Sub: Non receipt of pension for the month of November, 2010-Annuity No.103716

I am S.V.S. Sastry, retired in Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd.(OIC), on[protected] at Visakhapatnam Divisional Office No.2. The OIC has purchased Annuities with LIC.

Since then I was receiving my pension payments by way of cheques till October, 2010. From November, 2010 onwards the payment of pension procedures was changed by directly crediting into our Bank account through NEFT.

Unfortunately I have not received my pension for the month of November, 2010 which was to be credited into my bank account on 1st December, 2010. The pension for the subsequent period till date is regularly being credited to my bank account.

I spoke with the LIC DO-1, Pension Department New Delhi over phone several times. I also written letters dated 3-2-2011,[protected],[protected] and finally on[protected] my letter address to THE OIC, Head Office, New Delhi with copy marked to LIC pension Dept., New Delhi.

Till date i have not received my pension payable for the month of November, 2010 or no reply to my above referred letters.

I would earnestly request your goodselves to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Not Received annuity amount of Lic Pension scheme

My father had a Jeevan Akshay Pension plan with sum Rs, 50, 000/-. He was getting Rs.500 per month as pension. He died on[protected]. As per plan my mother is eligible to get Sum assured i.e. Rs.50, 000/-. We submitted claim on 28th May 2013. Almost one year is over but still the claim is not settled. So many times went to LIC office but of no use. They said that master of this policy is not available. We are creating master so please come after one week. Whenever we go to LIC office they say that come next week. These number of next weeks accumulated to 54 weeks i.e, one year.

Please create the master and disburse the amount at the earliest.
