[Resolved]  Madhyamgram Base Branch ATM of Axis Bank — Transaction mismatch with above Axis Bank ATM

Madhyamgram base branch ATM — Mismatch transaction

Today i requested for Rs 10000/- from Madhyamgram base branch ATM but the amt debited from my A/c and the money did not come and the transaction slip did show Rs 0.0 withdrwal.

I tried to withdraw Rs 10000/- from axis bank atm of madhyamgram base branch on 02/05/2011 but the ATM machine failed to dispense cash after trying and dispatched a slip showing Rs 0.0 withdrawal but after subsequent balance checking the said amount has been debited. This worried me.

on 2nd may 2011 i tried to withdraw Rs 10000/- from axis bank atm of madhyamgram base branch using my central bank atm card, but the dispense of cash did not happen and a slip was out showing Rs 0.0 withdrawal. subsequent balance checking it was established that the said amount has been debited from my account.
