[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — cheating | |||
I just found out that Maruti Suzuki sets targets for its MASSs that they must sell a certain amount of parts every month fo rwhich they get a bonus. Due to this the Service center passes on the discount to their employees. Hence when we give our car for repair/service, parts which are perfect are replaced and charged to us. Thus we pay so that Maruti and its service centres prosper. the road side mechanic is a preferrable and more dependable option as he survives because of his reputation and cannot afford allow it to be tarnished. Maruit has grown too big so they don't care for customers and their suffering. LET US RESOLVE TO BOYCOTT MARUTI AND ITS AUTHORISED SERVICE STATIONS. Was this information helpful? | |||

i have given my ALTO car for service to Solamali Automobiles at Madurai, Tamil Nadu. the stepny provided alongwith the car was not at all used as for the past two years from the date of purchase of car and not even a single punjture. but the service center mechanics taken away the the original unused stepney and replaced with old one. immediately i found it and made complaint. they say that during wheel alignment they used to rotate the tyres. when i was handing over the car i have seen the tyre i.e. unused new one but they have not rotated the same in any of the wheels. it is a case of clear theft and abusing their position. it will not work good for ever. unless the Maruthi Company enquire this into detail with all serivce centers and render truthful service, the customers will be cheated like me by the poor illiterate mechanics.

My car had to be taken to the MASS(Maruti Authorised service station)
almost 18 times to fix simple problem like door not closing properly, water leakage from the door during normal rain.
I am sorry to state that neither the MD nor his office has the courtsey to acknowledge the mail.
Forget about doing anything about it.
I am surprised how they manage to get best service rating from J D Power.
Is D Power on sale OR does Maruti fudge the customer feedback? Anyone knows?
Please let me know what is your view, JDPower on sale or MAruti fudging forms.....
