I had a wonderful experience at CarKraft .. Staff Members were very co-operative, minute problems were brought into notice .. & the Best Part -. Prices are very competative as compared to other Service stations.
Wish them good luck & be supportive always !!

Its surprising to see this complaint! I personally had a very good experience with Car Kraft. On the contrary I have recommended 8 to 9 friends of mine to this service center and had not received any negative feedback. For me the servicing has become a very easy job as the mechanic picks up the car from my residence and again drops it as well. The service staff has always been very cooperative. Above mentioned case could be one of the bad days for CarKraft...
Not a very good experience - always get a second opinion.
I had been experiencing issues with the ABS sign lighting up and a slight locking of the foot brake, while driving. I took my Celerio ZXI Auto to Sai Service Andheri where they could not find out the problem.
The ABS light kept coming on and going off and one day the Malfunction Indicator Light came on along with the ABS light.
I decided to take my car Car Kraft since it was close to my home in Mulund. The service advisor told me very confidently that it was a problem with the speedometer sensor that had to be changed. I told him that the speedometer was working perfectly fine but then gave in to his “advise” and spent Rs. 1, 296 for a new sensor. As for the ABS light coming on and off, he said could not correctly diagnose since it was not happening when I brought the car to them.
Couple of days later again the ABS and Malfunction indicators lights came on while driving and this time I was told that the error was in the memory and after hooking up the computer it would not happen again. As for the ABS indicator coming on, I was told that the ABS actuator assembly, costing approximately Rs. 23, 000 had to be replaced. I had to pay an advance amount of Rs. 1, 000 and told that the part would arrive in 10-15 days.
A week later, again the same issues and they told me that until the ABS actuator assembly was not replaced these lights would keep coming on but that I could drive the vehicle without any problems.
In the meanwhile, I decided to check the issue with the management of Sai Service, Andheri and brought it to the attention of the Workshop Manager. After my visit there, I was told that it could be a simple issue of the sensors and that there was no need to replace the ABS actuator. He told me to keep him informed if the issue persisted.
A month later and about 2, 000 kms later, both lights have stopped coming on, and I have not had any problem with driving around, which brings me to the realisation that I have been taken for a ride by this workshop. Luckily the ABS actuator assembly took over a month to arrive and I was able to check around in the meanwhile.
Please be careful with the service advisors when you are asked to change parts, especially expensive parts.

One of the guys in charge there - a Mr Deepak ( The dark guy) - is always ready with excuses.
You begin to complain and he will not even listen to your complete sentence, but will start making excuses.
For even a very slight damage he will try to sell you a spare instead of just fixing the problem.
He changes one of my doors under insurance, looses the molding strip on it that was not damaged and then has the audacity to make a stupid statement - which he makes all the time - like why do I want the old strip.
DUH!!! The rest of my doors have old strips.. why should I change only one and that too when it was perfectly fine.. I had one of the strips removed and fitted back again about a year and a half back when it was painted for a dent - Car Kraft themselves had done it - and it has stayed pretty fine. But I get a response that the old one cannot be fitted back because the old ones don't stick.
The above is just one of the problems that I have faced. It has reached a point of frustration now and head will have to roll.
I was very happy with the service till about a year back, and in the last one year it has been getting from bad to ridiculously repugnant.
They have a very good staff - I will definitely vouchsafe that - but I wonder if one bad apple is spoiling the batch. I have called up the company and recorded a verbal complaint and intend to send in a written one. I hope they do take action because I am really liked the service they used to render.
I would suggest that the center be investigated for some kind of insurance scam or spare part scam by the company.
