I purchased an Air Conditioner (SPILT OF 1.5 Ton capacity) of LG brand from Bhatia brothers for Rs. 22065/= on 05/06/2008 on cash basis with assurance that the said A C is of best quality and will satisfy all around. The said A. C. get installed by the Dealer through his technician on 06/06/2008. The said A C hardly work properly for 15 days, thereafter it was observed that there is cooling problem in A C, then I rush to local dealer to get the A.C. checked in the month of July 2008. The said dealer Bhatia Brothers lodge complaints with L G service Centre. Your Company’s employees checked the AC and rectify the fault partially. Thereafter my client lodge complaints with your Service Centre so many times upto September 2008. I was informed by your staff those who visited my house to rectify the defect in AC that there is problem in Stabilizer fitted with A C, in case it was replaced the cooling problem will be sort out. It means that you /your representative have accepted that there was a cooling problem in the said A. C.
Then again in April 2009 when my client made a complaint with your service Centre, your staff repeated the same thing to get replaced stabilizer to get proper cooling. I act act upon the suggestion and the stabilizer was replaced in April 2009.

Then I felt that the problem still stands as it is, I again lodged a complaint with your service Centre. Your employees visited my house on 06/05/2009 to check the problem, but it is a matter of regret that your employees could not rectify the fault which seems to be a manufacturing defect and your employees are under pressure not to disclose the said defect, being a bonafide servant . Your staff has accepted the problem at the times when they suggested to get the stabilizer replaced, that there was cooling problem. That your employees have failed to rectify the defect, and would not be out of place to mention here that the defect is irreparable and the said A.C. requires replacement .

I have already suffered a lot due to this defective piece was delivered to me and I am under stress and feeling harassed. That I have made all out efforts to get the A. C. in proper working condition, but you have failed to rectify the defect.

You are requested to take appropriate action to get the defected A/C replaced or I would left with no option other than knock the door of Court of Law to get the A.C. replaced, as you have sold a defective Air Conditioner to me, which was not as per norms projected by you. Such type of projection tantamount to fraud / Cheating punishable under I. P. C.

    with your kind regards i had taken the hand set to your authorized service station, at alam bagh they also said that, this set can be repaired if you give us in writing that what ever amt to get this set repaired you have to bear it. what i felt that i have been cheated by the the shop keeper and my trust on such a brand name lg has been shattered and had come to a conclusion that if you keep your eyes opened and never trust any brand in the world if you do it will be mistake of your trusting a shop keeper and trusting a brand is you are making your self fool. it means this is full custom we responsibility while he is buying a thing worth rupees 10 or then thousand or ten lack if their if a problem is the fault is their due to while negleglency of customer no budy elce is just customer mistake. forwarding my complente to Indian consumer forem.

    it was working properly after one weak suddenly on the screen a message came sim not inserted one i opened the box the area where sim was inserted was badly scratched once i took the st to him he said i don't now i can help regarding and the warentt is not validity i asked him you gave me the set with the sim inserted neither i dont no any thing neither i sel these kind of expenses set he did a kind of fraud with me neither that set i working neither it will be neither repaired under warentty i have pay 4 thousand rupees to get it repaired.

    so after purchasing the set for 10 thousand now another 4 thousand more i have pay because i dint checked each and every part of set while buying i trusted the shop keeper kusum enter priss and a big brand lg that nothing like this will be done by shopkeeper or lg it is just bet rail of trust.
    so i am mail you if you could help me by replacing the set or repairing under warenty. i will wait of 48 hour if this set problem is not solved i will b foreced to issue a fir against kusum enterprises and lg company and register the case in consumer cort.

    thanking you waiting for your reply, and solving the issue as what i feel it was some kind of fraud by shop keeper and the third part in fraud is lg.

    if no response comes i will be forced to take fir and case of breach of trust and i will make sure i take it in to media all kinds that that how a shop keeper and company like lg plays diffrent kind fraud new set that a new set with opened box and seal with sim insurted cheat indian customes.

    i request the replace the set and this shop keeper should be black listed other wise i accept that i dint bought a sealed han set box as due to trust on shop keeper and lg company.

      Our's is a central government organisation named as "Central Electro Chemical Research Institute" (CECRI-CSIR), located in Karaikudi, sivaganga district of Tamilnadu state. In one of our research lab
      An A/C of LG make 1.5 TR cap. Split type A/C's compressor is not working from last friday (12.06."09) onwards.

      Kindly do the needful to rectify the problem in the A/C at the earliest.

        I have Purchased LG refrigerator from a dealer near to my house- "Shiv Shakti Electronics", on 17/5/09 and since then it didn't work. I had filed two complaints regarding the problem, the first complaint was that it was not working at all and the second was about its compressor (blockage & gas leakage), which was faulty. The complain numbers are N9C52309732 on 23/5/09 & N9C60406404 on 4/6/09. We have told the dealer as well as company about this problem but they are doing nothing. We are facing a lot of trouble.

            I have an LG 1.5 T Window Air-Conditioner which I purchased in 2006. Thereafter I have been renewing my Annual Maintenance Contract regularly every year for the same. However, I received only one out of the assured three FREE Preventive Maintenance Services during[protected] and not a single FREE Preventive Maintenance Services during[protected]. I have been bring this fact to the notice of LG’s Customer Care on[protected] repeatedly but nothing has been done. Recently I have brought this to the attention of LG’s Branch Service In-Charge in Kolkata and he has issued instructions to the concerned Service Franchisee but still nothing has been done.

            Of late I have been facing problems with the Remote of my AC and I have been lodging complaints with LG’s Customer Care since 31-05-09 and although their technician has visited my premises on two occasions, they have failed to identify the problem and solve the same once-and-for-all. I lodged a complaint for the same problem third time on[protected]Complaint No. N9C[protected]. I also personally met the Branch Service In-Charge on 13-06-09 and explained to him all the above issues and he assured me that the Remote would be REPLACED immediately (maybe even before I returned home) but till 6.00 pm of 14-06-09 there has been no response from LG. Neither has LG responded to my complaint made again for the third time on 12-06-09 not has my defective Remote been replaced as promised.

            I have also sent written complaints to LG’s Kolkata Office, their Corporate Office in Greater Noida as well as their Customer Care office also in Greater Noida.

            LG has CHEATHED me earlier and continues to CHEAT their customers. Moreover, their after-sales-service, as far as AC’s are concerned in Kolkata is non-existant and their senior officials are either not in a position to enforce compliance from their authorized Service Franchises or they are simply not interested.

            Bought one Air Conditioner LG make on Feb 23, 2008 but till today not received any free service.

            LG / Air Conditioner — COMPANY DID NOT HONOUR GIFT VOUCHERS ISSUED BY IT

            I have purchased many LG products including fridge, AC & LCD TV. For this, I recd gift vouchers from the company. In the gift vouchers, it was clearly mentioned that they can be utilised while buying a new product or AMC. I requested for the AMC for my one year old AC, lodged 4 issues with LG and followed up with their customer service manager but they refused to accept the vouchers. What is the use of issuing such vouchers to the customer if company does not honour?

              I bought a 230 Liter double-door LG Refiragerator on March-09 from Big Bazar Lower Parel. The referigerator is not cooling. This is the 3rd time the fridge is having the same complaint. Ive complained to the customer care service centre on 13-06-09 at 10 am. But no one has attended for the whole day. I called 05 times from my Mobile No. [protected] to LG Customer Care servie but still no one came to attend for the whole day. All of my dairy and perishable products were spoiled. I have a 06 month old baby for whom I ve to store milk. All the milk has also been spoiled. Yesterday 03 litres and today 03 litres again. My mother is a diabetic and Ive also to store insulin in the firdge.
              May please understand the gravity of the pain the company is giving to me for improper product.
              I want the fridge to be replaced or may please givbe me my money back. Probability says 03 complaint in three months means the fridge may not last longer for even a year.

              I have purchased one refrigeator model GL-278VA4-2009 on 29.05.09.I am facing lot of problem of cooling not happening. This is my 5th time complaint of same problem and all times my all vegitables and other parts were spoiled. LG service peoples came at all times and repaired, compressor changed, etc. After the repair 8-10 days its work properly then its came the same problem.               I have same complaint with GL-278VA4 I did called them up and asked them to look into it I havent heard it from them.

              looks like GL-278VA4 model has serious issues.
              We have purchased LG Single Door Refrigerator (185 ltr ) in April/2010. Within this 7th month its cooling started reducing and now it became totally inoperative.We have registered the complaint and the technicians came. They filled the gas and after two days it started creating the same problem. Again we contacted the service centre The technician came and reported that this problem is due to the non-functioning of the compressor.Service centre people told that they dont have the stock to replace the compressor.For the past one month we can't use the refrigerator.Till date not received any response from the service centre. If they don't have enough stock, we suggest to replace the same. Request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.

              During the shifting the tube must have cracked or from joints the gas may be leaking so after filling may be nitrogen tecnicians must check for leaks, rectify the problem and fill the freon.
              I have purchased one refrigerator model GL-254 AMG5 on 05/08/2011.Up to 15/10/13 it works smoothly. Then on wards problem of cooling arises and complaint booked to your customer care and Technician repaired and charged me Rs. 1700/-.It woks 7 days and the same problem shows and I have booked complaint and Technician does something and repaired. After 7days the same complaint shows and complaint booked and technician checked and ordered for compressor and after 10 days compressor changed and says if still any complaint shows the refrigerator is to be carried to workshop. This is my 3rd time complaint of same problem and all times all my food and other things were spoiled. LG service peoples came at all times and repaired, compressor changed, etc. After the repair 8-10 days its work properly then its came the same problem. If the problem is for compressor why should I pay Rs 1700/- during the warranty period. So I request to refund my paid amount and suitable compensation for spoiled food items and time waste. Three complaints in one month means that the refrigerator will not last longer. Still any complaints occurs I want the fridge to be replaced by company.                 Dear Sir,

                I purchased one LG LCD TV 37 INCHES Model No LC2R in2006 at KOLKATA at a cost price of around 70000/-. On 17th April 2009 I was getting the picture on my TV but no sound. Immediately I called on your call centre number and lodged a complain regarding this. After follow up of several times over phone and writing mails I succeeded in making some mechanics from LG attend my complain. After waiting for another week I was told by Shri RAHUL DUTTA (MANAGER) that some components need to be changed and they have requisitioned the same from Gurgaon. I waited patiently for another 2 weeks and was old that the part that has been delivered from your Gurgaon office but the same doesn’t match and hence they sent one more requisition via email giving photographs of the Component.

                Yesterday I was told by Mr RAHUL DUTTA that again the component which has been delivered does not match and hence I have no choice but to wait.

                Today it is 24th May 2009 and more than 1 month and 1 week I am getting harassed. My patience is running out and I am extremely sorry with myself for my decision in purchasing a LG PRODUCT. I swear that in future this mistake won’t be repeated from my side and neither would I be bothering you people with such things.

                My last request to world class LG is that either you repair my TV in 1 week or throw away the set at your end or I won’t be claiming any compensation from you. Because I don’t want any further that any LG PRODUCT SHOULD ENTER MY HOME OR OTHER PEOPLES HOME KNOWN TO ME. I am waiting for another week then I have no option but o knock the Doors of Consummers Redressal Cell at Kolkata

                Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo with Indian Customers

                Dear Members,

                I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
                I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

                I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

                And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

                Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

                As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

                Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

                i bought lg microwave on 03/07/2010
                after one week microwave is not working properly then i complain many time to see why the machine is not working then no one came to see and show room maneger say i allready camplain for it...
                just i want to know how much time u have to take ... other wise plzzzzzzzz refund my money soon as posible...

                  Had purchased a LG air conditioner but no dealer ever calls up for the services during the warranty period. After logging the complaint (Request ID W8C[protected], it was finally decided that my area i.e. Andheri West would be serviced by Bhushan Engg. Their technician serviced the a.c. but broke the front grill in April 2008. Must have made 25 to 30 calls. I have trying to get the replacement for the grill and for the subsequent services, I was told that now my area would be covered by some other dealer. In all this chaos at LG and their dealers, all I have got is One free service (instead of four) during the warranty period and that too, with a broken grill. The people at LG and their dealers talk very sweet with promises to revert within 2 hours to 2 days but nobody calls back. COMPLETE LACK OF EMPATHY WITH THE CUSTOMERS

                  Your Service is simply pathetic . We have commercial AC WHICH IS INSTALLED on mid of 2009. After that continously we were facing problem . Your Bangalore people and Delhi People are aware of All the Things . Delhi People are very prompt but Mr. Niranjan . R. IN Bangalore is simply unprofessional and pathetic . He does not bother about customer, always try to give lame excuses . Very Boring Professional . For Continous AC Problem we suffered a lose of Nearly 30 lakhs . Who will take this responsability . Is LG is going to pay all my lose ??????????? PATHETIC AND RIDICULAS this is the two words for you . We are coming up with lot many Hotels, we can't dreamt about LG AC. Please show this to your MD or any Higher Management then they will understand and analyse the Problem . This type o[censored]nprofessionalism is expected from a Company like LG.

                      This is regarding the LG washing machine purchased from VIJAY SALES (Thane), (WFT7062DN LG W/M W/F–T 7062DN), Bill No.: ORD6523737.
                      Dt. 030607.

                      After several reminders and many phone calls to the Call Center & local service executives I still have not received any resolution.

                      I have lost my patience & have no options to seek your assistance. My clothes are turning dark grey from the day I started using the product, initially one of the experts advice me to change the water source. In-between one of them took spoiled clothes for further investigation, letter on ms Ashwini (VIJAY SALES) reported me that my w/m’s papers are forwarded further for replacement, not only that letter on the same m/s Ashwini said that she is helpless in this case.

                      Finally I spoke to Mr. Muzumdar / Mr Arya and as per their promise another technical person visited my house and came to a conclusion that there is a oil spillage from the gear box and admitted other problems like water spillage from w/m & slow water supply etc. Funniest & unethical is every time service person use to call me to attend the problem and they never turned up. It is also observed that my past several complaints are removed or cancelled from the system.

                      SUBJECT : LG Washing Machine – Sent for Repair returned with a changed Washing Machine Complaint – Regarding.

                      REFERENCE : 1) Bill No : 1279 dated 28/09/2k4 of
                      LG Life Style Shoppee.

                      2) Invoice No. H13197 13/5065 dated 20.06.2009 of AB Electronics.

                      3) Our letter dated 21.07.2009 to LG Service Centre.

                      4) Our letter dated 17.08.2009 to LG Electronics Greater Noida U.P.

                      As per the references above the LG Tromm Fuzzy Logic Fully Automatic Fabri Care Washing Machine Model No. WD80295NP sent to LG Service Centre, Coimbatore for change of Stainless Steel Washing Drum. But the Washing Machine sent to our house was a completely changed machine with lot of fault.

                      I have made several complaints and emails to the authorities, but so far they are not at all interested in hearing our complaint and to take necessary action to solve our problem.

                      Hence in this connection I once again remind you regarding this matter to take action to solve problem. The Service authorities are very lethagic and not at all interested in service motive. If this attitude continues, then we have no other go to move to the consumer court for action.

                        i'm a customer of tata indicom and 2 months ago i got a message that i can replace my handset with a new walky talky at a monthly installment of rs 99 for 6 months.i live at khanna citybut there was no authorised office in khanna city to change the set . i enquired from customer care and they asked me to change it from ludhiana. ludhiana is 50 kms from khanna . i reached ludhiana on 8th Maywith my old handset at the following address
                        Tata Teleservices, T.V.H. COCO, GOLDEN PLAZA BUILDING, MALL ROAD, LUDHIANA .they asked me after a harrasment of half an hour that we don't have the new handsets in stock now .when i asked that we are from Khanna, they promised to send the handset at khanna within 2 days. but still no handset is sent . when i complained this poor service at customer care the person named GURMEET was on the line . he talked so rudely and said this sceme was not for customers like me . when i asked him i recieved a letter in this concern he asked me to cut the connection of this phone if i'm not getting the new handset.is this the solution. my existing handset is having some problem otherwise i have'nt complained . my cell no. is [protected].

                          I am consumer of Bharat Gas. My consumer No. is 21165 . My name is Kondaveeti Basavapurnaiah s/o.k.Venkateswrlu .

                          Your delivery and other services are prompt but When I transfered Sangareddy ( Medak district) to Nandigama (Krishna District) I have facing a lot of problems from sangareddy agency the agency name is Vinay Gas agency Sangareddy.
                          I submitted all required documents to the agent for the transfer purpose. 28.11.2008 till to day I am not yet received any positive things from the agent. I approched so many times directly and indirectly to the agent. and I endorsed one of my relative to this process . but there is no results from the agent.

                          I request you kindly do the needful in this regard.

                            Hi Team,
                            I have purchased an LG refrigerator with the following specifications:
                            Model: GL-328LAG4, Seller: Sales Emporium Garia, Credit Memo No.: CR/01740/8/[protected], Refrigerator Serial No.:807LPDX001370, Purchase Date:03/08/2008.
                            I recently had an isssue where the cooling of the whole fridge was not working and I had to call up the helpdesk several times to finally get someone to check it after 3 days. That was due to a parts issue which was replaced and the technician also renewed the contract for another 2 years even before expiry which was acceptable. Now, we have an issue where the door is not getting closed as the side rubber is loose and the door remains open quite frequent unless we double check and still at times we have to manually open the rubber strips to close it properly. I lodged an online complaint this time(07/06/2009) rather then calling and got a technician(on 08/06/2009) to check this issue, who gave me a very surprising and shocking resolution, he asked me to fix it with an Adhesive(quick fix) and that would take care of the issue now, incase there is any issue in future then this whole rubber panel needs to be replaced. I was furious as how come I being a customer fix this issue using adhesive and more interestingly, when this is in warranty then they will not be replacing anything and once it is out of the warranty then they will charge me for all these services? Moreover, when I tried to explain him he said that, 'you should give me in written that you are denying the service' and I was speechless to hear that tone. Can I expect some help from your side to boost up the consumer actions against these arrogant companies. I paid Rs.18700(eighteen thousand seven hundred only) for this new refrigerator and not even one year has completed that I am facing so many issues and no help from the India's biggest electronics manufacturer and seller. Please suggest.

                            2. How many life expected by your - ???

In span of 1 year I have paid a lump-sum amount to the company towards the refrigerators repairing charges & Cost of new compressor etc. Breakdown of the compressor came just after 4 years from its purchase, which is a very short time for a breakdown of a product from such a branded company.
                            4. After 1-2 month from the above, I filed complain to your end. Your workman
                            came for its repairing but only minor works were done by him. We again filed
                            a complain on 01.01.10 for which your company people came and changed the
                            Compressor and again charged us for Gas filling.
                            5. After changing the compressor for the 2nd time, the machine worked for not more
                            than 1month & again ceased to work.
                            6. Further, I filed a complain and I requested your company people Mr. Arvind and Mr. Bhupendra Bharadwaj to pick the refrigerator from my house and repair the refrigerator to stop any further problems arising out of it. You kept the refrigerator under your supervision for a month or so and delivered it to us on 14/15 May and stated that “now your refrigerator is in proper working condition”
                            7. Further, just after 15-20 days the problem again supplemented, for which we filed complain at your place. Your company sent 2-3 person/executive to our home and after checking the product they said that
                            “Now the refrigerator is not in the working condition.”

                            What happened to the product in 15 days that your opinion changed for it?

                            Disappointedly, we want to state that we are not at all satisfied by your response. We have incurred repairing charges and other misc. charges amounting to Rs.10000/-(approx) (some of the bill no. are 5522, 7145, 7223), and freight amounting to Rs.2000/- on it and after so much of our input, your company’s’ workmen are stating that refrigerator will not work further. This won’t be entertained by us at any cost.
                            We don’t want any sort of money refund from your end. Since, it has just been 4 years from date of purchase of the product which is not a long time, so we don’t want any sort of refund, just we want is our refrigerator in working condition as soon as possible. Breakdown of the product in such a short span of time shows the poor quality of the product.
                            I would advise you to take care of the quality of product rather than just marketing them which would help you to stop ruining your company’s image in the open market.
                            Please do the needful at the earliest, so that we are not forced to take any further legal action against you.

                              It is always a night mare whenever we have to lodge a complaint against any LG Products.& to get the services done. The complaints are canceled without attending which was repeatedly in our case.
                              Complaint No W9c60204917 dated 2nd June was canceled without attending.
                              My recent complain no is W9C60500337 .The job was carried out without a job sheet. When asked the service center Sai Enterpries Mr. Yogesh said he will not provide me with a job sheet.The machine was taken at the work shop & compressor was replaced. There is no documentation of the same with us.We have registered multiple complaints against this service center but no action has been taken.
                              We also have a tower A/c for which we have placed multiple complaints for free service under warranty. every time the complaint number is canceled without attending. when we contact the LG customer care they ask us to call up the service centre & find a way out.Tower a/c complaint no W9C41100223 & W[protected].
                              LG services are sheer harassment & their corporate ads should be banned stating about their services.

                                LG KP500 Cookie, it hangs with blue screen while transferring the data via USB through PC Suite II .

                                Steps :-

                                1. transfer some datas/songs via USB through PC Suite II
                                2. Tell your friend to send a SMS to your mobile
                                3. it will hang with blue screen here, and sometimes it won't switch off too .. we have to remove & insert the battery :-(

                                Note: This even happens sometimes with Bluetooth also .

                                And this KP 500 Cookie is really very slow and sometimes mis-behaving too :( with his multi-threading concept ..

                                Battery life is very low
                                when i charged fully, it will stat one day in 3 points and stays 4 hours only in 2 points and when reaches 1 point it will shut down. And all this under no playing music and video.

                                LG will take care and try to change battery type for all lg cookie users.

                                because a (samsung star) competitive model for this model is having battery life for max 5 days when using all facilities.
                                yes i agree.

                                mine is worse sometimes it switches itself of while busy browsing my photos and the likes.

                                  AS we have purchased the LG Refrigerator for the snehanjali Stores at vasai {w} By giveing the full payment through the credit card, during the delivery time they brought it horizantaly up side down position due to Rafrigerator damage by internally and cooling not getting cooling properly when we complaint to delaer for replacement he denied for the replacement as well as for the repair.
                                  So please look into this matter

                                  I had purchased L.G Refrigerator from Vijay Sales (Mira Road Branch) on 08/09/2008 in the name of Mrs.Jacintha Pinto, B/203, Tulip Co-op Housing Society, Sai Baba Nagar, Mira Road(East) code no-GL325TMG4 SUPER INOX.

                                  The timer of this refrigerator is already changed thrice in a span of 9 months and once again it has stopped working since yesterday.The complaint has already been lodged with your service centre today morning and their repeated reply is that the problem would be required within 24 hours.

                                  I want to reiterate that my L.G.Refrigerator should be replaced immediately due to repeated occuring problems else i will take this issue to the consumer cell in due course.

                                    We are following with LG customer care, Service Center M/s.Sigma Services with a complaint no. RNA[protected] since last 3 weeks very poor service, the very small Microwave part is excepted since last 3weeks.

                                    Spoken with customer care, service centre executive, service centre executive, manager but all in vein.

                                    i have same exprience for our LG washing machine.

                                    Very Very Very poor service in term of customer satisfication.

                                        I had purchased a TV which belongs to the LG company. Model is 21 FE4RGE. Straight after sales, there is no response for service from the LG people. They proudly say that "LG" stands for "Life's Good". But as far as I am concerned I feel they made a mistake while making the abbreviation. It should have been "Like's Good" money from the customers.

                                        After several complaints, they are least bothered to attend to my complaint. The customer service people happily take the complaints and do not fail in providing the registration number but never attend to the customer's requirements.

                                        If anyone wants to buy any product of LG, please get suggestions from yours friends / relatives. I do not know how these people happily advertise and do not turn up for service after sales. This subject which I am talking is just after a week from the date of purchase.
