Maruti Insurance — Maruti Insurance Delay in Claim Settlement

Dear Team,

I have made the payment of Rs. 6202 from hdfc bank account for Car insurance policy no MI[protected] on dated[protected]
However, the policy document bearing r having wrong registration number UA12A5949
Now they are refusing to reimburse my claim and I am chasing them like anything during my working hours.
I am sure that there is a mistake from KTL Motor's end and due to the same I am facing lot of difficulty

Request you to intervene on priority and resolve my issue at the earliest.

Maruti Insurance Team — delay in the receival of car insurance policy

I have renewed my car insurance policy through online mode from the www.marutiinsurance.com dated 26/06/2010.
I have received a confirmation mail letter from maruti insurance team.
But even till now i have not received new insurance policy note.Am enclosing the received mail .
