My invoice number is 5915. I had ordered plants and MMH test strips from makemyhobby.com Its been over 12 days and I have not received my order as such. I feel this is a bogus organization. The matter must be looked into seriously. Was this information helpful? | |

i have received the goods as ordered though late..im srry for being impatient...
I ORDERED LIVE FISHES FROM MAKE MY HOBBY. REACHED, EXCELLENT PACKING AND ALL ARE LIVE. I SAY THAT ITS THE BEST SITE.
ALL ABOVE COMPLAINTS ARE FAKE OR THEY MAY HAVE VIOLATED THE RULES. THE WEBSITE NEVER ENTERTAIN ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. 2 - 4 WEEKS FOR LIVE FISH AND 3 - 6 WEEKS FOR LIVE PLANTS ARE COMMON.

Make my hobby a fraud company. Dont buy you will not received the item nor refund. They do not give reply of mails.
As we have verified in our database, you placed order on 29th Jan by Credit Card and put a complain on 6th Feb i.e. within 8 days of payment, when it is clearly given where you "selected for Credit Card payment selection button" that all payments by Card take up to 12 working days to process due to card frauds. But you ignored to read or understand or even contacting us for clarification.
It was totally unimaginable when a customer takes so much pain to create a account and post a complain some where on un-connected internet website in place of just dropping a 2 line message to Contact Us for clarification.
In future when ever you buy online from any site, please spend some time to understand their terms and conditions and shipping policies in place of branding any company fraud.
