[Resolved] LG TV — TV power supply not available | |
Dear Sir, I have purchased LG TV -20 Gem Sr.No:-804nllgo16584 in the month of 12th Apr-08 from your Bikaner Dealer- Gahlot Electronics. But the TV is not getting power supply from 20th Nov-08 and the same day i had given complaint to rectify. But your service Engineer has came only on 24th Nov-08 and checked there is problem in FBT. Then he committed that spare part is not available at right now tomorrow i will bring and fix it. But today is 26th neither your service engineer nor dealer come and attend the same till date. So your service is very very bad. So kindly give us suggesion what to do. I have called more than 50 times to your dealer and service engineer. we are so much disappointed in this circumstance. LG — No Power Supply
Dear Sir,Refrigerator No GR 584 YLS 76 RE 1069
No power supply since 4 days,
(purchased the Refrigerator at Bellary District Karnataka)
Once we had the Wheel problem, One the company person came and went by telling will come with the spare parts, till today the person has not came and not informed also.
We gave complaint about this to concern dealer and the action has not yet taken since 4-5 months.
Kindly consider the same as urgent and serious.
