Dear Sir,



Your representative called us on 16th June 2010 in Land line numbers[protected] &[protected] and gave his time to visit our house on above issue.



Neither he visited nor he informed us about his non-coming.



IS IT THEY WAY YOU WORK?????


I am sorry to say that M/S Kenstar is the worst organisation I have ever seen in my life. You have taken money in advance for after sales / warranty maintenance. If your organisation have minimum sense and shame, it will return me the money taken in advance.



Hope you understand what I said.



YOUR REPRESENTATIVE WILL NOW VISIT MY HOUSE AFTER I RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION REGARDING THE DATE AND TIME FROM KENSTAR. MY TIME IS WITHIN 6 TO 8 AM & 7 TO 9PM ON WORKING DAY, AND ANY TIME ON SUNDAY WITH PRIOR INFORMATION. I HAVE MY AGED PARENTS AT HOME. AS I HAVE NO FAITH ON YOUR INTEGRITY I CAN'T ALLOW YOU WHEN MALE MEMBERS ARE OUTSIDE HOME.



Please do accordingly and let me know about your intention towards the service for which you have already taken money and paid salary to your officials.

We have two ACs at our home from Kenstar. One is 1 Ton & the other is 1.5 ton. These are under warranty (10 months before purchased).



We found the AC are not cooling as earlier. There was no Maintenance done from your end till date from the date of purchase. So we request you to kindly arrange for a maintenance at the earliest.
