[Resolved]  L&t Infotech — NOT ABLE TO VOTE - Withdraw my Citizenship

I am working in LNT INFOTECH, chennai. I thought of going to my native(Coimbatore)to register my vote. My company has annonced that it will work on 13 may. so, am not able to register my vote.

I want to be sicere to my country & company as well. so What could i do?

Even in a democratic country like india, the rules are not favour to the citizens, even for election.

If we are not able to vote, then what is the need of citizenship.

Ask all companies to provide leave for election. otherwise we are to be ashamed to be in this country. if so, please withdraw my citizenship.

I'm an employee of L&T Infotech, Bangalore. We've recently received our (little) hike papers.its single digit hike.

I would like to share few of my thoughts, I request you to share your thoughts too..!

i dont know, what procedure is followed for pay hike and promotion. The steps and approaches are not shown to employee. HR says, its confidential. what HR can do, they are brokers between HR head and Managers. we cant blame them.

first of all, There is no "on going feedback" from PL and PM. End of the year, just for sack, they tell few good points about employee and list all the compliants like kids. just for sack, they give some rating (how many PL and PM know the meaning for apprisal index points).

If we ask PL and PM, why the apprisal points are less?, they say, it doesnt matter.you have been given good rating. hike and promotions are depends on your overall performance and "higher management"decides, pls focus on your work and try to get "ownership" of the module.

Is it the correct answer from PM? who is that "higher management".is it central government or state government?

you can hear from same answers from all the PMs..! particullarly Mr.Brown (senior manager, Samsung ODC). you can easily identify from name itself (person, whos head is covered with full of brown hair, it because, full of mud in his head). he never speak like a manager even in meetings. always spks like a timesheet (even he forgot to fill many times), spk like a platform shop keeper. he expects, employee to call him "sir", otherwise, single digit hike.

This is my thought about L&T infotech, it helps ppl, who wants to join L&T infotech. My advise to ppl, who wants to join, "think twice, before joing L&T infotech".
L&T Infotech has taken advantages of world market and postpone our hike for 3 months. now, while giving letter to us, they told us, "if any issues", pls speak to Mr. King (vilas, the king of samsung ODC, 2009). Who is that junk fellow???. He has 2 horns in his head?? he has "only one" (i meant to say "brain").

If we ask PL, why hike is less. he asks us to speak to PM. PM says, spk to Mr.King. Mr. King says, go to HR. HR says, spk to PM. PM says, all the best, try to get "ownership of the module".

I dont know, what the role of PMs??? they are brokers between the "higher mangement" and employee. I think, atleast broker does his job properly. they are very well trained, "back byters". I can call them " White Collar criminals".

i can suggest my friends, no use of talking to them about hike? we should not think about it. try and go out, world is big..!

To Mr.King, Mr.Brown : Don't think that you are doing some smart work. Do you know the climax of "Mr.saddam hussein". bad time will come to you also. may be now, tomorrow or future to your kids (when they go for job). .you are not god..! you will learn the lession oneday..!

Department of ACW, Ultratech Cement Ltd, they are advised the old records of employees working at Awrapur unit are handed over to Shard Service Centre Mumbai. The direction of the .Company, now we are contacting you to please co-operate in this matter and may please be sanctioned the benefits such as family pension (Provident Fund), gratuity, leave encashment, & other benefits etc., and job to a family member in your esteem organisation.





But now our financial condition is very critical, i am suffering from joint pain problems & Romatis Airthratis so my knee replacement operation is very essential as per Doctor suggestion. But I am alone & unable to come over there to make it possible because of my ill health.

Hence once again my humble request to your kind self to provide the financial benefits which are eligible to my husband. As per company rules so kindly do the needful in this regard and all correspondence will be made to the above mentioned address & e-mail id & oblige.
