why your office person at Nagpur and Mumbai are compelling me to give letter for cancellation?
Your office is telling me that if I want money I should give for cancellation. Do you delay the payments deliberately so that if one needs money on urgent basis the cancellation is asked?
My payments are due from Oct'2010 till date and amounts to more than 3.20 lakhs. I have again provided details to your office in Nagpur, so clear my payments immediately and do not ask for cancellation any more.
You can not stop payment to harrase and compell for cancellation.
pl start by NEFT payments.

Where are you Mr. CEO. What happened to your commitments? After paying just two payments what happened to further payments. Already January Payments are due. You have committed to smoothen out the NEFT problem from 15th Jan. Reply...

I am waiting for response from your side and no payments are deposited by NEFT to my account. How long I wait for my due amount from Oct 2010 and total 3.5 lackhs are to be deposited.

enough is enough we investors from delhi are fed up from ur commitment Mr.CEO.Now we have already discussed with ur Branch Manager MRS. Veena Sharma and she said that she is helpless in this matter and asked us to do what u want to do. So now we are going to take legal action to ur company Mr. CEO.No more commitment and date we want.Give us final date otherwise within 2 or 3 days we are going to do FIR.we investors from delhi decide date 27 to file a complaint against ur compnay MR> CEO so do it fast i[censored] can do something otherwise choice is urs.

Yes, Mr V BITLA is fooling around and only giving next date with some excuses related to NEFT. He has already diverted funds from the scheme or never invested in the sheme as per agreement. I am sure He is doing lot of other business with money from invester and ready to run away shortly.

They are not paying last Oct 2010 due till date in chennai brach.

We have done everybody's neft upto December-2010, only few are left that is also because they are having cheques and still they are not declosing. And Mr.&Mrs. Sonkusare you behave with our office staff properly without abusing, everything will be fine. Only your couple of months are there to close your one year Car rental Plan. If Sonkusareji you are not comfortable kindly send the cancellation letter to the office, we will send the reconciliation Principle statement and will close your account. Also everybody understand We are not taking any new bookings since last 5-6 months and we are purely sharing are Profit with you all and Our intention is clear to pay everyone until their Agreement last dates. Because of some Clients, others are facing problem. Co-operate and give proper information to our branch managers, we will tranfer everybody's car rental income in time. Do not hide if any Clients are having cleared their cheques already.

I am Jayesh Patil from Mumbai, but i disagree with your comment very recently my new booking in month of October is taken. i haven't received a single payment yet every time NEFT reasons is put forward. I also hold 2 other bookings from last one year. No payment has been received from Nov -10. I often speak to Ms. Priya in Mumbai branch but now a days she is not attending phone. First you depute sincere people in your office and then complain about me.
I have visited your office twice in Sep and Oct 2010 and given assurance that the payment will be made by Dec2010. Instead of paying dues you are asking for cancellation so first clear the dues.
I have given statements of banks to your office, How can U say that only 2 payments are due?. first make your office records straight and do not pass on wrong information.
First Your office people must know how to speak, TOMAHRE GHAR PAISE MANGNE NAHI AYEE. THE . after getting large money 12 lakhs if such word are spoken then any body can get upset. Deposit My pending amount immediately and correct your office record.
No hanky panky businness, be professional . I have provided details to your office and in your mail box. pl take time to read these and update your record for dues from you. No cancellation business. I have deposited back all the cheques issued earler in Oct 2010. two checkes not claeared and bounced off in Sep 2010, so donot blem for holding cheque. Do not make excusses for not paying.

clear the dues(uptoDec, 2011) of delhi investor till 31 st jan, 2011 otherwise u will find urself alongwith Mrs. veena sharma in jail on 01/02/2011 .Its a promise to u Mr. CEO from delhi investors.dont waiste time and do it fast bez u h 3 days left. choice is urs either jail or payment.count down begun for u and ur company.we are all ready. Mrs, sharma also know about it. u can talk to her.

This company is fraud and deserves to be punished, their property to be seized and sent behind the bars.

I am Mangala sonkusare and my dues are not paid from Oct 2010 for my 2 schemes. pay by NEFT the amount immediately.( Rs- 99, 728 are due till date).

Dear Mr. CEO, We do not expect such type of incorrect statement from you that all the payment cleared till December 2010. There were pending the income amount since Nov 2010 itself and you are not paying the EMI for car also properly and its pending. Please check databse with your accountant and branch manager from Chennai branch and clear the due immediately.

Your staff did not respond properly or they will give incorrect information that amount has been transfered it will credit in your account. Do not make foolish to the person. Clear the amount immediately.

Mr. CEO, No one is holding your check.
Either the person has deposited the check in the bank and it bounced or put the stop order so that it will never come for clearing. Still if you have any issue than put the stop order in your related bank so that it will not clear the amount. And we hope it is very simple from your end. This is not the reason for holding the payment. We do understood that there were some financial problem and you could not able to make the payment. Please make the payment immediately.

Mr. CEO if you are facing problem to run the car rental business than why you have take-up and now soughting for cancellation. Its completely cheating... try to understood and make the payment as customer agitation is going beyond which leads disater to the business.

Mr. CEO, I am investor from Kolkata.Nov, Dec, Jan payments still pending.Kolkata office giving neft dates since last 2/3 months.I am fed up for wrong statements from your office.Please provide the correct neft dates to all investors.This is difficult to remain cool anymore.Joseph, [protected].
