I Mr. Surender Pal Chauhan have purchase Wagon R car of registration no. DL 5C K 0269 on 23/03/2012 from T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd. Badli. On 19/June/2012 i went for my 2nd Free Service i gave my car for servicing to Service Assistant Mr. Shri Niwas. At the time of receiving my car i found my foot mats were missing. I complaint this matter to the SA and GM. They assured me that they will search it and if they didn't found them they will give me new set of it or they will pay the amount. But instead of that they were delaying it day by day. From last 4 days 19/June/2012 to 23/June/2012, i was waiting for their response, i went from one department to another and they were making silly excuses like, workers are not present today, they don't have money, GM is busy in meeting, GM is not Present today, etc.
So i request you to kindly pay attention towards this problem, and take an effective action towards this matter as soon as possible in 24 hrs . I will be so thankful to you.
