And that time their is no service, charge but lic hfl take panelty from me. Why? In jaipur branch. No any reply given to me. In july 2011 i cradit 25000 in my account .But they say that theitr is software problem in account so they keep this in excess amount. And intrest calculate on o/s loan with out subtract my advanced. I took loan from LICHFCL, Rahul Palace, Lohia nagar Ghaziabad for purchasing flat No. SE-370, Shastri Nagar Ghaziabad against loan A/C No. 10001274 in March 1995. I had deposited total amount of loan by December 2006 but till date I have not received back following documents mortgaged against above loan after repeated correspondence, telephonic discussion( Telephone No. [protected]) and personal visit to LICHFCL office, Laxmi Bhawan, Asaf Ali Road New Delhi and LICHFCL Ofiice Vaishali Ghaziabad.

Since one year we are behind the LIC agent working at LIC Housing Finance Ltd, at coimbatore office Avinashi road, for the house construction loan at the plot 38A, PLS Nagar, Coimbatore.Till now we have not received any amount for the loan.Everytime, she will ask for some or the other documents.Evenafter providing it, our loan is not sanctioned and we have not received any amount.Now atlast we are fed up with the procedures and planning to get the loan from other banks.This is a grevience from us that we lost our precious time and some amount for the procedure.We are not happy with the agent who is working at your office.That female agent does not know anyting about the prodeduce.

LIC Housing Finance Limited — LOAN PROCESS FEE CHARGED EVEN BEFORE ISSUING THE SANCTION LETTER

i had filed for a loan application with LICHOUSING FINANCE ltd . THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED ME Rs.6000/- for home loan but havent issued the SANcTION LETTER SO FAR.

nov 2011 ko mene apni ke file (plot kharidne ) ke liye lic main lagayee jo ki dsa ke duara lagayi thi aur iski jankari lic ke employee ko bhi thi. Aur mujhe ye kaha gaya ki 10 din main aapka chaque aa jayega 10 din bad lic mai jakar mr.deepak se jankari leni chai tho unhone mujhe 2 din se aane ko kha 2 din baad mere phone lagane par kisi ne mera phone nahi uthaya tho main lic ki branch gaya waha mujhe anil mile unhone kha aaj aap ka approval aa jayega evening main main aapko phone karta hu. Magar unka koi phone nahi aaya, dusre din dsa gaur ka phone aaya aur kaha kal aap ke baar lic office aa jana main office jata hu tho who mujhe ek latter de dete hai ki aapka 6 lac ka loan final ho gaya hai aaur 2 din main aapka chaque aa jayega aap palty (jis se mene plot liya hai ) 2 din baad ki date de sakte ho mene gaur ke kehne par palty ko 5 din baad ka time de diya ! Magar 2 kaya 8 din nikal gaye mere paas koi chaque nahi aaya magar mere saving accunt se 1100 +5500 ke do cheque lic ke naam ke nikal gaya !palty ko time dene ke karan who mujhe paresaan karne lagi maine dusre no se lic emplooyee deepak ko phone kiya tho unhone mera phone utha liya aur bole hamari ke skim nikli haih jisme hamara target hain is liye 5-6 din aur lag jayenge aap apne naam se ragistry kara le hum aapke naam ka chaque banba de aur unhone mera phone kaat diya fir bapas nahi uthya. Fir mene gaur ko phone kagaya tho usne bhi muje wahi kha jo deepak ne kaha, idhar palty ne mujhe dabab bana rakha tha payment ke liye, fir mene bazar se payment byaj par lekar palty ko diya aur ragistry mene apne naam kara li . Deduction of Installment before actual transfer of loan amount

I have applied (appli no - 507927) for the housing loan to LIC housing finance, swarget, pune, through their agent. In the month of March'11 LHF has sanctioned my loan, A/c no[protected]. The said cheque of 30, 00, 000/- was lying with the insurance agent for two weeks. Then I went to trip for my personal reason meanwhile the cheque was lost somehow in my house. I was about to inform the same to the LIC KSG FIN while eventually I fount it in the month of may. I have deposited the said cheque in May hence the money got tranfered to my account on 06th May 2011. However my statement of bank account shows on 17th March 2011 itself Rs. 27575/- was tranfered through ECS to LHF as an installment, when the amount was not even tranfered to my account, I think this is unfair on my part that the LHF is taking money even when the money was not transfered. Why should I pay the installment without taking money actually. Rs. 27575/- is hugh amount for me as I am doing service, please help me to get my said paid installment back as it shows claimable since I hv yet to get loan money.

BUT SUDENLY I WAS SURPRISED AT THE TIME OF CLEARING RETURNED &UNREALISED 0N 24/11/2011 WHAT REASON I DO NOT KNOW PAYMENT STOPPED BY DRAWER . THIS TYPE OF INCIDENT IS VERY WORST THIS WILL LEADS TO SPOIL RELATION SHIP BETWEEN ICICI BANK AND ME. SO KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO INVOLVE &SOLVE THE ISSUE. I have taken home loan from Kolkata South Area Office through LICHFL employee / agent Mr. Arun Marik. Intially. He was told that he will give service all the time in future but from last few months I am not getting him over phone as per my requirement. Whenever they had received my phone calls just told ok “I am busy I will call you latter” but never ring back to me. I am very much frustrated service like that. Last month they had deducted Rs. 1, 000.00 as an interest but the agent was not submitted the cheque on proper time. Even in this month also EMI amount has not been debited from my A/c.

Finally I am helpless. Please do something if possible.

I have taken lic housing finance loan but regret that till date i have not been receiving any statement for the loan amount deducted till date and how much amount is pending to be received. I have just 5 year of service remaining and how will i repay the loan if you do not tell me in advance and how is that the amount is being increased every time without any intimation as to why there is an increase. I HAVE TAKEN HOUSING LOAN FROM LIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD. I TOLD TO MY AGENT THAT I WANT TO TAKE THE LOAN ON FLOATING RATE BASIS. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE SANCTIONED LETTER I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY HOUSING LOAN IS FIXED FOR THREE YEARS. THEN I WRITE A LETTER TO MR. NEERAJ LIC MANAGER JALANDHAR AND HE REFUSED TO CONVERT MY LOAN INTO FLOATING RATE.
