Estate, But No One Give Any Good Response Any Help From Them. Increase Your Server... It's Big Request to MTNL Team. Please Help As MTNL Team...

    I am MTNL user under Mukharjee Nager North Delhi. My land line and internet does not work form 10 june 2013, i registered complaint on 198 three times, but i don't get any response against my complaint. When i call 27654011 and 27654012 and other numbers to (Mukharjee nagar exc., i only get advice from one madam "198 pe complaint kro." and cut my phone in 5 sec. when i call again she said "Aap 198 pe complain kro". but i already registered complaint 3 times. No staffs are response for any MTNL user.

    So pls..pls take action against Mukharjee Nager Telephone exchange (Staffs and Lineman).

      I am using MTNL Delhi BroadBand Services for the last 2 years. The services were exceptionally good from MTNL Delhi and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, for the last 20 days the good services turned out to be the most pain area of my life. The broadband stopped working and the DSL light on the modem flashes every 5-10 minutes. THE SPEED OF THE MODEM HAS GONE DOWN LESS THAN 100 KBPS. I have taken the plan for 512 KPBS speed however, its worse now.

      MNTL Delhi customer service is again a worst experience. I have submitted more than 25 complains for the Speed and DSL connectivity issue however, nothing has been resolved. The latest complain number is 313941 and my landline number is[protected]. I have always paid my telephone bills on time and before due date. This is extremely disgusting and frustrating.

      My request it to take strict action against MTNL and it poor services. I want this issue to get resolved asap.

      MTNL — non connectivity in broadband

      dear sir,

      i have a telephone connection 23360042 with broadband connection and since 24.5.08 i am not getting CONNECTIVITY i lodged complaints two times through this site and repeted to 2335666, everytime telephone calls to my residence APP KA PHONE TIK HOO GAI, my problem is broadband not in telephone, is there nobody to understand the custmer problem pl instruct the mtnl to resolve the promlem immediately and suggest me will i go to consumer court. u may also verify my call records from[protected] [protected] how many times i contacted with mtnl and 23356666. pl do it urgently

      I DONT KNOW FROM THIS SITE WHO RECEIVE THE COMPLAINTS, LAST 2 DAYS BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT CONNECTING WITH INTERNET WHEN YESTERDAY AT 10.30 AT NIGHT I CALL AT 1504 NO BODY WAS RECEIVE THE CALL MESSAGE IS AAP KATAR MAI HAI 10 MINTS. RECORDING I THINK MTNL HAS APPOINTED EXACT COMPANY AS CALL CENTER WHO SWITH OFF THEIR LINE AND TAKE REST. NOBODY IN MTNL TO LOOK AFTER THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS . TODAY AT 9.30 (MY TEL. NO[protected] I TRIED TO CONTACT WITH MR. TAJENDER OF MTNL PH NO. 20590007 AND MR AGNIHOTRI TEL NO [protected] BUT AS USUAL OF 1504 THEY NEVER BOTHER TO SWITCH ON THE MOBILE, CAN I KNOW IS IT A SERVICE TEL NO. AND WHY THEY NOT ON THE MOBILE SWITCH.

      AGAIN I 9.45 NIGHT TODAY I DIALED ON 1504 AFTER 20 MINTS POSITION NO 2 CAME TO ACCEPT THE CALL AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT IS LINE FAULT AND GAVE ME COMPLAINT NO 41601071

      CAN I KNOW WHAT THE NONSENCE MTNL PERSON DOING IS IT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MTNL

      Guys, stop the rant & stop sharing your numbers, just move on, there are other service providers available now a days. by the way, I too wanted only MTNL Triband and had to wait about a year due to capacity contraints.

      MTNL — connectivity of broadband

      Inspite of many complaints on phone
      broadband isn't working properly. Sometimes it works but sometimes i have to wait for 30 - 40 minutes to get online.
      In this way a lot of time is wasted.

      MTNL Broad band connectivity — Broad band connectivity

      WE HAVE A MTNL DELHI CONNECTION[protected] AND ALONG WITH THIS BROAD BAND INTERNET CONNECTION. HOWEVER THIS CONNECTIVITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR 5% OF THE TIME. NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AND VISIT BY MTNL REPRESENTATIVE HAVE NOT HELPED THE SAME. UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE IN OUR AREA ELSE WE WOULD HAVE SHIFTED THE CONNECTION TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. TRUST SOMEONE FROM MTNL WOULD LOOK INTO IT.

      MTNL — Braodband connectivity

      From last 1-2 weeks my connection is gettin lost again and again..
      it keeps getting disconnected. I have complained several times but no results. Its hard do anything online now. And offcourse speed is the all time problem. Hello MTNL, Kindly do something about this.

      MTNL — Poor Broadband Connectivity

      I am using MTNL Triband services since 2006. But from last 3-4 months, my Landline and Broadband connectivity is very poor. My Landline goes dead on every 8-10 days which results in no BB connectivity. I have registered complaints several time but my complaints got closed on its own, without acknowledging, without handling. Now I have dropped mail several times to Area Manager as well as to MTNL helpdesk, but not getting any response or acknowledgement.
      Please suggest.
      now my computer is repaired but my internet is not working properly please do the needful in the needful connection my telephone nos is 24973146
      We have complaint on 198 date 21.08.09 for our Boardband telephone number 23090490 and docket number is 7321.

      The page dose not open while internet is working and we faced frequent problem of internet not working.

      MTNL-Delhi Broadband — VERY POOR CONNECTIVITY

ALSO WE ARE SUBSCRIBERS TO MTNL FOR ABOUT 3 DECADES, WE HAVE MANY TIMES PUT A REQUEST TO CHANGE OUR OLD INSTRUMENT WITH A NEW LATEST LINE IDENTIFICATION ONE BUT TILL DATE NO ACTION ONLY WE COME TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO STOCK.IT IS SURPRISING THAT MTNL HAS NO VISION AND IS JUST A SLEEPING GIANT ONLY SENDING BILL FOR PAYMENT BUT NOT WANTING TO PERFORM & INCREASE ITS MARKET SHARE..I HOPE & PRAY THAT MY REQUEST WILL NOT FALL ON DEAF EARS BUT WILL BE TAKEN ON WAR FOOTING BASIS. -WITH HOPE AND BEST REGARDS.-JOY S DAVID- PH[protected].

        I am MTNL Broadband customer. My telephone no 28618975. I am not able to use their broadband services because of frequent disconnection, but I am paying my monthly bill time to time. I am not getting currently from last 5-6 month.

        I lodging my complaints on your online portal but I find it useless.

        MTNL Broadband — non working of broadband

        sir,
        please note that our phone no is 27381240 on which braodband was not working from[protected] to14-9-08 we have made several coplaints in our local area s.d.o Mr. ganesh Dutt &office of Sh. A.P Sing C.P but they will say that if you are not happy with the conection you will disconnect your connection after many calls our complaint will be solved on 15-9-08. We request you not sent the bill of Broadband for these days for which bradband is not working . Hope you read this msg atleast.

        MTNL Broadband — Regarding Non working of broadband

        Dear Sir/ Madam,
        I am user of MTNL brodband internet from dt 03.11.2010 .My telephone no is[protected] and C / A no is [protected]. Now my internet is disconnected or not working from last 15 days, Me & my wife is trying to complaint from disconnection date.We are now fade up this.I also contact your officer/technician named Mr. N Babu (Cell no [protected]) , Mr Salwe (Cell No [protected]) ,Mr Kale (Cell No [protected])repetitively , I also contact on no 1504, & also registered complaint on 198 but there is no use.Now you please tell me what can I do?
        One more thing in billing of next month, take care to dont charge the rental of diconnected day.(Why I pay rental for diconected net service)
        I am very frustrated & lastly I will take Help of CONSUMER COURT.

            Dear Sir
            I the undersigned would like to report the problem I am facing with my landline and downstream broadband services managed by MTNL since the last two weeks. I have duly filed all complaints with their service cell. I have been allocated a docket number G8410371 for the complaint registered. Even after following protocol, there has been nothing done by MTNL to resolve the problem. I have been following this up almost every four days and all I have got is a runaround in the form of different telephone numbers. The customer care staff are unaware of the problem even though an official complaint has been registered.
            The height of ignorance and apathy is that they have time and again asked me to call 198 from my landline inspite of me reiterating that it is my landline that is out of order since the last two weeks.
            Even today when I called to inquire about the status, I was given the number of the DGM( contact no-[protected]). On calling I was made aware that he attends office only at noon and his secretary was extremely rude and crude in her response. She noted my complaint and kept the receiver down.
            Further I called up the Div.Enggr([protected]) at least four times and he picked up the phone, barked hello and slammed it down.
            I humbly request you to inquire into the matter and have it resolved.
            I further request you to please take some form of action against these errant Govt officers who shun responsibility and accountability and hold the general populace to ransom.
            Let me add that it is tragic that while India has moved forward in the millennium, these Govt offices are working backwards and addressing issues like they were in the early eighties. Even back then, such simple issues didn't take so much time!

              i reside in MiraRoad Hatkesh area and have a serious complain. 10 days back the MNTL cable connection was cut-off as a result of the continues...never-ending and disrupting work in progress by the Mira-Bhyander Municiple Corporation. the cable connection was reconstructed post 5-7 days however post that MTNL changed their configurations to their fancies uninformed this took another 3 days to be fixed post a call to the call center #[protected] from the contact # [protected] concerning the telephone #[protected] the same was updated by my daughter however post that the WiFi connection was still not restored on the Smart Phones that we possess and we have continuously informed MTNL (Complaint # 9363) to have someone sent and assist in having the issue resolved however the casual attitude of MTNL has been highly dis-satisfactory it is unacceptable that we pay a bill of 800-850 per month and have to face such menial service. they dont have the manners to talk and speak as if we owe them. the issue is still not resolved and when we call to check on the status, apparently no one in MTNL has the proper computer technologies to check the complaint # status on their computer systems...which is utterly ridiculous! topped by providing as several other numbers to call and try to get hold of the right person....which apparently no one knows who is the entire MTNL is the correct person who can resolve my issue.
              The various telephone numbers provided to us since the day we have called to have the issue resolved:
              [protected]# provided on the MTNL Bill) (called them check the configuration was changed which was updated by my daughter and finally fixed as on 14-June-2013)
              however since connections on the smart phones was not getting restored (we do most of our work on Smart Phones via Wifi) hence called again on the same # on 16-June-2013 (Complaint # provided and was informed that someone will comeover to check on the systems and assist with restoration of the connections on the smart phones, informed that the person will come on the same day and will call before he comes home for providing assistance)
              but since no on called/came until the next day we were forced to call the 1-800 # to check whats going on they provided us the MTNL #[protected] to get assistance however when called that # they said that they would only assist if the telephone line is not working and directed us to different MTNL telephone #s for Broadband assistance:[protected],[protected] and[protected] however when called that # some local technician speaking very rudely not listening to the entire issue reacted by saying abruptly that they will check and get back. Five minutes later calling on my landline # saying that your line is working then whats the issue...the annoying thing is that after countless complaints to MTNL saying that they telephone line is faulty (a lot of disturbance on the line because of which cant hear the person talking on the otherside) however the person incharge Mr. Rane always gives one standard response saying that we will look into it however in the past 3 years that we have been staying here the issue was never resolved and we have been forced to live with it like it is a normal phenomenon.
              since the rude local technician was not able to resolve the issue on the call after not listening to the entire issue and concern and asking stupid questions and even after taking down our address (which is funny cause once you give MTNL your landline # they should be able to pull up your basic details like name and address immediately) still no one came over to have the problem fixed.
              the next day we tried to be patient in a frustrating situation and call the 1-800 MTNL call center # again and they gave us the desk # and the work mobile # to the person concerned Mr. Rane[protected],[protected] and 91-[protected]) when trying to call the landline # the phone only rings and no one answers, when trying the mobile # it either rings and there is no answer or says that its busy or says that its switched off.
              today 19-June-2013, we were given yet another # to call the person concerned is Mr Kanayalal[protected] and[protected] however when you call him, his secretary a very rude female says that he is in a meeting and will let him know to call us at the contact numbers that we provided her with, we informed her that it is an urgent situation. a few hours later when there was still no response, we called back this time another rude female says that he has gone to the site. Now we just feel like cancelling the MTNL connection! this is a frustrating situation and we have spent a lot of monies calling various telephone numbers want to ensure that this kind of treatment of customers is mitigated and the people responsible become sensitive to the customers needs and their dilemma!

              MTNL Broadband — Call Centers

              Let me start as I have to register a complaint for the MTNL broadband. I dial 1504 to hear "All our customer support executives are currently busy, kindly stay online" for never less than 2 minutes & 45 seconds & then sometimes the call is attended silently & allows me to keep saying hello hello but no reply is given at all and also not disconnected by the call-center customer support executive (let me say CCCSE). Some times some daring CCCSE attends a call & utters the initial dialogue & then gets silent completely & allows me to keep saying hello hello but no reply is given at all and also not disconnected by the CCCSE. Now Again, whenever the call is attended in proper ethics but If I forget to ask the name & position of the CCCSE, I shall seldom be able to complete the registration of the complaint.

              Who is responsible for all such kind of episodes AND Why our countrymen have to live with such compromises & handicapped-ness in the matters related to all departments under the Central Government or State-Governments or the Companies whose controllers are having their hold in the politics.

              Should no normal civilian of our country feel proud to be Indian?

              Should no normal civilian of our country get the normal facilities & justice from the state govt's & central govt. without having to cry or struggle for them?

              Should no normal civilian of our country get to live a normal & fulfilled life?
              I also faced a same problem...& filed a complain too...!!

                my mtnl broadband connection has been running ridiculously slow for more than 2 months now. moreover, it stopped working week back. i filed a complaint , complaint no. 4178, but nothing has been done yet. quite often the customer support hangs up the phone in the middle of call. the line man in our area, mr. ram dulare, only gives calls sitting somewhere and even when told that the problem is yet not solved he doesn't do any thing. these thugs will send me the bill at the end of the month. they think we hardworking people slog to feed these looters. i guess i shall have to move the courts.

                  I Kunal Singh, resident of EG-52 Inder Puri G.Floor New Delhi-12 owns a MTNL
                  connection with no.25831629 and broadband connection along with it. I am very
                  unsatisfied with your services provided by MTNL from last 4 months and its my
                  very bad experience with MTNL.I want you to give me rebate on my previous
                  bills or else disconnect the broadband connection as well as the landline
                  connection.

                  In February i got a excess bill of Rs 2856 of my broadband connection which i

                  paid that bill and there after again in March i got excess bill again of Rs 4864

                  which is way to much and i haven't used that much in March and i decided not

                  pay the bill of March which was way to much and after that you disconnected

                  our line and again in April i got the bill of Rs 890 without using your mtnl

                  broadband connection and in May again i got the bill of Rs 673 without using it.

                  But i paid the May bill of Rs 673 on 30th May 2013 just to stop my billing and

                  please disconnect the line or else give me rebate on my previous excess bills.



                  Therefore, I want you to see the matter and do the needful as soon as possible
                  and disconnect my connection.

                  Sir/Madam,
                  on my telephone number 22487461, there have been excessive internet bill i.e of Rs. 3725.53 for the month sept.2008, whereas as per my confirmed knowledge there has not been that much use of internet for that period, even for the month of first two weeks of Oct, 08 there have been excessive mb used as shown in the history, but the fact is that during first two weeks our internet was not working at all, for which complaints were lodged with 1504 number, which reveals the fact the our internet has been misused, or there has been some error in billing. please get checked and relieve me from this unnecessary burdon of excessive bill.                   I have received a phone bill dtd.06.12.2008 showing usage of Internet too high. The amount is INR 1764
                  The user is only a Student studying in STD Degree
                  It is not possible to get this much usage of Internet.
                  The BSNL has issued the bill of INR 2773.00 which includes the above amount.

                  I need to have a detailed of Internet during the month of November 2008.

                  Mahanager Telephone Nigam Limited — MTNL Triband Issues

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am using MTNL net since Jan 2008 & I took Triband Unlimited plan that time. Everything was going good. Until on 12 jan 2009 They upgraded servers and changed ports. Since after that till now my net is breaking a lot (Request Timed out). I can not upload, download or play online games etc. I had contacted them many many times but nothing is working out. Lineman come check and told me there is an earthing issue in telephone line. They keep saying tomorrow we will get it fixed bla bla bla.But since 12 jan 2009 till now there hasn't been any improvement in any thing.

                  My net is worsen then Dial up connection now. 1504 can't do anything they always give me Area manager number & I call them they say we registered complaint it will be done. Even my father called General manager many times GM did some action and that day 3 line men came but issue didn't resolve. I am thinking to file case against MTNL for customer harassment & cheating in consumer court. Please help me out best to resolve this issue as i am tired calling MTNL people now as they are total and dumb in computer lines.

                  Their lineman is useless and does not know anything about internet and keeps revisting my house on each compalint but probelm persists.                   MTNL on its site (http://mtnldelhi.in/dolphin/index.php/3g-prepaid-plans) offers a validity of 30 days for its plan Chotta Vidyarthi under Special Tariff.
                  I purchased the said plan on 11/05/2012. However, the plan expires within 10 days on 21/05/2012.
                  The customer care claims that the plan is valid only for 10 days, contrary to what has been furnished on its website.
                  Even after writing a letter to the customer care, estopping them from denying their liability, no action is taken. The smugness and insolence of the customer care is admirable as they fail to offer any relief.

                    I have registered for a broadband plan of MTNL and I am supposed to get a speed of 2mps. But the speed which I am getting is 10kbps only. I have called the customer care of MTNL at 1504 many times and also registered an online complaint. But that is of no use. Speed is still very slow and MTNL being a govt organization doesnt care for its customers. Hope this forum helps somehow in reaching out to them. My complaint no. is 4339. Thanks

                    MTNL Broadband — slow speed

                    i am using mtnl 599 plan, unlimited internet. initially for 10 days my internet speed was perfectly fine but since then it is stuck on 25-30 kbps. i have made complaints several time but my problem is not resolved. please solve my problem. my phone no. is[protected]
                    U shud read about a plan before taking it up.

                    The 599 unlimited plan IS supposed to give 256kbps
                    (kilobits per sec)

                    When u convert to KBps (kiloBytes per sec)
                    256/8 = 32KBps

                    So 32KBps is the max speed u can expect.
                    Dumb Question, really.
                    yes i have the problem actually chetna is right she is having the plan which promises upto 2 mbps means download speed should be 200 kbps ~ .But now she is having only 20 kbps download speed.

                    I am also having the same problem from 1 month, mtnl employees says nothing when i try to threaten them by saying that i will disconnect my connection they welcomed me happily by saying when should we come to collect your modem for disconnection!!!

                    MTNL — Broadband speed slow

                    I have a broadband unlimited combo 256kbps coneection
                    from mtnl.The speed garunteed is 256kbps but I get only 20-30kbps.

                    I contacted many senior officers but all useless.
                    If I call one person they give a seperate number and ask me to call on the
                    other.I have called atleast 20 officers and staff but they just register
                    my complaint and nothing happens.

                    I will be the charged the full amount and get no rebate even if my speed
                    is slow.

                    Consequences : There is just wastage of my money.
                    I have to pay around Rs600 but I get such a less speed.

                    i have taken the mtnl broadband connection with promised speed between 256kbps to 6 mbps but my broadband speed is 27 kbps at the maximum.

This was an online application after which I had received a call from MTNL office. The executive came to my home and took all the papers after verifying, along with Rs. 500. I have not heard from them after that.

                      I had put application for new connection DSL 495 broadband plan on 2 nd FEB 2011 at miraroad MTNL office after that i did follow up atleast for 1 and 1/2 month but i did not get new connection everytime i went there i did not have meeting with in authorised officer as was out with some work every time as informed by others after two months when i finally met that pon erson he said that connectio at your residence location is possible only after month and that to not sure if that was problem then why did they accepted my application they could have told me same day also.

                          I purchased this 3G datacard from MTNL in Navi Mumbai on 2nd March 2013. The worst investment ever. If you think this is a mobile device think again. At my office in Rabale it has never worked considering I bought it from the telephone exchange which is 1km away from my office. That is shocking. Paid them many visits but nobody technically sound to deal with the problem. At my residence in Mahim in the heart of Mumbai I had to keep my laptop outside the window of my 3rd floor residence to receive that on trace of signal which constantly got disconnected. After my multiple visits to the Navi Mumbai telephone exchange they promised to get it to work in Rabale. Again never happened. When I asked them about Mahim area they said "Mumbai is not our jurisdiction, approach the concerned party there" . Silly I believed them and wasted my time. So, I took the decision of getting my money back. Now, In Rabale they tell me to go to Bandra Kurla Complex to apply for refund. So, on 4th April 2013, wasting my afternoon going there writing out an application for refund I submitted it with that little ray of hope and belief that I would receive my hard earned Rs. 1199/- sometime in the near future. Again I guess this bad karma continues as I received a letter dated 15 May 2013 saying I am not eligible for refund as I had passed some 15 day window from purchase to application to claim any refund. Seriously, MTNL should just shut down if they not serious about providing any sort of service or problem redressal. The customer care is one of the worst ever, the datacard I possess does not even work as a pen drive or card reader which it should. How they live with themselves I don't know. Being government run does not give you an excuse to be useless!!!

                            This is in regards to a new connection application that I have put forward and still awaiting a connection to be installed.


                            I had applied for a new MTNL Landline Connection on 11th May 2013 by registering my Mobile Number through MTNL website. Pertaining to that, an agent from MTNL Delhi called me up in regards to the same and took my personal details for initiating the booking. After a while I received a confirmation that my MTNL Landline booked and provide me booking number . She further told me that an MTNL Sale Distributor from my locality would be visiting my house to collect the form and the documents.


                            Simultaneously an agent (Mr. Amit Kumar) from MTNL Delhi Sale Distributor (M/s Om Enterprises- Code:05506) visited my house on 14th May 2013 and got filled the connection form with my signatures, photograph and the installation fee of Rs. 500.


                            MTNL Sale Distributor Agent Mr. Amit Kumar assured me that connection will be made available within 7-10 working days. As instructed, I kept waiting for the Land line to be installed. After exceeding the time frame, I contacted MTNL Delhi Helpline and an agent picked the phone and said that she was not able to see any application by the Application Number which I provided. Instead she was asking me to provide her with the contact number for the agent who has actually collected the Application Form.


                            Subsequently I tried contacting the concerned MTNL Sale Distributor Mr. Deepak Kumar Gupta ( (M/s Om Enterprises- Code:05506) several times regarding the connection but in vain. No one is available to answer the calls out there. Once Mr. Amit suprisely picked my phone and provided me work order no 3762 & Customer Number . [protected]. but after long time today i called mtnl customer care number so they said they have no any details for the same booking.


                            No one is actually taking the responsibility of the MTNL Landline Connection. I am also not aware if I am actually getting a MTNL Landline Connection or had it been a fraudulent activity to trickily take the application fees away. I am not sure what is going on with the MTNL Delhi Office. I desperately need someone to help me out and take some action towards this so that I could get the MTNL Landline connection successfully installed at my house within a few days.

                              Every time bill not recieved and area officer not give printed bill they say that computers are faulted they say call on 1504 for information on calling 1504 they say we can only tell you about bill amount we cannot tell you how to pay bill without bill ask your area officers about this area officers say you can pay your bill by cheque by writting your landline number on it after submiting bill as they said they cut our connection after some days without informing us they say your connection is temporarily disconnected due to non payment of bill after asking about cheque we submit at area office they say cheque is gone from us then they say you check your bank entry if bill amount is cut by your account come to us will will ask mtnl to reconnect your broadband and landline connection after checking bank entry amout of bill is already cut from our account and they also cut our connection after telling about this to area officer they say that we ask mtnl to reconnect your both connection and it takes 2-3 days to reconnect our connection due to this bill payment is always late and bill fine is added and after paying of both late fee and bill fee they also cut our both connection.In bawana area bill never recieved and the computers in area office are also faulted every time due to this they did not give us printed bill due to this late fee is also added after this they also cut our connection.

                                Why should I pay for a service which is not provided at all?

                                I request you therefore to provide me a waiver of April month bill and make sure that the issues are resolved. I have no option but to switch to other service providers if the same is not done.

                                I being a middle class fellow can't keep paying the bills even when there's no service. I hope you understand and do the needful.

                                  I have applied to take new connection of landline on 21.05.2013 at waggle estate MTNL office. Work orders no 2927 and I got telephone no 25833033.

                                  Still MTNL have not installed cable and telephone for landline. I had call to 022 – 25821604 to Mrs. Sunny for installation the same and she told me Technician Mr. More will come after 2 days. I call after two days on 24.05.2013 to Mrs. Sunny and She told me Mr. more will come on Monday. I called on Monday she told me Mr. More is not here and I don’t have his no and said he will come. Again I call to her but nobody pick-up my phone there.

                                  What is the procedure to Installation cable and telephone for landline?

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                    We are using the broadband services(telephone number[protected] provided by MTNL from more than 2 years, and it happens on a regular basis that the connection works for a month and then for the next month no services are provided, even though the bills are paid on time. When asked for the reason that why is it happening they say that the cable got disconnected at some or the other place , and they have several other reasons.
                                    But form Dec 2012 we are not at all being provided with the services and they send us a bill of Rs 729 every month. We paid the bill in Dec 2012 as well as for Jan 2013, but still they didnot gave us any services, we even called there customer care to lodge a complaint several times that we are not able to use the telephone and Internet services but nobody came to even check what’s the problem with the line.
                                    Then we got the bills for Feb 2013, March and April also and we may be getting the bill for May also. They send the bills on a regular basis even though they do not give us any services.
                                    We have send a written complaint to the higher authorities earlier also, they ask the nearest MTNL office people to come and diagnose the issue, but its of no use , as the Internet services do not work.
                                    We are now fed up so much by MTNL services that we want to cut down this connection and give the telephone instrument and net service back to them, but they are not receiving it back as they say that first we need to clear all the outstanding bill amount for Feb, March and April then only they would disconnect the connection.
                                    When we are not getting the services why would I pay the bills for that particular month.
                                    Please we are fed up so much that we dont want any more services from MTNL and want them to refund our security amount and we wont be paying any more bills to them for the services that have not been used from quite a long time. We are highly dissatisfied with the services.
                                    Hope we get a solution to this complaint of ours as soon as possible.

                                      The problem is that whenever the power fails, my mobile call disconnects and the towers in handset get missing.

                                      Seems MTNL tower in my service area is not in UPS.

                                      Strange how MTNL can afford happening this.
