[Resolved] Liberty Shoes Ltd. — Poor Quality Of Shoe not exchanged | |||
Dear Sir I purchased a pair of shoe (model no 2092-21) on 11/12/2011 against bill no 6251from Jalandhar based Liberty showroom ( Copy of bill attached herewith). I got it repaired 3 times from dealer in 1.5 months and now its 4th time i have gave him for replacement. I gave it on 28/2/2012 against their receipt no. 1396 which is with me and after a week they told me that we have given it to company. From that date i haven't got any reply from them. After 3-4 visits i told them that i will complain to the consumer court and he happily said "Ok" .I have e-mailed to the company also on 22 nd March 2012 but still got no reply.
