[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki Swift VXi — not giving the letter for selling the defected car | |
Hello Sir, I have taken new vehicle delivery from ABT maruti on 3/09/2008 ... At the time of delivery the AC was not working, when i resisted for taking the delivery they promised me to take the vehicle from home very next day and rectify it...As said they have rectified my AC issue very next da... On 20 th of september while washing my car i found my winshield panel broken and being taped ...Immedietly i called my car sales person... He apolagise me for selling the defective car and said he will take the vehicle and replace the damaged part... As promised he replaced the part... But my worry is if they have hidden an such an external part with black tape, how about engine..which i don have any visiblity or knowledge... When i asked for an explanation letter, they have given me a letter as if all the mistakes have happened from my end and as if they did all the repair by " benefit of doubt to the customer" Requesting you to kindly help me to get a letter stating all the manufacturing defect i had at the time of delivery..
