My policy NO[protected], in which my name has been mentioned as PRASHNATKUMAR SHANKARBHAI PADHIYAR . where as my name is PRASHANTKUMAR SHANKARBHAI PADHIYAR , so far while receiveing the premium notice I use to consider as typing error, but when I checked my policy the matter is same so now what shall I do to get it changed to (PRASHANTKUMAR SHANKARBHAI PADHIYAR ). i have made payment through net banking on 13.02.11. for policy no[protected] amounting to rs. 9285.00 for which no e receipt was sent to inspite of my request through mail. the said amount has already been debited from my a.c. please do advise me what to do.
