LG TV — UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE | |
Dear All, I am Sanjay N. Patil; I have purchased one LG make Flatirons TV from Ambika Electronics, THANE on 07/10/2008. The TV is under 1 year warranty. After 4-5 month I have facing display related issue, that’s why I have raise a complaint against particular issue & issue was temp. resolved after two days, but after some months back I have facing same issues so I log a complaint on 29/06/09 & after 2 days back local service center send his engineer for repairing but that engineer not able to resolved issue on same day, & next day he came 1st he told me that, ‘’ your TV IC is damage & after replace IC your TV will 100% working fine & take it TV PCB board with him for repairing purpose. After four days back new engineer came with PCB board & he check that PCB, but issue was not resolved. Then he said that, ‘’ your TV capacitor was totally damage so, need to replace whole TV PCB circuit & again he take it TV PCB with him. Again four days back 1st engineer came for fix that PCB & that day TV was working fine but again next day same issue I have facing. For that I spoke with local service center leader which is located at Kalyan, he promises me that he send senior engineer within 1 hour with final solution. But nobody came that day, next day 2nd engineer came & take it PCB board with him for replacing the whole PCB. Now the scenario I have face this issue from last 1 & half month but till date my TV prob. not yet resolved. I also talked to their area Manager / regional Manager Mr. GUL & Mr. Josef; regarding this but inspire of lot of assurances the set is not yet repaired. I have also demanded for immediate replacement of the set but they not entertaining my request, but I want to be replacement against faulty TV. I never aspect form LG for this type services.
