[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire ZDi — FAILURE OF ALLOY WHEEL

Dear Sir,
It is very unfortunate to say that I would not be in a position of lodging the complaint if the car would be at a higher speed as on dated 20.01.2011 as I had gone with my family for a visit to a very near by local area and suddenly at at a very low speed of 20 KMPH as there was a sharp curve the car went to a dead stop with my family members collar bone fracture. After getting down it was found that the Alloy rim with tubeless tyre had split into four pieces and everyone inside were in panic.
I have at least been saved along with minor injuries of my family but it is a great concern to say that a brand new car not more than three months old would be having a old flaw in its alloy rim due to which several damages have occurred alongwith medical expenses. Totaling to Rs.70000/-.
