[Resolved] Maruti Ritz — not getting service after purchasing a car | |
Dear sir, I have purchased a Maruti Ritz Car ftom your TRana Motots -Tis Hazari i Showroom on date 16th Nov 2009 . My case was taken care by Mr Pardeep Sharma. After givien 100 of Call i am not able to get car papers till date. last week i am able to contact with Rana Motots -Tis Hazari Salesman Rahul , but agian he did not help me. Same no coperation get from your accounts department as well customer care (pooja) I request you to help me in geeting my papers & i promise i will never vist any showroom of Rana Motors.
