Can someone help me find the pcb replacement for my LG washing machine?

my lg phone(lg optimus 2 e-455) has stolen in new delhi railway station which IEMI NO=[protected]and FIR NO-1237/2013.pleast help me for tracing my phoneAC OUTLET POINT IS DAMAGED IN A SHORT PERIOD
AC OUTLET IS DAMAGED WITH IN A SHORT PERIOD. K RADHA KRISHNA MURTHY FLAT NO 404 RK&CHALLAS LAKE VIEW HEIGHTS APARTMENTS NEAR RANGARAYUDU CHERUVU BEHIND KALANIKETHAN SHOW ROOM ONGOLE I am using LG 5.5 KG DD Drum Front load washing machine from 2011 October ( around 4.8 years ).
Now it is giving problem like after we start it, after 3 to 4 minutes it is stooping, throwing water out, and not continuing. I have reached http://lg-servicecenter.com/#,[protected], [protected], and they told it will cost 8000 Rs for repair or if new board which charges 15000 Rs or more also.
So after i directly call LG customer care and found this information is not correct and genuine. So next day after i argue with him, he reduced PCB repair cost to 3500 Rs. I am almost tired doing these research and finally committed to repair for 3500 Rs plus transport charges. They are giving 3 months warranty.
I know this cost also more but helpless as i am really feeling very difficulty finding actual LG service center.
Looks like LG need to solve these fraud service centers and provide trusted or genuine service.
Now with all these i am feeling very bad on LG service in Hyderabad or India.

My name is Satya Ranki Reddy . I am staying at Hyderabad, Telangana. I had a 3 year old LG washing front door 5.5 kg machine, bought in June 2011 for 28000 rupees. A couple of days ago the machine doesn't start. Just beeping all the time. I contacted the Customer support through the dealer. A technician came today and checked the machine and decided that the PCB unit is defected. It will cost more than 5000 Rupees.
Even if the machine is 2 years old, we haven't used the machine more than 2 months ( use only when we are coming for vacation). We thought that a reputed company like LG do have some quality in their components, specially expensive component like this. We are totally disappointed on LG washing machine. Never going to recommend any one.

Even I, Girish ([protected]) from Bangalore also facing the same complaint with LG now. After 4 years suddenly the LG front loading washing machine stopped working and alter when I contacted the customer care their solution is to replace the whole PCB board instead of fixing it.
This is really pathetic that even after receiving so many comments and responses the management doesn't want to listen or respond to it. I would not recommend anyone to go for products companies who doesn't care about their customer concerns.

Hi LG care team, this is srinivas, it's seems so many complaints are raising PCB failures, recently I also faced Problem with Power control board, here we surprised that most of the customer commented, but there is no one comment from LG side. Obviously it is required. Please place the your comment in customer stand and hope to that believe lg products.

Brought LG Front Load Washing machine 4 years back(2013) and this is the second time replacing PCB for the machine. Last year(2016) replaced the PCB with the LG authorized customer service and again in 1 year same problem. And cost is nearly around 4300. I read all the consumer complaints registered, I didnt find any of the LG people are ready to tell the actual cost of PCB. It is varying from one one service center. Why LG are not taking this seriously, event LG customer support people come up with no answer. Being a brand, you should keep your brand quality and the service. Or else there is no point in buying any of your LG product. Hoping i will get to know the actual price of PCB.

Log fully automatic washing machine has PCB problem . Log pcb board is approx 5000 rs . Dear friend never buy lg washing machine.
LG customer service is pathetic. I had a horrible experience with them after which I completely lost my faith in this company.
Our LG vacuum cleaner stopped working so I called in the customer service. They told me that the motor is burnt and needs to be replaced. After I agreed to it, they replaced it within two days and It started working fine. I was told that the motor has three month warranty and if anything is to happen to motor within this time period of three months, they will replace it without any further cost. I was happy.
Unfortunately after couple o[censored]ses, the vacuum cleaner stopped working again. It had not been even a week. I immediately called up the customer care. They promptly came in the same day. They told me that motor is burnt and needs to be replaced. I told him that it is under warranty and showed him the bill. He said he will talk to his boss. He also assured me that they will replace it free of cost and left. I waited for their call but nobody contacted me. I had to call the customer care AGAIN. They gave me the contact number of the regional centre. I called there. After explaining everything to them they told me that they don't seem to find the motor for my model of vacuum cleaner and I will have to wait for a week. After I week I called them back to inquire about the motor, they said I have to wait another week. Week after week I was told the same thing. They did this for three months straight. This led to warranty period getting over. But the worst part starts now- Immediately after the warranty period got over they miraculously found the motor for my model.
How can they find the motor within two days when I was paying and not when it was to replaced free of cost? Pathetic!!! I didn't want to contribute even a single rupees towards this company so I decided not to replace the motor. My vacuum cleaner is still lying there like a piece of trash.
I never had such a terrible experience with any customer service in my entire life. They spoke to me rudely, they ignored my calls n number of times. I faced all this in the period of three months. They don't deserve the trust people have in this company. I am deeply saddened and probably will never go back to this brand ever again in my life !

I brought Lg washing machine 6kg on 2014 now the technician is telling that pcb has shorted and there is problem of draining the water the cost of pcb is 4500 rs if we give old one or it is 6500 what is we brought it for 29000 rs now we spent this much huge amount for small correction in pcb board I thought he would come resolve the problem what's the use of buying this product if there is no customer friendly service
