My name is Firoz Khan, I have purchased a Maruti SX4 Leather Cover, from your Dealership AALIANZ AUTOMOBILE, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi on 28th May' 2009

I would like to share some of very great experiences of mine with Maruti Suzuki:

- On 28th May'2009 I had been asked to make balance payment of Rs. 22, 000.00 respectively I have done the payment of Rs. 22, 000.00 cash, no reciept have been given to me and, Manoj Mishra (Sales Manager) & Tarun - Sales Executive have communicated that you will get all your documents through courier. But no courier has reached to me in a month time, then again I have visited AALIANZ Automobile to collect bills & I got only the Bill of Car while asking about the reciepts of all my Payments, there was no any reciept of Rs. 22, 000.00 in there records. Surprisingly when shared it with Sr. Manager, Mr. Puri, he asked me to write an application for the fraud & communicated that they will do the needful against the same. Now nobody from Sales Manager to Sales Executive picks up the telephone for a proper reply on this fraud. Everybody is corrupt & involved in it.

- In a single day we have booked two Cars one Maruti SX4 & one Swift LDI, surprisingly when we came to take the delivery of Swift LDI, we have been asked to pay Rs. 10, 000.00 extra for Swift LDI as a premium for the early delivery by Mr. Puri who is a Sr. Manager at AALIANZ Automobile otherwise take your money back. Whole of this outlet is filled with the Army of Fraudulents.

- I have given first booking amount for SX4 on 16th April'09 & I got the delivery on 28th May. For that I have complained many times to your Customer Care but there was no response, even complained directly to Area Manager - Mr. Manu Singh, Maruti story was same.

Also would like to share that I was Deputy Sales Manager- Haryana, Castrol India Ltd. from[protected], where I have worked with Maruti as a major supplier of Lubricant, surprisingly, being of same automotive Industry the kind of treatment I got from Maruti was so frustrating & helpless, that I can gaurantee that there is no any other company in this Industry, which do this kind of behavior with any of there Customer.

One more interesting story: one fine day I have called a Lawyer to file a case in Consumer Court, as I have asked him that "I have purchased a Maruti SX4 & I want to file a complaint against them" his instant reply was "Sir, AALIANZ Automobile se toh nahi lee hai Gaadi"

STILL, till date I have'nt recieved the original copy of Insurance of my Car.

Is this ethical !!!, Is this is a kind of experience you get from India's Larget Car Manufacturer!!!

I, Lalit Arya, have done a blunder by purchasing a Wagon R LXI from Aalianz Automobiles, Near Kamal Cinema, Safdurjang Enclave New Delhi on 14th Aug’09. I am very sorry to tell you that Aalianz people are spoiling the name and brand image of Maruti Suzuki.
We have approached them in first week of August, to know about the rates and exchange offer etc. We wanted to exchange our old Esteem (which was in name of my brother Kapil Arya) & wanted to buy Wagon R in my wife’s Anjali Gupta name. I met Mr. Makhija of true value and he confirmed Rs.35, 000/- as value of my old esteem. Mr. Rahul Gupta, sales person, from Aalianz confirms to us that he will give us the loyalty bonus, if we will provide the adequate papers proving my wife’s relation with my brother. I was coordinating with Rahul & has submitted all the papers (i.e. passports copies of my brother & my wife) and draft of Rs.2, 95, 000/-on 12th Aug’09 in front of Mr Goyal(G.M Aalianz), who also confirmed after speaking to Mr. Makijha to give us Loyalty Bonus of Rs. 15, 000/-. I told him specifically that we wanted to have the vehicle on 14th Aug’09, as 15th Aug is my wife’s birthday. People from Aalianz came and picked up the Esteem on 14th Aug’09 morning and Rahul promised for a delivery in the evening.
In evening when we went over there, he said we have to pay 8, 000/- (exchange discount from Maruti), which is refundable by Monday or Tuesday. He said he hasn’t received approval from Maruti due to Janmashtami . As Aalianz people were aware that I was keen to take the delivery on the same day, they tried to take the advantage of the situation. I paid Rs 8, 000/- in cash and also paid Rs 2, 000/- in cash for 4th year extended warranty. The papers of extended warranty are also pending up till now. They also promised to provide some free accessories under the scheme which is also pending.
But after 14th Aug, Rahul has stopped picking my phone. I went to Aalianz twice but no one is ready to entertain me, as if we have done a fault by purchasing car from them. Day before yesterday i.e on 24/8/9, when I went to Aalianz- after waiting for two & half hours when I shouted, I was attended by Mr. Manoj Kumar Verma & he promised me that he will do the needful. Today when I contacted him, he refused to be on his commitment. I wanted to have my Rs 8000/- back and Papers of 4th year warranty.
I also doubt that papers submitted by me is been tailored intentionally to increase their sales volume/to achieve the sales targets. They are sales people, who wanted to achieve sales by hook or crook & not interested in giving customer service & satisfaction.

I also doubt now that the vehicle given to me is complete or not or they have not provided us with all accessories.

I have to spare so much time in calling and following up with Aalianz inefficient staff. My professional as well as personal life is suffering due to this. Why should I be penalized for the false commitment given by Aalianz employees .I have seen other people also complaining & when asked for complain book they refused to give it to me.

I request the concern authorities to take an appropriate action against this and do not force me to go to consumer court for filing the case for cheating against Aalianz & Maruti.

    Hi,

    I have put in my car for servicing as there were some damages to it dut to an accident. Its already been weeks and there is no response from any of the people from Maruti Showroom, Asansol branch. Whenever I go there they come up with some or the other reason and now currently they are saying that there are some strike going on and for the same they are not sure as to when they would repair my car. They are not responding to any other options if I am suggesting. And now its almost a month, I have not heard from them and my car is still lying over there as it is.

    Please take some actions so that I would have my car serviced. Below are my details of the car:

      i have given rs.50000 as booking amount on dated 30th april 2009 and remaining rs. four lakh fifty four thousand eight hundread seven on dated 3 may 2009 to M/s HISAR AUTOMOBILES M/s MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED. the manager promised the delievery of maruti swift vdi on 10 may 2009.i have receipts of full payment. but yet we have not got the car for which we have paid till date. we want strict action to be taken agaisnt them and get the product for which we have paid and waited too long.i shall be higly thankful to you if my compliant get solved.

        Dear Sir

        My self Man Singh Chauhan, Faridabad, Haryana. My Brother's Maruti Van (OMINI) bearing no UP92V 3450, got accident in March2009 and we have taken our car to one of your nearest authorised dealer KTL, 96/6, Chunni Ganj Kanpur on 3rd March 2009. But as on date we don't have status of our Car. As and when asked to the dealer reply is same it will take two three day's more, there is some work pending or they are supposed to recieved one part from company which has to be replaced.

        I'm not able to under stand how much time they guys are required to repair my car. Almost four months have been past and the reply is same.

        Above all now they guys are not picking my phones, Even some time picked and they keep me on hold. Each and every time i've to explain the details of my cars and getting no satisfactory reply.

        I have contacted on [protected] with so many peoples, every body is passing the phone and nnot responding properly. Infact we have visited to KTL personally twice. They guys don't know the value of customers.

        I just want to know that how much time a company take to send machinery parts to their dealers. Because every time the answer is same that we have ordered some part to MUL and we have not recived yet.

        Pl confirm me on urgent basis where is the actual delay is it from company part's or from Dealer's end, because we are very much harrased by your unsatisfactory services.

        If this is not company's fault pl take the necessary action againt the Dealer for facing such type of inconvinience.

          engine complaints

          I Have purchased this vehicle during october 2009 and run 20000 kms. last three months iam observing some problem in my vehicle. During long run, at some particular moment the vehicle's pick up is drastically coming down and mass humid white smoke used to come out of the vehicle and gradually the engine used to turn off.After some time -may be 20-30 minutes- the vehicle become ok for drive.           I have given my Maruti Alto car with number DL8CH 9511 Black Alto with Saya Automobiles, GTK road on 21st June'09 .

          They have given the car on 22nd June and says everything is perfect, But i m facing major problems after service .

          I have filed a complaint on 26th june that my car is not running smooth and there is noise coming out from front part of car and front tyres having rattling sound .

          I have shown the same to Saya on 04rth july and they have made me fool by saying air pressure in the tyres is high .They reduced the same and handover me the car by saying now it is perfectly all right .

          Now there is huge sound coming out from engine and front tyres are still bubbling .

          I m fed up with such bad service from saya autombiles .

          Kindly lodge my compaint and do the needful .

            My car met with an accident on 21-June-09. An Innova hit my car's left side as he tried to skip the red light thinking that its 10:30pm and he could..Unfortunately he hit my left back and my tyre rim, tail lights, bumber and the body part above the the tyre..ie the petrol filling cap area was damaged.
            I had bought this car on 31-Dec-08 and hence all damaged parts could be replaced without any additional cost.I called the service station to inform them about the accident and they offered to pick my car as i work monday to friday.They sent a driver on Wednesday, 23-June-09 to pick up my car. They wanted me to submit my original documents with him like orignal insurance papers, driving license, service book and my RC.
            The driver inspected my car, took the documents and went to the service station promising that, since the damage was not much I could get my car back by the weekend..I received a phone call from Okhla service station to verify details and to inform that my insurance claim was submitted the next day.

            Since then I have made several phone calls to the Maruti suzuki allianz Okhla service station only to find out that the car has been sent to Mathura Road Maruti Body shop for parts replacement..No one called me to inform the status. 10 days ago, i managed to get the Maruti Mathura road body shop number and spoke to Rajdev.He said that since the parts of Alto were not available in the storehouse it was taking that long but he promised to return the card within 2 days as the parts just had arrived that day.
            He informed me that the claim amount for the damage was around 14, 000 approx.I told him that the car was due for the 3'rd servicing as well and he said that it won't be problem.I offered to pick up the car but he said that he would deliver the car.

            Its been 10 days now after the last conversation and my car has still not delivered. I spoke to Rajdev yesterday and he apologized and promised agin to send my car positively after the lunch time.
            I came back from work to discover that the car had still not been delivered.
            At this point, I am angry and scared for my car because no one bothers to tell me the status or call to inform the progress. My orignal documents are with them and it scares me that they might miss use my car and my documents..What if they mght have been driving it or causing damage to the engine.
            Please intervene, if possible

              Maruti Swift Dzire Complaints- Delay in delivery

              Three month back I have booked Swift Dzire VXI by giving Rs. 10000 as advance. As told by one of executive Mr. Dinesh Sharma & senior officer Mr. Rakesh Bhardwaj of M/s T.R. Sahni Motors Pvt. Ltd. that we will deliver the car within 15 days. I have booked the car vide R.No. 24171 dated 16/04/2009 & paid chq. No. 956285 dated 11/04/2009 of Syndicate Bank, Dev Nagar, New Delhi, but till now I have not delivered the car. Moreover several times I speak to Mr. Dinesh (executive), Mr. Sharad (senior to Mr. Dinesh) and Mr. Rakesh Bhardwaj (G.M.) of M/s. T.R. Sahni Motors (P) Ltd. but they are simply misguiding and not giving exact date of delivery of car. I once again wants to know the exact date and time for delivery of car and the true reason of delay as Maruti is valued brand in Auto Industry if such type of things happens with genuine customer like me then the image of Maruti will spoil and people will not trust on the commitments made by authorized dealer of Maruti. Hence I request you to take the matter seriously not only for me but for the image of the Company as well.

                Dear Sir,

                I had purchased a SX4 car from popular automobiles on11/05/2009 from trivandrum( Registration No. KL 01 AV 3537) and I had given for first servive to HERCULES AUTOMOBILES . the car where ran only 450 KM at the time of servive.
                After delivery of vehicle by completing service I took the the car to my home, on the way to my home there were smoke coming through the AC wend's and also the engine oil indicator were also blinkering. Suddenly engine stopped and a small murmering sound is coming from engine. When I tried to start the vehicle its not starting. then I pulled the car to car shed and this became a big shame for me as I bought a big car from maruthi after few days people were saw i am pulling my new car.

                when I opened the bonet the entire oil has been spreaded over the engine room and i pulled the oil guage needle the entire oil has been drained out.

                Immediately I called Hercules service center and told the problem happened to my car and they told me they will call back, but even after a long time they didn't called me and I called again, that time they are asking with whom u speaked earlier and there is no complaints registered. After that I contacted again Hercules and they told they had sent two mechanics to my home. After one hour they reached my home at 9 o' clock and told oil filter has been broken due to over tight

                Simultaneously I contacted Mr. Sameer Jain who is responsible for the service in Trivandrum and he adviced me to contacted Mr. Cristopher who is the CEO of Hercules Automobiles and I contacted Mr. Christopher also he told he will took the car on sunday or monday but till noon on monday nobody called me.

                I went to hercules showroom and met CEO and Service Engineer and they accepted it has been there fault and apologised for the same and they told me they will bring the car to the service center and check what had happened but I am not ready to give the car to Hercules again and also I am not ready to take this car, I WANT REPLACEMENT OF CAR.

                I am going to give a case against Hercules Automobiles at CONSUMER COURT tomorrow itself.

                Please go through the issue and I am attached some photos of my car engine room. Please do something as early as possible.

                  I truly appreciate & regard the support extend to us with immediate response of our query. But I would say with extreme disappointment that same is worthless till I get final output. Though I got a call from Vipul Motors, Faridabad when i filed a complaint 2 month ago yet i received same consolation nothing has been finalized.

                  I really wish to understand that if my waiting time for Swift diesel is 3 Months then does it really mean that I would be getting my car delivery on 30th of third month or should I get the same atleast 3 to 4 weeks before last date as a customer delight..…? It has already been 10 weeks.

                  Myself is working with one of your A-class vendor Sanden Vikas which has recently got 3 Awards in various vendor performance categories. I being in Imports deptt, know very well the Maruti Schedule for Swift Diesel (YN4D) for each month. There hasn’t been any unforeseen fluctuation in Swift-D schedule for so long time. If there would have been any kind of serious shortage then definitely Maruti would have done some thing to kill the backlog & achieve the equilibrium. Despite of this, i really wish to know why this dealer is not been able to meet my request before time & waiting for last day of committed waiting time to get me the delivery.

                  I strongly feel that there is lack of transparency in the system. There should be any online system or any other tool for customers to track the status of their booking/ pendency wrt sales etc.
                  So that we could not do the follow up like I have been doing for last three months. This system will reduce the chances for dealer to skip the booking, if any. Atleast, we all can check the status of booking or pendency at any given point of time.

                  I came to know that company has the facility to advise the customer of their status of the booking with the help of aforesaid customer ID & order no. It can be traced online since apparently these are the numbers provided by the company itself & has complete record since the inception to fixation of production bucket to dispatch.

                  Hence, now I would like Maruti people directly to respond my query & ask Vipul Motors, Faridabad to get me my Car delivery immediately. Since if you would ask Vipul Motors, Faridabad to respond my query then there would be the same answer which I know for last three months.

                  I don’t want any response from the dealer except the car delivery as I am not going to entertain any call except the call related to my car delivery.

                  Being on supplier end, you should understand our problems being faced with out a fourwheeler. Everytime, i have to call a Cab whenever i have to go somewhere & pay enormously which i feel company should compensate to me. And in emergency cases, you can imagine the need & heartfelt loss thereafter.

                  I have been a loyal customer to Maruti for long time but now have started thinking to switch my loyalty to other Automobile company since I realize that my situation may not be different & company may not be affected with loss one customer, but I find this level of service completely unacceptable.

                  Hence, would request you to advise me the status of my booking & instruct Vipul Motors, Faridabad to initiate & get me my delivery immediately before i would come to face any emergency case.


                  P.S - Please let me know if Maruti Udyog Limited finds this request unreasonable. I appreciate the time you have taken to read this & earliest action in this regard

                    Hi;

                    My name is Siddhartha Sinha from Delhi and I own a 2004 made Maruti Suzuki WagonR. I have not had any major problems with the car except for the poor servicing that I have been receiving. My car has just run 60, 000 km(s) and on 28th of June, 2 009, it went through a major servicing. Just to inform you that I had these following problems when it went for servicing;
                    a) Clutch- Extremely hard
                    b) Noise from Calipers or Front Brake Shoes
                    c) Bubbling
                    d) Wheel Alignment

                    After the servicing (and I paid a substantial amount for the same), I find the following problems;
                    a) Clutch is still extremely hard with a distinct noise coming out everytime it is depressed.
                    b) Caliper Noise has never subsided, even after telling them repeatedly about it.
                    c) Bubbling is still there, especially when I am cruising at top gear between 60 to 80 km speeds
                    d) Alignment not done properly as the car pulls towards the left.

                    Apart from the above, the auto entry system that I had installed in the car does not work at all after the service. This is not the first time that I am not satisfied with the service provided by this particular Service Centre, it has happened earlier too and I had to revisit them often to take care of problems. Due to non-availability of better service centres close to my residence, I am having o visit this centre again and again.

                    Maruti suzuki/wagon R — Poor sevice at your authorized service centre

                    Dear Sir,
                    I run your Wagon R car last five and half year without any problem.I feel proud of the the car while driving.last month I gave my car for regular service and asked them to change all four tyres and front shock up.

                    But during servicing they kept my car for 8 days at their service centre.They changed following items without my concern

                    All four wheel bearing, Rear seat shockup, Steering column etc.just for making money from spare parts.

                    The steering column what I understand is very critical part and needs very expertise to fit.After servicing within two days the major breakdown happened to my car.The front drive axcil rod lock broken while taking the deep turn.Now again they whant to change my drive rod which cost almost Rs.4000 /-
                    I dont understand who M/s Maruti Ltd can authorized such service centre whos aim is to just make money

                      Dear Mr. narula,

                      This is in continuation to my earlier unacknowledged and unattended complaint of 28/05/2009 lodged with the regional office regarding the faults (Clutch vibrations) in my car (Swift DZire VDI, Regd. No. DL7CH 6637) purchased from Bagga Link Motors on April 28/04/2009. At the time of first free service, the car was not even washed by the Bagga Link workshop and certainly getting the faults rectified was a distant dream. I lodged a stringent complaint with the regional office and after incessant pursuance and innumerable calls to the regional office; Mr. Vijay of Bagga Link Motors attempted some repairs. Apparently the clutch vibrations got diminished but resurfaced after a week (nearly 100 kms. drive). I immediately informed the workshop authorities but all in vain, which is why I had to again lodge a complaint with the regional office.
                      It is shameful on part of Maruti that the complaints lodged with the regional office are closed without being attended. Moreover, each time when regional office[protected] is contacted to know the status of the complaint, a false assurance is given “we will call you after half an hour but that half an hour never comes”.
                      I request you to intervene immediately to resolve the faults, so that I may not be put into further hardship.

                      maruti india — status of service

                      i bought my swift diesel on 12/04/07. Inspite of my repeated complaints that condition of tyre is getting worst nothing was done and instead of 40000. Tyre is gone in 15000 km. There is continuous noise in the car which i have shown in 2 showrooms which they never find out the reason and its getting worst.

                      Maruti Suzuki India — Over charging and excess delay in service provided by Maruti Sales & Service Centre, Delhi

                      My car Zen Lxi model 2002 bearing registration no DL2CV 6556 run only 14700 kms had some problem in driving viz. over heating of engine, stopping in midway, etc.. I, therefore, dropped the car at Maruti Sales & Service (Delhi), Naraina Industrial Area, N Delhi on 07th June 2009 (sunday) for service and necessary repairing, if any. The advisor stated that the coolent and engine oil is been mixing, it may be the problem of head gasket and finally they will inform on wedenesday. On wednesday when I enquired they stated that work is under process and they themself inform the status to me. When I enquired on friday the advisor informed that the vehicle is ready and I can take delivery on saturday after paying the charges. On saturday i.e.13.06.09 I took delivery of car after paying a handsome amount of Rs.11523/- in cash. When I enquired about the charges on higher side paid by me as Retail service and Labour charges, the customer care informed me that the charges are as per norms and I have also been given a discount of Rs.601/-(which also includes free coupons for car washing and 4 wheel balancing given by me to them). Thanks for giving a discount of Rs.200/- approx

                      I, therefore, request yourself to pl enquire about overcharges and excess delay in service provided by you and refund the excess amount paid by me in respect of service. ( I have also enquired from other service centre and Mechanics, other friends. Allof them stated that the charges and time taken are on much higher side.

                      the response from the sales person was that " they dont accept the booking" last week was also the same response and if thy accept booking thy will sell only if v pay permium or tak accessories. y is this ???? i[censored] people dont hav vehicle, y dont u stop the production . this is very bad.

                      I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle from your authorized showroom from A.P.P motors (puducherry). The authorized service engineers at showroom checked this vehicle & then the documents were handedover to me on 08.09.2009...
                      On bringing the vehicle to home i found some starting trouble in tat..but still i managed to be with that for thirty days...then i gave it for first service...the service engineers informed us tat it would be some problem for few days n it will be rectified in within the next service, ...but still i found have some problem with our vehicle..so i gave it for second service...
                      after one day when i went to get back my vehicle...the service engineers informed me vehicle got some serious problem...when i went and saw inside the service room..i found no engine in my vechile...
                      When i asked about my vechile to the service man...there was no any truthful response from them...
                      they didnt allow me to meet the manager also...no response from ur dealer(APP motors, puducherry)..
                      My whole business spoiled due to this... my business depends on my vehicle only...
                      so much lose in my business because o[censored]r dealer's irresponsible reply... i don't know how i'm going to rectify it...i requested u to replace my vechile with new one...or to refund my money back...
                      This is a serious lapse the part of the service center & Engineers at PUDUCHERRY, & it must have caused serious damages in the new brand vehicle

                      As such you are requested to replace this vehicle with another new vehicle at the earliest possible.

                      I have also taken my Vehicle's damaged photos...

                      Patel Motors/ Dzire car — Complaint regarding Washing of Car

                      My Car Maruti DezirKm Service Registration no MP09 CE 2096 has sent for 40000 K.M Service at Patel Motors Indore Dealer of Maruti at thier Workshop. In the evening whem my dirver has gone thier to pick up my car they give him the bill for Rs 8035.00 in which they had charged him Rs 700.00 against the washing charges. My dirver objected on that and told them we had not instrucsted any kind of interior washing and polishing then the concern person replies that we had word with owner of thr car and he had permitted us but the fact is their is no call from their side regading washing of car. They carged wrongly and given the false statment and cheat me for just 700.00 Rs. It definitely give bad impression about such a big company and brand.

                      Respected Sir,

                      As there is no maruti dealer in puducherry at present, i find it difficult to book a new car in puducherry. kindly tel me is there any possibility to open new dealership in puducherry because the Road Transport Authorities are very strict towards registering mauruti cars bought outside puducherry espically from our neighbouring state Tamilnadu. At the sametime the cars books in ABT Maruti cuddalore are taking months together for getting delievered. kindly do the needful in considering my case.

                        I Purchased Maruti Suzuki Ritz on June 5th (Delivery Date) in Cars India, Chennai. I haven't received a Standard Component (Mud Flaps) till date. This is so bad. Even the same problem exists for Ritz accessories. None of the officially released accessories are available in any dealer shop. Maruti Suzuki, are you sleeping?
                        Even I am facing the same problem. I wonder what is so complicated in manufacturing a part like Mud flap !!
                        I purchased Ritz on the 1st of August. The complaint still holds good. Very true. No mats, no rear parcel tray, no security systems. No steering grip (and, the steering wheel badly needs one!).
                        What in the world are they doing ?

                        While driving on the highway at a speed of 75-85 Kmph / 2100 rpm, I noticed continuous jerks and vibrations which shakes the whole body and causes a lot of discomfort and headache while driving. These vibrations stop when the care touches the speed of 90Kmph or above

                          Sub: Noise in rear wheel bearings


                          Dear Sir,

                          Please refer to the above. The vehicle was purchased from Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd., 19, Shivaji Marg, Najafgarh Road, New Delhi-110015 under 1 year manufacturer warranty & a two year extended warranty scheme on 20th Mar 2007. The car has been repeatedly sent to the dealer’s workshop for replacement of rear drum wheel bearings which had become very noisy. The dealer claims to have replaced the bearings on two occasions but the fault has still not been rectified. It appears that the dealer has been cleaning the bearings & re-fitting them else the problem should not re-occur so frequently. They are even charging labour for replacement which otherwise should have been done FOC.

                          We request you to kindly call for the service history of the vehicle from the said dealer & look into the matter. The car has logged around 56000 kms.

                            I want to share my experience about changing pattern of behavior and attitude of staff and customer services at MSSD Naraina. Our family has 4 different Maruti Models which have always been serviced at MSSD .On 11th July I had given my Wagon R for routine annual service along with renewal of insurance( Job No.0384500) . I had to call the Service station twice at 5.15 P.M.(Promised timings were 5 P.M.) to check readiness as I had not recd. any SMS. I was told to come at 6.30 P.M. On reaching I had to literally ask everybody about status of readiness. Nobody was interested as they busy closing their day and reception people had left. I was curtly told that it was Mr. Sarkar who would know. When I asked his mobile number I was told that neither did they have it nor there was any use as his mobile was switched off.( Clearly conflicting statements) I had no option but to go around the whole complex looking for the gentleman. I couldn't. I came back to the Front Desk and confronted the uncooperative gentleman about his discourteous approach. Seeing no redressal, I shouted asking the reasons and that I would put in a complaint, asking his credentials, since he was not carrying any name plate. He scribbled his name as S.K. Sikka, a fair plump aged around 25 yrs. with glasses. He commented that he was working as CASUAL and was FRUSTATED . I wonder why such people are made to sit at Front Desk to malign a company which is spending a major chunk of earning for customer satisfaction.
                            This incidence was brought to the knowledge of Mr. Sarkar for necessary action
                            Next jolt was that at the time of payment I was told that I had to pay Rs 13025/- as cash as Credit card facility was closed. Fortunately I was carrying my Cheque book and I paid thru cheque.
                            Another jolt I was told that since Mr. Rajiv had left Insurance cheque could not be accepted.

                            You will find it unpalatable but I would like that such incidences are investigated so that image of company is not tarnished by few undesirable elements.

                            My next car ( DL 9 C K 6089) insurance and annual service is due in August 09 would like an action taken report against this complaint before that so that I could go with little ease next time.

                            I agree with Dr Dang's experience. Even i also experienced similar non courteous, irresponsible attitude of front desk staff at MSSD Naraina. I got my car(Swift-DL9CM 2602) serviced at naraina MSSD centre in Sept 09, at the time of booking, i requested them(FRONTDESK staff) to change my mobile/address information in their billing software as it'll only become easier for them to contact me(their customer) for sending SMS alerts or any other details at my contact information. But to my surprise when i called 'em in Dec 09 for booking a service slot for my car, i get to know that the gentleman to whom i requested for record update didn't bother to update the system with my updated mobile number/address. Though this is a small incidence but the commitment of the team is clearly evident.
                            Hope someone wake up to all these alarms at MSSD Naraina.
                            I am not agree, MSSD, Naraina staff is very cooperative, This kind of incedent may an exception.
                            It is quite often being a customer we lost our patience easily.
                            Some time we should keep ourself on others place to understand his limitations.
                            I don't have such type experience with MSSD Naraina. I feel that may be work pressure or lack of skill, Mechanical staff is not applying adequate expertise during during vehicle servicing.

                            I got serviced my car from MSSD- Naraina in July-11 .
                            It was 2nd service and had reported few complaints by me in my Wagon-R CNG Modal ( DL-9C/ AB 2668).
                            After come back i faced same repeated complaints in my vehicle..

                            I made a call to service centre to short out the problems, service team had come and solve. But after 3 ~ 4 same problems noticed by me...
                            Now i am waiting for 3rd service, at that time i will report all repeated complaints again.

                            Now i will expect from MSSD team to take positively my complaints.

                              Sir,
                              Prompt after sales service is a key to customer satisfaction and building goodwill of the company.
                              But, I would like to draw your attention towards my case. A Maruti Suzuki Ritz, model VXi was booked on 26th May 2009 and delivered to me on 15th June 2009 with a promise by the distributor of providing accessories like matting, seat cover, mud flap with in 2-3 days.
                              As of now, the promise is not yet fulfilled till date. All attempt have been made from my side, like visiting distributor place 10 times, calling customer care 3-4 times, On the other hand the distributor is pressing me for servicing of the car, since one month which have been driven just 280 KM because of non availability of requisite accessories.
                              All this is providing me a mental tension and feeling wastage of my money as I am unable to use the vehicle without accessories, Sir I request you to take some action within a week or else I will report this matter to the consumer forum and in media.

                              I had taken delivery of your Ritz VDI on 20/7/'09. The chassis no : 113040 & engine no:1247848. The car no is KL-13 T 5929.This has done 1000 kms and had taken for service to your dealer Har Cars at Kannur. The dealer selling code is K-101.
                              This car has rattling problems in the front two doors and also inside the dash, about this I had informed the problem to the works manager and then to the supervisor too. The works manageris least bothered to hear or at least see which car or a pleasing behaviour etc.Till now it has not been rectified. Washing the car also is hopeless. I am very sorry to say is this way you give the service to the customers.This dealer is having very bad reputation here in this town.
                              I went to this dealer because the sales executive Mr. Arun Suresh had been very polite and very helpful to me.I came from Skoda to this car only because of him.
                              I want to take action to dealer, works manager and the concerned staff, also the problem to be rectified.I had not also got the warrnety book too . They say it is out of stock. Do respond please.

                                have purchased maruti swift car purchased from Chittosho Motors, Mohali) on[protected], which met with and accident while going to Amritsar on pilgrimage with 6 members of my family including my 40 days old baby resulting in major accident so to the car apparantly because of malfunctioning of the front tyres. I requested the Maruti attend to my following observations 1. Both the front tyres got deflated without any apparent reasons resulting in hitting the road divider and the car turned topsi turvy twice and landed on the other side of the divider. 2. Providentially the family suffered minor physical problems making it difficult for 3 members of the family even to move properly. 3. The car had run about 300 kms and was on its first trip outside Mohali. The entire episode is very disappointing and disheartening for me and my family. Prayer : As brand new car has got damaged leaving a great trauma and phychological and emotional setback it is but natural for us to request you to replace the car at companies cost as the car as there was definately manufcturing defect/parts in the car. My Car Number is : PB65D (T) 5702. So far no action taken by the agency and Maruti Udyog. No action has been taken by the agency and Maruti Regional office so far.

                                Still my questions not responded by the Agency and Maruti :

                                1. Why new tubeless tyres got deflated before hitting the divider, whereas there was no obstacle in between.
                                2. All the site photographs shared and they are clear evidence that there was problem with the tyres but agency and maruti didnt take any action.

                                  Dear Concern,

                                  This is in reference to the Maruti Suzuki Car Model Alto LXi bought by me from Apra Auto Ltd. 3 months ago. In reference to the same I would like to bring to your kind notice that its window glass of the back seat was broken itself when car was being driven from Sonepat to Rohtak. At the time when this incident took place my father was sitting along the same seat and all the glasses scattered and feel down inside the car and upon him. It could have been a major accident if he had not been alert and rescued himself and shifted on other side where my sister was sitting. He also had minor scratches on his body and got insane at the time of incident.

                                  After I came to know, I also felt very bad. I strongly feel that Manufacturer should take the responsibility of this incident and harassment our family had gone through during this incident and at least compensate us by paying amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs. Also this kind of incident should not happen again with any other customer and people feel safe while driving the cars of these highly esteemed companies

                                    ATTENTION MARUTHI OWNER BEFORE GOING FOR SERVICING AT THE KPF PRIVATE LIMITED

                                    THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THE SHOW ROOM FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE CHEATERS THEY CLAIM THE AMOUNT WITH OUT PUTTTING THE PARTS.

                                    I had taken the maruthi swift (vxi) KA 02 MB 2715 for checkup on 03/07/09. The service engineer told that it is having some problem we have to check it. On 4th they told that the repair cost about Rs.2200/-
                                    that some HIGH TENTION CORD HAS GONE we have to replace is it will be ready by noon. In the after noon i collected the vehicle and gone back. I checked in the envening the replaced parts but to my surprise the replaced part was not found. Next day morning I went to the dealer I asked which is the part you had replaced and where is dameged part. He showed the part that he has replaced.
                                    But actully they have not replaced that part by seeing itself any body can tell that it is old one not the new one. They told that part that they have not replaced the part. After enquiring the same they told that they have replaced orther chort that doesn't have the part No. so, we have billed the amount in with different part name.

                                      I have purchased the Maruti Zen Estilo Car Sports Model in Feb 2009 from Sai Service Station, Lower Parel, Mumbai in the name of Ragini Kumari.They have issued the Registration Book ( RC Book) in the name of Ragini Kumari but the model of the Vehicle is wrongly mentioned as Zen Estilo Lxi.I have pointed out the mistake at that time but after repeated attempts and repeat calls to Sai Service Station, Lower Parel in Mumbai from where i have purchased the Vehicle they have not rectified the error.Almost 4 months have gone and i have complained several times but they have done nothing regarding my complaints.
                                      Therefore please look into this matter because they are harrasing me mentally for the past 4 months.I want compensation regarding this harrasement
