Maruti Suzuki — accident happen in authorised service centre

I had lodged a complaint over phone on anytime maruti hotline no. so
with that reference I am sending you my car photo that maruti for exactly what happened with my car. I handed over my car on 19th sep.
2007 and your Maruti Authorised Dealer's Works Manager told that final
estimate charges as Rs. 6000/- and car will be delivered in approx. 2
days. Next day your authorised person told me that the estimated charges
may go up to Rs. 10000/- and after detailed discussion the revised
estimates were agreed by me and asked them to start the required repair
work to bring my car work in proper working condition and also asked
them to give the estimates. The Works Manager told to have trust in them
and as I had the trust in Maruti I also trusted them and didn't insisted
for the estimates in writing. I feel it was wrong on my part to trust
such a Dealer of yours whose reputation in the Chandrapur is not at all
good.

On 21/09/2007 the supervisor of M/S Bhaiji Motors informed that the
back Glass was got broken due to the fall of the Vehicle from the Ramp
and after few hours he again told that the Back Glass was got broken due
to the fall of the pneumatic wrench and it in itself shows the
carelessness. Again on 26/09/2007 during the delivery of the vehicle I
noticed that they were working on the electrical wirings of the Car and
on enquiry they told that some window wirings had burnt due to the short
circuit in the electrical system in the morning & they were repairing
the same. The work which was promised to be completed within Two Days
was not done in time and the delivery of the Vehicle was done on
26/09/2007.

On the day of delivery of my Car I was not even offered the Trial Test
of my car and they themselves took the trial Test and Parked the Car
outside near the Main Exit of the Showroom cum Service Center. The bill
for Rs. 17,180/- was presented to me and at that time I asked the
details of the bill and Paid Rs. 12000/- cash and remaining amount in
cheque and took my car. As my Car was parked outside near the Main Exit
and due to the trust on Maruti I couldn't inspect my car as they also
came out and started telling that take the Vehicle and if still you feel
any problem then please let us know and they will repair the same also
and because of their hurries I could not took the Trial or rather you
can say that they got succeeded in avoiding the cross checking and trial
of the Car before delivery. After taking the car got the fuel tank
filled with Petrol (35.46 Liters) and went to Nagpur for my work. On
return I noticed that the Fuel Tank was getting emptied out faster and
on checking found that there was the leakage from the Fuel Tank. After
seeing this I went down and looked under the Chassis of the Car and
Noticed that there was the severe damage on the both side in the back
side running and also the Fuel tank had a severe dent and the fuel was
dripping out. After seeing this I was shocked and immediately called
Bhaiji Motors and enquired about the damage and they told to bring the
car in their service center.After taking the Car there they started
behaving in a very rude manner and didn't reply regarding the damage in
the Car. They had checked the Car before taking for the repair by
hoisting it on the Ramp in my presence and nothing of this short was
there in my Car and while delivering as stated above they made all the
efforts tp avoid the inspection and the Trial of the Car. Now after
registering the complaint on Anytime Maruti I received call from bhaiji
motors and their Works manager not only spoke in rude manner but also
misbehaved and threatened to see me & also he not given my car till today(07/10/2007). Now I am waiting for positive
reply.

We have purchased two cars from M/S Bagga Link Motors Limited on 30/03/2009.One Alto LXI and the other one is Wagon R LXI together.DL7CH6357, DL7CH6385. Till date we have not received the copy of RC.Inspite of repeated reminders.We are facing lots of problem for that with govt. authorities. So we would appreciate your goodself to follow the necessary action in getting us the same as soo0n as possible.
