Dear Sir,
I had availed the services of Jamkash Vehicleades, Hyderpora Srinagar, Jammu And Kashmir for fixing the dented bonnet of my car.I asked them to replace the same and also made an Insurance claim.But to my surprise, they carried out the process of removing the dent without replacing it.Moreover, the said bonnet has been damaged with groove marks at two places and it reflects some noise when my car is in neutral gear.This all was done against what I was assured by their employees.
I am therefore registering a complaint so that customers don't suffer in future.

Main problem was mine cars RHS type was completely eroded & this problem i was addressing to the service center people from 8000 Km but none of them took me seriously & also my 5th was nerve ever taken out of the boot(dikki) even when i always told them to rotate the tiers, now when i have driven 25K i have completely damaged 2 tiers due to wrong things done by WONDER CARS service center then 2nd type was placed on 18K n with 7K kms of running that Tyre is also eroded.
When complained the same to the service station people & had word with the manager named: Dayanand Chavan he to my surprise started shouting at me & was really about to pounce & fight, at that time i really was wondering that was this a MARUTI SUZUKI service & am i there customer?
I need to compensation for my 2 tiers & an action against Mr. Dayanand Chavan for his misbehavior.
