[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki Alto LX — DEFFECTIVE TYERS

I PURCHASED ALTO LX IN OCT. - 2008 FROM ROHAN MOTORS GREATER NOIDA . AFTER DRIVING IT FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR I TOOK MY CAR FOR 3 SERVICE AND GOT IT DONE FROM ROHAN MOTORS GREATER NOIDA BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE M/C FOR WHEEL BALANCING SO THEY DID NOT DO WHEEL BALANCING.I TOOK MY CAR FOR WHEEL BALANCING TO FORTUNE BHIWADI AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE OF MARUTI .THE SERVICE ENGINEER OF FORTUNE TO MY SURPRISE INFORMED THAT ALL THE 4 TYERS SUPPLIED WITH THE BRAND NEW CAR ARE DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED .
THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS LAPSE ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY TO SUPPLY CARS WITH DEFECTIVE TYERS.

MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO LX — UNABLE TO UTILIZE AUTO POINT

Hai Gentleman..

I am Maruti-Suzuki Auto Card holder. Credit Card number: [protected]. I got this Auto card when i bought my Alto LX Maruti Suzuki Car in the year 2006. I have Auto points with closing balance of 536 as on 22 Jul 2008. But I could not utilize the 536 auto points even at fuel station. Then what is purose of having auto points in my monthly statement. I want to know why i could not utilize the auto points as per my credit card statement dtd: 22 Jul 2008. When i spoke today 04 Augr 2008 @10.45AM to Citi-Bank officer, she told that I have to contact Maruti to get clarification. I stuck up that who is reponsible for my un-utilized auto points.
