SALEEM SUNNY 30/JULY/2011 [protected] non response for complaint in service centre sir, sir mera name SALEEM SUNNY ([protected]) hai. mene 29/03/2011 ko LACKY ELECTRONICS MAYUR BIHAAR AHSOKA-GARDAN BHOPAL se LG ka TV set model no.=(21F G2RG) khareeda tha. or uspar 1year ki garanti mili lekin kuch dino ke baad hi usme problem aane laagi . We bought a LG TV and recently i have observed smoke coming from it.I have complained to the service station nearly 7-8 times in the past two weeks but to no avail.All my complaints have been falling on deaf ears.There is no response from the staff of The LG Service center even after repeated complaints.If this is the attitude of the service center staff towards the customers,then i seriously doubt the future of a company like yours which has such good reputation.I would like you to take serious action against those responsible and send someone to solve my problem immediately.
