[Resolved]  Maruti True Value — Santro Xing sold to Maruti True Value outlet of Competent Automobiles (C.P.) not transferred till 9 months

Hi,

I am really really harassed by the Maruti Dealer COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES having thier office at 21, Shivaji Marg, New Delhi, Delhi. Person dealing with me is Arvind (I guess from their CP Branch). I bought a brand new RITZ and exchanged old Santro Car. The Santro was handed over to them in the month of April 2012.

Recently we got a challan and then, we got to know that the vehicle was not transfered. Since then we are chasing the parties. But the vehicle still is in our name.
