[Resolved] Lufthansa Airline — lost goods in baggage | |
i firoz jariya travelled from uk birmingham airport on 7th jan 2009 to mumbai via frankfurt, when i reached mumbai i recieved only 1 baggage instead of 2, so i went to lufthansa counter to find out, when i went there were about 50 passanger for same complaint for lost baggage, the girl at the counter filled the required forms and said we will try to locate and ring u, and u have to come here and open ur luggage in front of the officer to check ur items are ok, but the next day they rang me and said they found my baggage and will sent to my address, next morning the courier man arrived at 7am with my baggage, my baggage locks were broken, bag was damaged and my valuble items were stolen, it was about 4500 pounds woth goods .I rang the lufthansa office and told them about the issue, they said to send the complaint by email, i am not happy with the situation and the people incharge were not helpfull .my details as follows, ; my british passport no ;[protected].ticket details ; e[protected]; birmingham 07/01/09 flight no lh4907, 0705 am to mumbai via frankfurt, return 13/02/09.I would to see to my complaint and that i get my items compansation for wich i have given them the list. my email add is ; [protected]@yahoo.co.uk Was this information helpful? | |
