I have a suzuki baleno and it is two year old and unfortunately i meet with an accident head on a one way street and got it repaired at dealer point in Pune, the car has problem with power steering and also the windscreen replaced had scracth and a small crack. The dealer had promised me to replace it whenever it is convienet for me to send it to the work shop as it will takeatleast twothree days todoso.now the small crack developed in to a large one and when i send the vehicle for servicing and as well as for replacement of windscreen and power steering they somehow managed to remove the scracth on the wind screen and now refuses to change the wind screen and the crack have now is quite large and visible and the service advisor claims that it will grow larger with the vibration and i am at loss that i have to pay a bigger price for trusting them, had i put my foot down and asked for a replacement there and then may things would have different and i registerd the complaint with the call centre on 13th of sept which happened to be saturday and i was told that the pune branch will get in touch with methe next working day which they did not do so and when i reached them on 22nd sept, 2008 the so called terrioty manager tells me THEY NEED TO CHECK THIS MATTER WITH THE DEALER AND "IT ISNOT NECESSARY THAT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" and this baffled me since i am also into business and i always felt that customer is god and they are always right and i must always satisfy my cutomer at any given time" . Anyways i am the loser at the end of the day and i am sure that my profound belief that more the bigger name and brand you tend to develop a secured feeling that no one can harm you in any way and corporate policy and sologans they put up on shop floor and service point is just words and do not mean anything
