don't create rumour. Linguamart is paying on time, i am working since 2008 and i always received the payment for all the completed assignments.
I have been cheated by Lingua Mart as well. I used their translation services and paid them in advance. I neither got any services or my money back. I am filing a consumer court case against them and I will make sure not of the International trade commissions give any business to them.
I have email proof of them accepting double payment and that makes it a very genuine case.

I am also a victim of Linguamart, after doing translation they have cheated me by not paying more than Rs. 2500. Please be careful of doing translation work with these frauds.

Dear Linguist,LINGUA MART - A Translation company located in New Delhi is non payer to their candidate. Mr. Jitendra (Owner) is addicted to cheat all linguists who works for them. He do by giving false information like unsatisfied work, poor work, non-reporting to project Manager e.t.c. While giving job he promises a lot but after work show his cheap mind to retain our's hard earned money. Linguists as well as companies are suggested to be careful from this company as they have bad reputation in market. Please don't assign any work to LINGUA MART.

Lingua mart is supposedly an agency located at Delhi India. It is headed by a person called Jitendra Singh. He will ask you to do a large project of say 80 k words and when it comes to payment, he wont attend your calls or reply to your emails.
He does it with impunity. and the suspicion is that it is not a company and just an individual. Anyway i would request my fellow linguists to be careful of this guy. Just google lingua mart fraud and see the results.
