dear Maruti customer care service
i got very bad empression from your side when i have a mazor problem in my new car which i have purchased just 2 month before.
I have purchased swift desizre model vdi in dec 2009.
the engine of my car not working because there is any interenal problem which show that engine key is not working or key code is wrong.
regarding this matter problem we rush in maruti authoiriesd dealer through which we purchased the car.(Tara Automobilies Bathinda)., but they ingnored our request and said they have no time to hear our problem.
Maruti Suzuki Limited is one of the trusted brand in india but due to that reason they are losing their brand quality.
Kindly pay attention to my request as earlier as possible if there is any value of any customer.

Ipurchased maruti swift desire vdi from your authorised showroom L.M.J. White smoke is normal during cold start up. There will be white smoke sometimes during starting the car in the morning or after the car is sitting for a long time. After the car warms up, that is, once the car attains normal operating temperature, the white smoke should not come back. If it comes, then you need to worry as it could be due to a leaking head gasket or other major engine issues.
Mt petrol swift vxi spews out white smoke sometimes in the morning at cold start. After that there is no smoke. I told this to my service advisor and he said it is perfectly normal. My car has just run 6300 kms.

swift dzier — engine turn off at the time of turnings
dear sir,My car reg is TN 41 T 2333.At the time of first service i have compliant to ABT maruti that my car engine frequently goes off while gear down for speed break and turnings.And also AC is not wroking while surrounding temperature comes at 40 degree centigrade.Still now this problem is not rectified. So please kindly take nessarry step to rectify my problem.
