[Resolved]  Mahindra Xylo E4 — emi start but Vehicle not delivery

Sir I booking my Mahindra Xylo E4 in presitient motor surat in 21th janwary and my laon (ICICI BANK) amount also give to company. Now my emi is also start but still i not get my Vehicle and company give me not proper ansewer when i get my delivery. in this condision what i do if i a cancel my loan thern it is to costly because "forclose" Process is it take more then 25000. sir what can i do.

I have also booked XYLO E6 model on Feb05 and was assured of delivery in 3 to 4 weeks maximum.
Till today we have not got confirm date of delivery. I have also taken loan from KOTAK BANK and paying EMI without vehicle with me. This is really disappointement from Mahindra part.

I HAD BOOKED XYLO ON 10TH JANUARY AND I WAS GIVEN THE DELIVRY DATE TO BE TWO TO THREE WEEKS AND TENTATIVE DATE WAS GIVEN BY 23RD JANUARY AND HAD MADE THE BOOKING AMT PAYMENT OF RS. 50000/- EVERY TIME I CALLED UP I WAS TOLD IT IS UNDER PROCESS AND WE HAVE NOT GOT THE ALLOTMENT. WE WILL INFORM U WHEN THE CAR IS ALLOTED. I HAD ALSO COMPLETED MY LOAN PROCESS ALSO.

WHEN I GOT LITTLE AGRESSIVE I WAS TOLD THE CAR WOULD BE DELIVERED BY FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY.

AGAIN IN FEBRUARY FIRST WEEK I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL GET THE DELIVERY BY 25TH FEBRUARY.

ON 20TH FEBRUARY I CALLED UP FOR THE STATUS OF DELIVERY AND AFTER FOLLOWING UP FOR 2 DAYS I WAS PROMISED DELIVERY BY 4TH MARCH.
NOW TO MY SURPRISE THE DEAL CHANGED I WAS TOLD THAT WHAT SCHEME AND RATES THEY HAD COMMITTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING(I.E. FREE INSURANCE AND 2 YRS EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY CANT GIVE ME AS THEY HAD NOT BILLED MY CAR IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY.
AND ALSO THE CAR COST HAS INCREASED BY RS.10, 000/-.
ACCORDING TO THIS IT IS NOT MY FAULT IT IS OF THE COMPANY WHO DIDNOT GIVE ME THE DELIVERY.

sir i went to your service station to get service my vehical but the standord of servising was very poor the staff warking their dont bother about others time thy tell get vehical at 2 0clock and the deliver at 6 o clock and washing condition is horrible they dont know how to wash no interior cleaning no vacum cleaning no polish and the are washing 5o 4o vehical in a day how it possible when u dont have air cleaning system except asmall wahing pump this is my second experiance and its not good mahindra made such a nice vehical and service provider are not doing thier job as thy should
ALL MAHINDRA DEALERS ARE BEHAVING IN THE SAME MANNER BECOZ MAHINDRA DOESNT KNOW THE VALUE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. ITS BETTER TO SWITCH OVER TO SOME OTHER ALTERNATE VEHICLE SINCE BEGGING AFTER PAYING MONEY TO THIS STUPIDS ARE NOT CORRECT. THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME. BEFORE TAKING THE ORDER THEY ARE BEGGING AND AFTER TAKING THE BOOKING AFTER PAYMENTS ARE MADE THEY GO TO THE DEEP .
