Thinking of purchasing a product of LG, because of the product durability and good service. But from the last servicing of my split Air Conditioning machine on 28.02.12 I am facing lot of trouble with my AC. It is not working from 14.08.12. I am surprised about your service and to increase bitterness I found your customer executives are to busy for 15-30 minutes before attending one call. Kindly attend my problem AS MY COMPLAIN NO. IS RNA[protected] dated 14.08.12 within your stipulated time. Please take the matter seriously as my reliability on LG is fading day by day.
