[Resolved] LG Split Air Conditioner — HORIZONTAL SWING NOT WORKING

We have made a complaint as our new A.C.s Swing was not working. A complaint with Number RNA[protected] dated 13.06.2011 was lodged. The technician has visted and removed the part and informed us that it has to be replaced. But so far there is no information from the LG service centre as when this will be replaced. There is poor coordination between the call centre and the local franchise. Please take up.

LG Split Air Conditioner — SWING IS TOTALLY STOPPED

I HAVE PURCHASED 1.5TON AIR CONDITIONER FROM NATIONAL ELECTRONIC IN THE MONTH OF APRIL AND UNFORTUNATELY MY SWING IS NOT WORKING TWICE I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE, TWICE REPRESENTATIEVE CAME BUT NO ACTION HAS TAKEN TILL DATE.
