My annuity no is 091Q[protected] and receiving annuity instalment amount Rs.5517/- of very March, June, September & Dec.1st March'14 my annuity Instalment is due but this time my annuity Instalment amount is not credited my bank account. I was getting annuity payment every year for Rs. 19355 through NEFT system in my BOM I bank account since THEN regularly.

But from 2/4/2017 it was not paid because of non submission of CERTIFICATE OF EXISTENCE and on submission paid all the three instalments on 17.5.19 for Rs. 21351/-, 19355/- and 19355/- on 17.5.219 without detail of intt. paid.
