Hi;
My name is Siddhartha Sinha from Delhi and I own a 2004 made Maruti Suzuki WagonR. I have not had any major problems with the car except for the poor servicing that I have been receiving. My car has just run 60, 000 km(s) and on 28th of June, 2 009, it went through a major servicing. Just to inform you that I had these following problems when it went for servicing;
a) Clutch- Extremely hard
b) Noise from Calipers or Front Brake Shoes
c) Bubbling
d) Wheel Alignment
After the servicing (and I paid a substantial amount for the same), I find the following problems;
a) Clutch is still extremely hard with a distinct noise coming out everytime it is depressed.
b) Caliper Noise has never subsided, even after telling them repeatedly about it.
c) Bubbling is still there, especially when I am cruising at top gear between 60 to 80 km speeds
d) Alignment not done properly as the car pulls towards the left.
Apart from the above, the auto entry system that I had installed in the car does not work at all after the service. This is not the first time that I am not satisfied with the service provided by this particular Service Centre, it has happened earlier too and I had to revisit them often to take care of problems. Due to non-availability of better service centres close to my residence, I am having o visit this centre again and again.

Maruti suzuki/wagon R — Poor sevice at your authorized service centre
Dear Sir,I run your Wagon R car last five and half year without any problem.I feel proud of the the car while driving.last month I gave my car for regular service and asked them to change all four tyres and front shock up.
But during servicing they kept my car for 8 days at their service centre.They changed following items without my concern
All four wheel bearing, Rear seat shockup, Steering column etc.just for making money from spare parts.
The steering column what I understand is very critical part and needs very expertise to fit.After servicing within two days the major breakdown happened to my car.The front drive axcil rod lock broken while taking the deep turn.Now again they whant to change my drive rod which cost almost Rs.4000 /-
I dont understand who M/s Maruti Ltd can authorized such service centre whos aim is to just make money
