I got a new Maruti SX4 from Rana Motors showroom , RK Puram in Nov 2011.
At that time I asked them to attach a reverse sensor on the car, which was fitted by Rana Motors for Rs 6000/- (though outside its available for less price).
A few days later, the car met with an accident from side and I took it to the Rana Motors workshop in Okhla.
At that time reverse sensors were working fine, though car's rear bumper had to be changed.
While changing the bumper, they broke the wire of one of the four eyes of the reverse sensor.
When the car was handed back, it was without the sensor and when asked, they told me that the sensor was taken out and can be put back in place from the showroom. When I went to the showroom, they told me that the sensor's wire is damaged. They further checked and confirmed that the sensor was damaged by the Rana Body shop officials and would get it replaced, however at that time they put the same sensors with 3 working eyes.
After that I had a couple of followup calls about the service and issues and the sensor replacement, but till date it has not been replaced.
I even logged a complaint in the Maruti site but got no response.
Would request you to please look into this.
