[Resolved]  Madam Enterprises / Bharat Gas — POOR SERVICE

i have Bharat gas connection at Madam Enterprises at Madiwala, Bangalore since 24/11/2007.
My consumer No is 42535. For the last 2 months their service is very poor.The telephone lines of the above agency is very busy all the time. It is very difficult for us everytime to go to the office to book/collect the gas.

The last gas i booked on 29/07/08 and received it only on 18/08/08. Moreover i had to go to the office to collect it and too received after some hot arguments. I found the reciever of two telephones kept on the table there. There were a few more customers in that office with similar complaints.

I request the authorities to take necessary action to enable all the customers to book the refill through telephone and also to get door delivery in time.

We have booked @ Madam Enterprises Gas Agency, Madivala, Banngalore Karnataka State.
Nearly one & half Monthis over Till date we have not received cylinder & no replay from your end, Please Short out this Issue

This is to inform you that Madam enterprise continues harassing its customers by promising to deliver the gas and not doing so. I booked the gas about 3 weeks back and I was told that they would deliver within 10 days. I've been calling them up daily for the past 10 days and everyday they tell me it would be delivered today and that never happens. Why should customers be put to such ordeal in order to get a gas cylinder? Request you to cancel Madam Enterprise's dealership and provide better service to your customers.

Bharat Gas - Madam Enterprises — Non delivery of gas cylinder

Hi,

I have booked for gas cylinder on 12th October, 2009. The Booking number is 5465.

They assured us that the gas cylinder will be provided within 10 days of booking. Even after several reminders, complaints, the agency people keep saying that there is no incoming load of gas cylindes.

The gas agency - madam Enterprises, Maruti Nagar, Bangalore people are refusing to listen to us anymore.

Please do the needful.
Very True and i agree 100% that Bharat Gas been the poorest of all the services i have come a crossed. The branch in Madiwala should be lodged a complaint in Police i felt. Its allmost been 40 days neither anyone called nor bothered to take my complaint. I am truly frustrated and whenever i am trying to call them they are giving all bad excuses. I am vey sure they have sold out all the cylinders which is been allotted to us for a money greediness and now due to shortage they are running here and there. Can anyone give me the contact number of the Bharat gas Manager or any complaint department to send my complaint please.
I totally agree with the above. I also have a connection with Madam enterprises, Madiwala for years.
My consumer number is 43443. Every month it is a very tedious process to book, as their phone lines are always busy or they dont pick up. By default, they say 10 days for booking. The cylinder is never delivered in 10 days. We have to call them after 10 days and again they will say 2 or 3 days. So it will take minimum of 15 days that too after calling them frequently.

The service is very poor. Let the concerned authorities take necessary action against them.

MADAM ENTERPRISES is one of the WORST Bharat Gas dealer in Bangalore!

Pathetic customer support and No Response to the calls. Telephone lines are always KEPT BUSY!

Bharat Gas should CLOSE THIS MADAM ENTERPRISES and give the dealership to some one who is more responsible!
These guys are really BAD and horrible...they should be take to court and put in jail !!!

Madame Enterprise has given me issues, everytime we book the cyl. After 10DAYs we need to call and remind them atleast 3 times for them to deliver. The ladies who work their talk rudely and has no concern for any customer.
Madam Enterprises is for sure the worst BP Gas Agency. My family has been using the BP Gas Connection for long now but haven't really come across such rude staff, poor service yet. The delivery never happens on time and the staff sitting in the Agency are the worst to talk to. I had booked my gas under the connection no: 52558 almost 12 days ago, but haven't received the same yet. Also to reconfirm the status I have been calling the agency time and again, but nobody receives the call (even during the working hours, forget alone the lunch hours or weekends). Also the gas costs Rs. 325/-, but the delivery people always take Rs. 330/- in the name of the Delivery charges or no change. The matter is not of 5/- but of ethical business conduct.

The service from madam entp located in madiwala is pathetic & there is no solution to their behaviour of being irresponsible, careless attitude towards customers. I have booked my refill gas one month back & have been following up in vain. The delivery boy asks us to tell madam entp to make the gas bill and the telephones are just for name sake with no response. The nos seems be either swithched off, barred or busy all the time even when you call at 1am in the night.

I am posting this complaint in this forum hoping there is some action taken immediately

I totally agree. The phone lines are always busy..Not able to get through at all.
Worst service and irresponsible staff. very unforyunately I have taken the connection from this agency. I am waiting for my first cylinder for 10 days. Every day I calling (after trying for 50 times) and they are saying today. I never expeted this kind of worst service.
I have been a customer of Bharat gas for more than 5 years. for last few years I have been using Madam Enterrprise in MADIWALA Bangalore as my distributor. I am totally disappointed with the hassles and problems that MADAM Enterprise creates in my life.

1. There are multiple phone lines that they have provided to do phone booking. You have to continuously try those number for atleast 3 - 4 days to get them. Most of the time all the phones are kept off the hooks to avoid calls causing a great inconvenience.

2. The delivery boys calls and makes false promises to deliver the cylinder and keep you waiting in your house and you have to follow up multiple times to them before they deliver the cylinder.

3. Every 1 in 3 delivery, they don't bring the delivery receipt and give some false excuse about why they didn't get the receipt.

I am seriously thinking of changing my connection to some other provider.

I requested for transfer of connection from them, till now, they have not sent me the document in spite of prepaying courier charges. When I call them, their number is always engaged.

Gas Service — BAD SERVICE- MADAM ENTERPRISES

I have Bharat gas connection at Madam Enterprises at Madiwala, Bangalore.
My consumer No is 37243. Their service is very poor.The telephone lines of the above agency are not working 25635984/5 are not working the other two line 25635982/3 are very busy all the time. It is very difficult for us everytime to go to the office to book/collect the gas.

I did my last online booking on 24/03/10 and have not recieved it till 26/042010. There are many such customers in that office with similar complaints.

I request the authorities to take necessary action to enable all the customers to book the refill through telephone and also to get door delivery in time.

Bharat Gas — Mistreatment from the BP Distributor

Dear Sir, Our consumer number is 26509. Our distributor is Gayatri Gas Service. Recently we had a spate of problems with our LPG gas, first with the tube, then with the regulator etc. We kept calling Gayatri gas service and the service guy became short-tempered because of these problems. First he had the staff at Gayatri Gas service not accept our complaints. So, we wrote to BP. Then the manager at Gayatri Gas service started talking to us angrily and arrogantly. He sent the same service guy again to replace the regulator & the cylinder. We suspected, based on the behavior of the service guy that he intentionally gave us a somewhat faulty regulator out of some dislike for us that his short tempered had developed. The manager at Gayatri gas service each time asked us for a letter, which being nice people that we are, we gave. We watched the behavior of the new regulator for about 10 days. We get a very concentrated, foul smell of gas when the regulator is switched on. Concerned about our safety, we reported the matter to BP because the service manager at Gayatri Gas Service has been rather unfriendly. Nobody contacted us claiming that we have given letter saying everything is OK, which is total nonsense. This only confirms our suspicion about the service guy deliberately giving us a faulty regulator and the manager trying to cover it up, potentially putting our lives at risk. After filing the complaint today with BP, surpirsingly we have not heard either from BP or from Gayatri Gas service.

I am also facing big problem for getting the cyclinder. Everytime I used to place the order thru online. In ONLINE status updated as Delivery on Jul-28-2010, but still today (31-jul-2010) I didn't recieve it. I am trying to call them but not able to reach. My order Refno[protected]. I tried to make a compliant thru bharat gas online, but its not working.
