I'd purchased 1 home theater( 5 point 1 ch active speaker system SH 13 ST) of this esteemed co.(LG Services) and within 1 month 1 of the speaker is not working(there is no sound).
I'd lodged a complaint (My complaint no. is N9C[protected]on 16th March, 2009 in their call center no.[protected]and the initial response was good, appointment was scheduled and 1 service engineer had visited my place and confirmed that the speaker needs to be replaced(can not be repaired), and the same will be done in next 2-3 days.
After that I kept on calling in their customer care no.[protected]and every time, I've been told that the 'spare parts' are not available and service engineer will call me and confirm the date by when the speaker will be replaced.
But till now, there is no update on this.
On 1st April I'd mailed my complaint in the mail [protected]@lgindia.com, and one Mr.Sebastian(Customer Services Dept., LGEIL- Head Office, Greater Noida(UP),[protected] had replied assuring that somebody will address my issue and had also provided the no. of Mr.Arup Chaudhury, Mobile No. [protected], Branch Service Manager, for any further assistance.
But then also no body has even called me, since then.
Today I'd tried to call up Mr. Arup, his phone was unanswered,
Then while I'd called up the call centre, and requested to talk to somebody senior, I was put on hold and then was disconnected.The same thing has happened twice.On the 3rd attempt(executive name-chhabi)I was told that I was put on voc and was given an assurance, once again, that the matter is sent to the higher authority and I'll get a call soon(again no commitment!)
I've also forwarded the mail to [protected]@lgindia.com to Sebastian, once again, for his assistance.
This is creating a huge dis satisfaction in me as a customer and I want to know when the speaker will be replaced/repaired and why the same was sold to me if the spare parts are not available in 1 months time, for a brand new product of such a reputed co.?In that case I want my money back/a fresh product to be replaced with the defective one.
