESS COOLING.
                      I made complaint of these issues to local LG Service Centre on 02-06-12 but I did not got any responce from Service Centre.
                      then I made complaint on LG Customer Care No. [protected] on 14.06.12 (Complaint No. RNA[protected] Dt.[protected]. After 4-5 days, Technician Came but he was not able to resolve the complaint and said that He will come back again in 2-3 days but no one came.
                      I made complaint for 2nd time on[protected]Complaint No. RNA[protected] Dt.[protected] then after 2-3 days technician came and said that the Blower & Bush of AC need to be changed but we don't have any of these spares in stock. Local service centre incharge said that they forwarded order to company but they are not getting any responce from company. Also He said that they did not received any payment from LG COmpany since last 3 months, so he will solve the complaint after confirmation from Company.
                      My complaint is not solved till date. Please do the needful. thanks.

                      Hi,

                      I have a complaint with LG pending for more than a month.Thsi is wrt my TV which was not working. LG replaced a part worth 2000. However the TV is still not working. LG personnel again visted my house and took the part and have not returned or provided any positive response. Its been more than amonth now.

                      i have gave my microwave oven for service at service center at pondicherry on Jan 10, 2009. But they returned us without any service saying spare-parts are not available on Dec 7, 2009. i request you to concern my complaint as much as possible.

                        I am dismayed to find that L G is not interested in giving after sales service to its customers.I bought L.G`s F8068 washing machine on 06/09/11. It broke down within 10 months of purchase i.e during first week of June 2012. I registered 4 complaints at regular intervals. Till now ( 10/7/2012) L.G has taken no steps to repair the machine. No body cares at the service centre at thiruvananthapuram to answer my phone calls especially the Customer service complaint Number([protected]).
                        This raises a big question. Do L.G is interested only in selling their products. Why don`t they take steps to improve their image by giving better service.
                        I have been trying to get my fridge fixed for over a year. I've lost track of how many times I've called LG for help only to be told they can't even find a record of me making the purchase. Once they find it they can't find any reocrd of service calls so they refuse to replace it. I've had so many parts break on it and it freezes up to the point where I have to empty it, unplug it and leave for a couple days to unfreeze. No one returns phone calls and they never let you speak to the same person twice. Truly the worst service ever and because I bought it at the Brick (who has also been of little help) I will never purchase LG or from the Brick again.

                        LG — Poor customer service

                        I bought one LG split Air Conditioner to my house but within a month the oscillator was not working I came to know that the product was damaged during the errection and complained about this i was said that it has to be replaced and they have no stock at that moment and fixed it with the glue. three month back i contacted them with the same complaint still the same reply no stock . For the past three months they are giving me the same reply. I don't know what those people are doing without attending they the faults. Iam really fed up with their attitude.

                        I introduce my self I am one of your customer ( LG ) past five mostly my all home appliance are LG only, I have three 1.5 window A/C, one 2ton sprit A/C, 29inches TV, refrigerator after this incidence I buy one auto drum type washing machine, we really satisfied cost & quality, but unfortunately my 29 inches cooler TV was busted due lightning in this rain season, many times I register my complaints to your toll free number, for your reference I give your service engineers mobile no and my residential add below, lot of struggle back your service engineer just come and take a report of my TV only, there after no response form LG, several time I touch with your customer care hot line numbers, poor feed back .

                        L.G — Monitor goes physical damage due to lack of engineer awareness.

                        This is regarding the complaint regarding the Complaint no.N9C52303765 was logged by me on 23.05.2209 for the monitor button problem while opening the monitor the monitor locked was broken by the engineer visited I have same told to the engineer to get that rectified but they told me that he will update me for the same later on & fill the customer feedback form for the signature but I never signed that form. Than after I called the engineer on 30.05.2009 but his response is to rude with me said that told me after one more week. Then I call to the L.G customer care on[protected] they again provide me another complaint no. N9C53007799. I don’t understand why they provide me another Complaint no. if one complaint is already running with the same user for the issue.
                        Now my monitor is not in GOOD condition locks is completely broken. So please rectify my problem ASAP. Waiting for the prompt response toward your customer.

                        And request you to please don’t this kind of engineers to the customer visit those not able to resolve the issue but increase the incident.

                        L.G — Aircondition

                        have purchased an AC-LG( bearing model no-LSA18TWASI,Serial no-803DXKD000767})from SANDHYA ENTERPRISE, Silchar , Assam ,on dated 18.9.08. Since installation no engineer has visited. As I got 3 free servicing. But it s a matter of great sorrow that no one is willing to attend the complaint.The AC has stopped working properly. I have passed my whole summer season for want of cooling. This is the worst product i have ever bought. I m frustrated a lot and sincerely speaking wants to get legal help in the case.

                        From the day1 of window AC purchase we are facing the problem,
                        Date of purchase : 13-sep-2009, and under AMC for 2 years .
                        Window A/c , Model LWA3EW1DF1

                        We are very frustrated with LG service , very very worst service. I have booked the complaint on 14-june-11, but got the call on 15-june and we was informed that the same problem exists that we got last month it has been repeated so it needs to be taken to workshop, which is leakage of gas in cylinder.
                        But till this date & time (21-June-11)we did not get any response from any of executive neither the AC was taken to workshop.

                        I would address this issuse to the concern top management people to take the necessary action needed.

                        L.G — hanging and battery problem,multitasking

                        2 montha later i have purchase l,d optimus 2x. I thought this mobile would be the best mobile as compared to sony and samsung in performance.. but from tha first day im getting new problems day by day with this handsets.. battery charging problem ,batterry backup problem ,poor camera ,multitasking problem,and in the end the handsets got hanged and that's it....

                        i have horreble experience with l.g customer care in lucknow,they don't show me no expected estimate,no due date ,simply add one by one in bill,worst service experience in my life.
                        even they don't ready to pick my phone.

                        I have a LG TV that I bought new a few years back with the above model number and serial number. It started to have some problems and I called the LG customer care on 26/04/2012. The Coimbatore customer care technician showed up at my house two days later to check the TV. But sadly he did not bring the right tools to service the TV onsite and when he tried to replace one of the faulty chips, he caused damage to the PCB tracks as he did not have the proper tools to solder the chip to the board. (Who is going to take responsible for that track damage?) So after he changed the chip, the TV was not working and he had to take the circuit board back to the service center for further servicing. He brought back the board after a few days and when he installed it back in the TV, many of the features stopped working. So this time he wanted to take the TV back to the service center for further repairs as asked me to deliver the TV.
                        So on 12/5/2012 I delivered the TV to the LG service center. It has been more than 2 weeks since I gave the TV for servicing at the center and I am yet to get a proper response on when my TV will be fixed and delivered back to me. I tried calling your customer care but to no avail, they also did not provide me with any proper response or what should be my next steps to get my TV fixed. I was particularly very offended by the response from your customer care. When I once again tried talking to the service center people, they said the company doesn’t provide the right tools to fix to make the repairs quickly. I am very disappointed in the service that LG has provided so far and regret my decision to have purchased your product.
                        I hope that you can help get my TV repaired ASAP. Hoping to hear back soon with an update.

                            I am writing this post with a feeling of terrible pain which has been inflicted on me by LG servie centre. Your partner Fair Deal services have left not stone unturned in making my life miserable. It is a very bad company with very third class service. Neither do your people have empathy nor courtsey or decency to talk with customers. Whenever I call the call centre all i recieve is a fresh omplaint number and empty promises of getting it done at the earliest. I atleast expected a call from the Nodal Officer-Pooja Mathur but haven't recieved any. I have been trying your number too but haven't managed to get through.

                            I would like to know if there is a TAT for LG service centre to close a call, if yes then what it is?
                            I am writing in reference to complaint no. (RNA[protected] & RNA[protected] same complaint-same product). Please find the chain of events as mentioned below:



                            Call registered with Call Centre:19-Jun

                            Engineer Visited:22nd Jun, he asked me to send machine to workshop for chemical cleaaning as dust was coming out of machine,he assured me machine will be picked up next day

                            Machine picked up:26th Jun, I asked for estimate, estimate on phone was revised from 1000 to 5000plus stating that along with cleaning, drum and gasket would be replaced

                            Estimate sent to me on:02nd Jul ( in 6 days) Fairdeal services engineer claimed that he sent it to a wrong e-mail id, again i was promised that machine would be returned within 4 days

                            I approved estimate on e-mail on 3rd Jul'12.

                            Called Service centre on :06th Jul, eng promised machine would be given back on 07th Jun as they have shortage of manpower who could repair the machine

                            Again I recieved a call on 06th Jul evening stating that they have recieved a wrong part and need to reorder it. Hence it would take another 4~5 days
                            I would like to ask you people if you understand the pain a customer goes through if he is without his machine for as long as 3 weeks with no guarantee of when the machine would be returned. I have had a very bad experience with LG service and I assure you that I would never buy a LG product ever again nor would advise anyone to buy it. If you guys have to upkeep good name and reputation you must take strong action against service centres like Fairdeal which are playing with customer's emotions and money. Thanks for your THIRD CLASS SERVICE and WRETCHED service experience with your service centre!!!!

                              I have purchased a LG Split Airconditioning unit for my resindential house and the dealer has installed the machine in July 2011 from a local dealer Raju Eloectricals, Lake View Road, West Mambalam, Chennai. Since its installation, there was a gas leakage problem as a result, the a/c is not working now. After several attempts to call your service center in chennai, no response as of date. The service technician inspected the machine and promised to resolve this issue but until now, nothing has been done.

                              If the problem is not resolved today, I have to resort to book a case in Consumer Court for the hardship we have been experiencing. If you cannot resolve this problem, i request you to kindly replace the a/c unit with a new one without charging any additional cost.

                                I had purchased an LG split AC (Model No. LSA5MP5S) on 17/03/2011 from Juneja's Circuit Mall Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh, and had got it installed by a local authorized service center (Ganpati Electronics, SCF 12, Sun City, Rupnagar), after calling LG customer care for installation. I had paid for it accordingly. A few months later, I discovered a water leakage from my indoor unit. I called LG customer care. They had sent a technician, through the same ASC for repair. The technician simply wrapped the pipes to prevent leakage. This year, I again discovered the same problem from the same AC. I called LG customer care again. The technician from the local authorized service center (Hightech Engineers, SCF 12, Sun City, Rupnagar) and said that the AC was wrongly installed. I would need its reinstallation and I would have to pay for it.

                                If the original installation was done by a authorized service center, I was not responsible for its mistake. I suppose, LG should accept the responsibility. Why I should pay for a reinstallation, if the fault is on the LG side ? I again called LG customer care and was advised to talk to Mrs. Kiran Sharma. who told me that I do not have to pay for reinstallation. However, when the reinstallation was done, the technician asked for the payment and asked me to call the service center owner for further clarification. I talked to that person, who said that Mr. Chopra, another customer care person, told him to settle the matter with partial payment. I was forced to pay the same.

                                I further talked to Mr. Chopra, who simply does not have any proper explanation for any of my questions and dropped the phone call all on a sudden. He said that as I have paid for it now, nothing can be done. I asked him why he is talking in favor of the service center and not in favor of the customer. He could not answer. He believed that I had installed my AC with an unauthorized person, and did not call LG for the problem within a few months after the purchase. Both his allegations are simply wrong, which he cannot now accept.

                                I had lost my good faith in the customer service of LG. Now, I wish that LG should return my payment (Rs. 600 + Rs. 450 for service charge) for the reinstallation and the necessary compensation for this harassment. LG should take the moral responsibility of the mistake that its authorized technician had done and should do the needful for its reversal to retain my trust and faith in the company's policy.

                                Please note that I am a loyal customer of LG. I have a 2-door refrigerator, a microwave oven, two split ACs, a LCD TV, a DVD player - all from LG.

                                      I have an LG Split AC Model LSA 5 ZG 5 NTY 1,
                                      The first complaint with regards to AC not cooling was made in May'12.
                                      First one team came which said there was no Gas and hence will need to send someone to replace GAS. Post that the service team said Indoor unit needs a part that will need to be procured. This took almost 2 weeks plus.

                                      Then once this error was corrected, Another fault with the outdoor unit was located within a few days. Fault registered RNA[protected] dated 16 June. SMS were sent, tried contacting area manager and Service centre, No response.
                                      Email sent, again no response.
                                      Latest response, they have ordered Compressor and are waiting for the procurement.

                                      I have had to rent an window AC for which i am paying 3000/- per month rent, which was installed and removed twice.
                                      In the month i used the LG A/c in between faults, the electricity consumption went up 3 times,
                                      Hence, almost 1.5 months of heat, multiple calls, running after LG, getting an Ac on rent, paying double the electricity bill.....
                                      the best part its been 20 days and LG HASNT BEEN ABLE TO SEND ONE COMPRESSOR....

                                        For over a year we have had issues with our refrigerator. The indian customer service number was called and the technicians came and advised us that the gasket is faulty. This was replaced and after 2 Hello,

The uneducated technicians kept blaming the gasket and told us to change it again after 3 months. The actual problem lies with the hinges of the door that is affecting the alignment and contact of the gasket. This i had to figure out. Yet the foolish technicians could not figure this out. Its been over 18 months while calling the call center speaking to the manager called Deepak and Saurav and they are unable to get the parts. No action has been taken just excuses and told to call one department to the other. Please treat this as urgent because with this lousy service I will never buy LG again.

                                        This is to inform you that i am totally dissatisfied with lg service of my refrigrator . I am facing problem since the day I bought this fridge that is 1 year earler and informed about the same to the dealer and LG cusomer care . But inspite of regular complaints and engineers visit the problems are not resolved till date and lg customer care has been closing th calls on its own without resolution of the problems . Some of the latest complaint nos. are N9C20301820, N9C11605533, N8CC1907552 etc. Even the same were not resolved even after LG area head of Haryana (
                                        Ms. Sukriti at gurgaon) . Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problems urgently . Otherwise i will have to register the case with consumer court .
                                        I had purchased a double door LG refrigerator on February 20, 2008. From December, 2008 black rust like circle started appearing on the door of the fridge. Upon Complaint made by me, the local servicemen carried it to their factory and got it repaired. They asked me to make an Annual Maitenance Contract with them. I denied for such a contract for such a new fridge. Surprisingly, as soon as the warranty period is over, problem started. The fridge has ceased to cool. today is 23rd february, 2009 and had the problem started 3 days back I could have availed the benefit of warranty. Considering the service of my earlier fridge with which I got the present one exchanged, the problem is too early. The serviceman is demanding money as the warranty period is just over.                                         Its a disgusting phenomenon for a reputed company like LG.

                                        we purchased a refrigerator form kohinoor shop Dader Mumbai in the month November 2007. after the delivery, we called several times for the demonstration of the fridge, till June no body came, then in June ice started to accumulate in the freezer compartment we went to kohinoor company and sat for an hour after that they made several calls and then a person turned up next day and gave a demo and lodged a complain in the service center for the Ice accumulation the other person with the technician told us on the condition of anonymity that no one will come till the warranty period i.e. one year.                                         We had given our refrigirator for service at your Calicut service centre. They had told me that the compressor of the fridege has to be changed and it has to come from central office. After about 2 months and repeated coaxing a few days back they braught back the fridge saying that it is now working and if you want any further service contact some other service centre. Now the fridge is working like an old steam engine. As for me, I am one of the reputed music director/ lyrics writer of kerala and has won various state/filfare awards. If this is the state of affair happenign to me I wonder what will happen to the common man.

                                        Lg products are excellent but complaint staff are worst. They make the customers insane .The complaint staff baffle the customers. However they consider the buyer mad and them self a discreet man. They have good trained to make the excuse.

                                        i am meenakshi i have brought a LG FRIDGE 3year back and now from 5days its not cooling and i register a complaint no RNA[protected] DATE 7/12/2010 BUT COMPANY don,t sent any technician to remove the problem after many calls they don,t response me my add -G6/56-56 2nd floor sec 11 rohini delhi

                                        LG Fridge — Defective LG Fridge Supplied

                                        I had purchased a Refrigerator from Bansal Electrovision Pvt Ltd, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. The Refrigerator supplied to me on 3rd August 2011 was DEFECTIVE. I complained on the very next day of delivery & installation. The Engineer came & repaired it. The Fridge started giving trouble again. The engineer checked it and confirmed that it was a defective piece and agreed to have it replaced. I also contacted the supplier Bansal Electrovision Pvt Ltd, who said in a matter of fact manner that our business is to sell and not to repair or replace!! (Sic!)
                                        Since no response was forthcoming from anywhere, I registered a complaint on 12th August on your Customer care no [protected] and again through your website on 23rd August 2011. Its been over 10 days now and no response as yet. The Customer care no [protected] only forwarded a reminder on 24th & 25th August. The Customer Care Office at [protected] did not pick up the phone nor did the officer on cell no. [protected].
