[Resolved]  Lic India — Portal Login Problem

Hi, I am unable to login with my user credentials in lic portal. All that I get is
Username:ayappant11

Error : Pl Check UserName/Password...

Though login name and password along with the security answer is correct, it does not allow to login to the website (tried hundred of times now!!!).
What is the use of having this website when they do not want us to let in?????

Worst website management! Will LIC bear the late fees due to this inconvenience?

Premium receipt not received/generated

I paid premium through 'Syndicate Bank online'
policy no.[protected] amount 3587.00 dt 10.06.2016 through Syndicate Net banking

pl.send me online receipt to my email.

There are lot of issues for LIC online portal

entering correct user ID and password still getting same error please check your username n password
after that i tried to reset my password by entering all policy details getting error invalid capture data

this is most common error every time.

This is very crucial at least we should be able to login.

interesting to have look on this issue very seriously

LICindia.in - Worst site every, i don't know why LIC does not invest in its own portal. I tried to pay my premium but it took me 4 attempt to do so even though i did not get my receipt. and just for information i am a software engineer so i know how to use sites.
but this site is just poorly developed and maintained .

Please improve this, your site working shows how much you care about your customer.

I am a registered user of the LIC portal. But now when I am trying to login, it is keep on asking the security question one after the other. I don't know what is happening. Please resolve ASAP. It is a big pain.

I have an LIC account and when i try to login that, it says either "Pl check username/password" OR "PL check answers" even though both of them are entered correctly. It Sucks!! Third class website.

registered user cannot login easily.there used to be problem always.is lic company is sleeping.even you are not able to maintain a good website.you want all the customer to reach your office for getting their information.if this problem goes on then i am sure the customers will go for another insurance company even if they lose their money.Being in this field for a long period is not at all matters, but how you develop yourself matters much

One of the most non active organisation. Online portal don't work and no one is interested. They don't answer complains by emails they answer it vai phone calls and don't listen to the problems. SBI PNB-Met life looks much better in terms of customer conveniences. Even in the office people will force you to take a broker and every officer has his personal known broker who has to paid before you file moves. This organisation doesn't need to say govt. affiliated, once you go you will see. I am delighted to be part of such organisation. A tribute to the father of Insurance company in India.

i tried to login maximum 8 to 10 times but its showing the webpage is not available so its very urgent for me becoz i want to check premium amount of client on urgent basis

Your mobile portal doesn't work on iphone. I could not choose my birth date from drop down menu. It won't accept 29 or 30 as a date, it can only select date from 1 to 28. Link to "Proceed to Payment" disappears and not able to click it. In last half an hour I tried all possibility to pay premium online but could not. Kindly make your mobile portal better. This is not expected from a firm of such a repute.

I am working as a lic agent in Dhrangadhra Branch in Surendranagar District. I have applied for user name and password of agent portal of my lic software before 5 months in dhg branch but yet not received user name and password. so please do the needful about this matter.

Even after entering the correct credentials in the required field I am unable to log in to the lic portal, this problem is persisting after upgradation of the website. My name is Dhirendra Pratap Singh and policy number is[protected]. Several other policies are also registered under this name, wife's name and daughter's name. How to solve LIC login issue - Try these methods...

1. Use comfortable browser.
2. Type the address on address bar manually (no copy and paste) - www.licindia.in
3. Now you can see the link on address bar like this - https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Login
4. Type your login address / user id, password and date of birth.
5. If page opening problem happens then the simple trick is to enter the date of birth from calendar selection and not by manually typing as ...10/12/15...etc.
6. manual typing sometimes creates string error on html system and are unreadable by the program files.
