Dear All, i would like to bring to your notice the mal practices that Varun Motors Pvt Limited – Hyderabad is following just to lure customers. Since I have been a victim I don’t want any other person to be cheated by them. Specially their CSD Unit person Mr Lakshmi Narayan. I wanted to buy a car for my farther who is an ex army officer so I got in touch with Varun Motors who promised me a decent price along with 1 Car Cover 2 Basic Mud flaps 3 Floor Mats 4 Idol 5 Car Perfume I told Mr Lakshmi Narayan to put these discounts on paper so that he does not back off however he had said that I will not be able to put these things on the paper as these are special discounts that I will be passing as a privileged customer. However I will be able to avail them as soon as I take the delivery of the car. I was convinced and gave the cash and booked the car however to my utter surprise Mr Lakshmi Narayan totally backed off from this deal as soon as the cash was in his pocket. I called by their GM Mr Raju however there also everything was turned down. The entire ordeal was not over as yet I was given a model of Jan 2009 on which there was a discount of Rs 30, 000/- and when I asked about the new model then I was told that since you have deposited the money either you take this or you will have to wait for some more time (prob 3-4 weeks). Having no choice I had to take the delivery. Post taking the delivery I have been after Mr Lakshmi Narayan to get the registration done for the car as I have paid the registration amount but this is also falling on deaf years. My sincere request to Maruti people is to either stop these mal practices ASAP or have a mechanism to check and resolve the complaints. Regards Jagjeet [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

19/11/2009 i given for service in SREE SARADHAMBAL AUTOMOBILES (P) LTD., at ERODE in TAMILNADU. this time same problem i gave it.
20/11/2009 they told problem is in cover assembly & in pressure plate, plate was wornout one side. the manager and service advisor is saying that cover assembly will come under warranty but plate will be charged for RS.850/-. i asked how it was happened oneside wear, he told that its depends on driving style. you can use old plate which will come for another 15000kms service but there will be some jerky while driving.
my question is if driving style was problem means plate should be wornout uniformly not on one side.
if one side means there should be some problem in flywheel or in cover assembly.
i clearly told to manager that i will take my car after solving my problem and new one should be replaced, then only i wil take delivery of my car.
service manager told that i wil put old parts & job card will be closed. if i fail to take car means Ambal autos will put parking charge in daily.
Mr.Rajesh is the manager for this service unit, his words are like road side people. he is totally not fit for this post, let he can be in fish market.
he doesnt know how to talk with the customer.
