Same here.. Trying to login since 4 days and cant login at all. It keeps loading for long and ends up showing 'This webpage is not available' message..

i am using https://www.licindia.in/epslogin_a.htm url to login LIC. it is taking long time, finally it's show server down error. Can ane one provide the correct url for customer login page for LIC web application.

I also could not log in since yesterday. At least they should put a message on the home page that site is having problem.

but there is no pattern is available.

Is there problem with LIC website or the company has shut down? unable to login from past 1 month.

Pls login to https://customer.onlinelic.in/LICEPS/Login/secureLogin.do instead of old URL https://www.licindia.in/LICEPS/Login/webLogin.do .. LIC needs to display this message on old login portal...

it will ask you additional questions .. which i believe LIC would not be aware of answers.. choose easy questions by clicking submit button again and again.. and login to portal with answering questions along with your userid/pwd.

I am a registered user of LIC, I tried to loging with correct User ID & password but portal was not accepting. I tried more than 10 times. What is the problem with LIC. My dear LIC please resolve this on priority as being a customer we need to pay premium on time. Hope you understand our problem.

Probable solution...

I had similar problems with LIC login. But for the answers that you give for the question, press space first and give the answer.

this has worked for me multiple times. if answer is "7" then give space and answer " 7"
