Yes, he is right LIC is worst company in cities like mumbai, delhi, its good but inremote cities they not even replying for any mail, calls LIC is worst company i ever face in life according to me every one go for private insurance company like TATAaig, Royal sundaram or any one wants go for govt. company then go for SBIlife it better than LIC at least they reply for every call and mail sent to them.

TODAY IS 26/11/2010 ,SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT GOT BACK MY ORIGINAL POLICY PAPER FROM YOUR OFFICE.I CONTACTED YOUR BRANCH OFFICE BUT THEY DID NOT CO-OPERATE WITH ME..AND THEY DID NOT HELP ME REGARDING THIS MATTER..AND I ALSO CALLED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIAL [TOKEN NO-3266] BUT THEY ALSO DID NOT RESPOND...NOW, IT IS 4 MONTHES OVER AND I M COMPLETELY HELPLESS AND NOT ABLE TO FIND ANY CLUE REGARDING THIS MATTER..HENCE I WILL MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING THIS MENTAL HARASSMENT AND FOR THE MISCONDUCT AND CARELESS ATTITUDE..BEING A CENTRAL GOVT.. OFFICIAL I WILL PURSUE THIS CASE TO THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY .IF I WILL NOT GET BACK MY POLICIES WITH IN 7 DAYS....
