Maruti Suzuki / Alto LXi — Poor After Sales Service

I have a MARUTI ALTO Lxi which was given 4 times at BATRA AUTO COMPANY ( faridabad) for some sensor problem as its RPM fluctuates abnormaly while driving with A/C switched ON. My car is under warranty and i have been told by many mechanics that it has some sensor problem. But MARUTI is not bothered to change this part under warranty as it is a manufacturing defect. I am really amazed to see this kind of response and its truely not acceptable. Its been 4th time, my car is there in MARUTI service station / workshop. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Maruti Udyog Ltd./ Alto Lxi — Poor after sales service

I have purchased Alto Lxi from ALFA AUTOMOBILES, Faridabad in June 2007.After 1st service, i have been facing problem with this car related to suspension,noises etc. I have send my car to Batra Auto company , Faridabad 3 to 4 times for the same complaint but it has not been resolved till date .Maruti should understand that customer time is also valuable. If they dont have skilled engineers then they should not support after sales service .
