Non receiving of Policy Bond

I HAVE TAKEN LIC POLICIY NO.[protected] BY NAMED BHUPESH KALARA, MONEY PLUS T.N.180 IN MARCH 2007 THROUGH A BRANCH OF LIC AT JAIPUR BRANCH CODE 325 BUT TILL DATE I COULD NOT RECIEVE BOND PAPER. HOWEVER, I PERSONALLY MEET AND REQUESTED BRANCH OFFICIALS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE....

DELAY IN SCANSIONING MY LAON

Dear Sir,

I had applied for LHF on 1 week of july satisfying all the requirment accordingly i had received scansion letter on 21th of july, but till date i havnt received my cheque. my file no 610177 sum of amount Rs 300000/- only.
I CALL UP EVERY DAY TO MY AGENT Mr. Danashekar to check from PAST 1 MONTH and replyes tomorrow.These is really made me so upset and i had never seen such a poor service in my life

Cannot register as New User

Dear Sir or Madam:

I've tried several times to register online to pay my policy premium, however the new user registration link is always throwing the following error: "Due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted."

Please fix this issue at the earliest. Thanks and best regards......

NON RECIEPT OF ADVANCE CHEQUE

My policy no is[protected]. I was getting Advance cheque for Rs 671.00.This year in April 2009 they have not sent advance cheque' The Cheques are still not received and we are not be able to draw pension which became due on 1.4.2009. The LIC is depriving us from the one of the source of income in this old age. We expect them to be more sensitive specifically towards senior citizens.my contact no is [protected]...

Reducing the interest rates

I have availed a loan from LICHFL 5 years back. During the last 2 years their interest rates have been rising up. Whenever there was an increase the same was automatically applied to our Loan A/c. Recently the interest rates have been reduced. I regret to say that this benefit of reduction in interest rate is not given to me. Whereas the same is offered to all new customers. Please suggest a way to avail the benefit of reduction in interest...

MY LICI POLOCY NO[protected], (15 YEAR JEEVAN SURABHI POLICY WITH PROFIT), DATE OF MATURITY ON 28.07.2009 & SUM ASSURED Rs50, 000/- BUT AS PER LICI RULE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INTIMATION ABOUT MATURITY OF POLICY OR PAID MATURITY VALUE. BUT I INFORMED THIS MATTER AT SIVASAGAR LICI BRANCH ON JULY/2009, BUT STILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MATURITY AMOUNT.

Change of Address - Not Done

I hold a policy viz. Jeevan Shree (No.[protected]. This policy I had taken at Hyderabad (Himayat Nagar Branch) and during last November (2008) I relocated to Bangalore. Since then, I have been sending reminders/letters to my agent Mr. D. Venugopala Rao, 01835660, but he has not bothered to get it done.

I have been paying my premiums regularly. I have also sent many letters to LIC office @ Himayat Nagar, but to no avail. br...

Sir,
My policy no.[protected], i m not receiving any letter from lic to pay my premium, i have to keep track of my due date, if godforbid i forgot to pay the premium, then additional charge will be levid on me.

Please send the due premium letter without fail to enable me to pay the premium on time.

premium intimation

Sir, I am not receiving any intimation from lic for paying my premium, or receving any letter to my address, i have to track myself for the payment, for god forbid if i forget to pay, then additional charge will be levid to me.

kindly send letters for due date regularly to enable me to pay my premium on time.

Repayment of home loan

I have taken housing loan for Rs 24.75 Lacs for my flat in Regency Estate, Dombivali. My loan got disbursed in the month of May 09. As per disbursement schedule given to me, interest / BPI of Rs 8306 was to be debited on 10th June 09, but it has not been debited from my account till date. Also emi of Rs 21879/- was to start debiting from my account from 10th July 09 which has not happened.

Removal of lic agent

I have compliants to lic office, bikaner for removal of lic agent. Because my agent yogesh kumar acharya had not turned to me after making of lic. I have contacted him in regard of lic work of change of nomination but he did not response. Now I wanted that lic should take necessary action against such agents who have work only for once for commission only....

Non Receipt of Policy Status

Dear Sir,

While contacting with customer service (Tel. No.1251) of LIC, they had informed me to get the Policy Status of my LIC Policy, I had to personally visit to branch office of LIC of the each spesific policies.

So in the current situation and in the globalisation, it is very time consuming to go personally to the spesific LIC's branch office, only for the policy status. and also like a gient government...

Worst Home Loan Service Provider in the world

I took a loan from LIC Housing Finance from Asaf Ali Road, Laxmi Insurance Building, New Delhi Branch. I don't know what kind rate of interest they are charging.
