on[protected] i give rs 10000 as booking for aERTIGA LDI (white).my customer ID [protected],order/inv no. sob 12000296, receipt no rec12000431, named JAYANTA GHOSH, in favour of MOHON MOTOR UDYOG PVT.LTD. THEY commited me to delevery within 20 days from the booking date.so for commercial use i have taken lauxary taxi permit offer letter from writers building which is vallid upto[protected].today they told me next 22nd march will deliver me the car, then when can i registry my car & when can i apply for permit. also i request in reliable sourch i have a news that no container from maruti suzuki will come before 18th apr13. so what can i do? iam a unemployed youngman,Rs.6 lakh loan grand from UBI gaighata branch, also my instalment started. please do something to assist me to take the car. SirI have purchased a Wagon-R Vxi from a local dealer on november 5 .2010, at that time they have made a no of commitments egarding there services , i hv given a temporary no for the vehicle and they said permanenet no is given to me after 1o-15 days , for that i have given charges to them, but still i am waiting for it, that was the first issue, second one is that i have meet with an accident om march 11 or 2011, for that i sent my vrhicle to service center. they commited to deliever the vehicle after 10 days, after 10 days they again said to pick your vehicle after 10 days , after 10 days there is same commitment for me, WHAT A COMMITMENT. that is called SALE AFTER SERVICE, is it na , Now they have given me a demo car , DEMO CAR BUDDY , where there is written a DEMO CAR, Could u believe it ,I think company paid me to drive the demo vehicle as i used to drive the car thro out the city, so there is a publicity for yours company. How u can believe, i Give u a another example after giving me a demo car and the time interval between 11/3/11 to till date i have never ever received a single call from them about my vehicle, I know that it is nthing to write at here , so do something man for my vehicle,i[censored] have another querry mail me at navneet.[protected]@yahoo.co.in, and i will tell you the name of dealer, as i know i still not given you the name of yours dealer in order to just enquire that what will you do for it.
