Maruti Suzuki Swift — poor service & fooling | |
hello friends, i want to speak out about the response i have received about from the truevalue devision of vitesse worli i face a following problems in my car...( maruti suzuki swift zxi) 1) all the 5 tyres i the in the car were said to be tubeless in which 1 tyre was with a big hole puncture and the other tubeless tyre contained a tube in it. 2) there is aleakage in the front windshiled 3) the mudflap bracket for the rear tyre is also missing when i complained for the above problems. they always regret for the problems caused to me but they dont rectify the problem i am helpless form responce of the the VITESSEE WORLI. please reply if any one can help me on the same thank you regards BHARAT GALA Was this information helpful? | |

meri swift 05/08/2009 ko accident ho gai thi.maine apni car ko 06/08/2009 ko AGR, service centre me crain ke dwara le gaye the . 3 mahine hone ko ho gaya parantu abhi tak koi bhi response nazar nahi aa raha hain. hamesa koi na koi bahana AGR vale banate rahate hain . ab aap hi batae ki ab kya kiya ja sakta hain.ishase pahle bhi maine aapko ek mail kiya tha lekin apka bhi koi pratiuttar nahi mila. meri car ki service jaldi se jaldio karwane ki kripa kare.atulaya grahak: Virender Kumar
suzuki swift — worst servicing
I serviced my car in (SOLAMALAI SERVICE CENTER-THENI).my car no isTN-60-E-2674.After two days my head lights were not working properly,i went to service station and complained about this. they said that there is some wiring problem it need Rs.1300 for repair.And my right head light bulb also fused which is changed into new two days back.this is the worst service center i have never seen.how can i claim???Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

Maruti Suzuki Swift — rusting problem
sir,i have a swift car 2004 model. after six months of purchasing i start suffring from rusting problem in my car, i contact your lucknow dealer(anand motors) so many times regarding my prolem but i could not found any solutoin from them. please send me solution. i have doubt about the quality of metal used.
