[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki Ltd. — Booked Car Not Yet Delivered

Dear Sir,

Myself Anand Tanna, I've booked a car (Maruti Suzuki Swift - VDI White) on 10th March 2010. I was been told that i will be getting the delivery within 30 days of booking.

Today its alomost 40 Days of the booking and i am still said by the Dealer (Kiran Motors, Mr. Charan Rao) that i will be getting the delivery in 15-20 days. I have paid the booking amount of Rs. 10,000 Cash and i am not been answered correctly all the time i call to Kiran Motors.

Please help and get me delivered my Car as early as possible....

Maruti suzuki Ltd. — Useless behaviour of dealer staff

i talked to the receptionist regarding Alto she give me the No. of Executive named Miss Isha ([protected]) she points on me to the other exec. that "yeh bol raha hai" what is this???????. i cant understand that this is the way of talking to a customer???? if this thing happens in maruti then i dont think this will go on longer already every company is improving his S.S.I & customer dealing but i cant understand whatis going on . im shocked???????.

Maruti Suzuki ltd — Car not yet delivered.

It has been already crossed 34 days of the booking of a Maruti Swift VXI ( Bharat Stage III with ABS / pearl Metallic Arctic White ) from Jyote motors Pvt Ltd, Lewes Road, Bhubaneswar , Orissa.

We have been committed of getting a delivery by a maximun period of 30 days, but their is still no advance in response of the showroom.

Pls find the details for the Order/Inv & kindly help to get the delivery soon.

Maruti Suzuki ltd — work of car not done well.

my car no -MH-O4-EH-4055.
I HAD AN ACCIDENT ON 14/8/2010.I SUBITED THE VEHICLE TO S.K.WHEEL NAVI MUMBAI.THE INSPECTION OF VEHICLE WAS DONE ON 16/8/2010. S.K.WHEEL HAS OPEN THE JOB CARD ON 17/8/2010.
MY KNOW IT HAS PASSED MORE THE 2 MONTHS STILL I HAVE NOT RECIVED THE VEHICHLE .THE CAR IS BEEN PAINT FOR THREE TIME TO MACH THE COLOUR.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
