[Resolved]  Maruti Udhyog Ltd. — Bad Service by Authorised Service Centre

Hi,

I had given my car for service and repairs at Maruti's Authorised Service Station named "Auto Tech Engineers" located at 20-24, Matiala Village, Sector-3, Dwarka, New Delhi-75 and was given an invoice no. 003941 dt. 25/03/05 for Rs. 2810.76p.

I am terribly disappointed with the service that was provided as 30% of the work that I had requested was not done and I got lame excuses for the same. Extra work was completed which I did not request and I was expected to pay for the same.

It is alarming to note how Maruti authorises their service centers when they are incapable of handling the responsibility. I, for one, am very disappinted and dis-illusioned with the response I got and am also very sure that the next car I buy shall not be a Maruti Suzuki.

I had approached for service of my car at Maruti's Authorized Service Station named "A.M . Motors" located at Payyanangadi, East Bazar, Tirur -676101, Kerala on 18th Nov 2013.I am terribly surprised and disappointed with the information received from them that the service history is wrongly mentioned as 125, 000 Kilometers to the actual mileage which is 60, 088 Kilometers. I have asked them to verify this mistake by checking on to my car mileage, however they have insulted me by telling that this is reversed by me manually.

Finally I have requested them to check the database and was found that the Car No. KL 55 B 8055, Swift VDI, (My Car) was wrongly entered of Car No. KL 55 B 3055, Swift VDI. There was a mistaking in entering 3055 instead of 8055. Please be informed that the mileage of my car is presently showing as 125, 000 Km as per the service database history because of the above mistake. It is alarming to note, how Maruti authorizes their service centers when they are incapable of handling the responsibility and am very disappointed and dis-illusioned with the response I have faced.

Hence I humbly request you to do the needful to arrange correcting my car mileage to 60, 088 Kms instead of 125, 000 Kms. Attached is an apologize letter I have obtained from AM Motors sating that it is mistake from their side for your immediate review.

My intent of this letter is to raise a formal complaint on "A.M . Motors" located at Payyanangadi, East Bazar, Tirur -676101, Kerala and I hope to receive a positive response at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I have read your complaint which suggest a genuine & general grievance faced day-to-day by the ordinary consumers of automobiles. If you seriously wish to persue with such for redressal, you may get a lawyer's notice for their inability to handle and afford to service which should be free from deception & deficiency and if not satisfied, then file a consumer complaint before district consumer forum. In all this exercise, I further advise, do carry out a your cost & benefit analysis.

maruti 800 ac — poor job by maruti authorised service station

dear sir/madam
i own a maruti 800 which met with a minor accident . i took the car to the nearest authorised service station in patna
" city auto". i was told that minor scratches on the bonnet and the door can not be painted and the whole door and bonnet needs painting and denting .i agreed but to my dismay after 3 days when i took the delivery of the veichle i found the painting done was of very poor quality some areas where even rough.on my insistence they only wiped it with piece of cloth and applied
some polish but the shine smoothness was missing, either the paint was not of good quality of adequate amount has not been used to give it original touch.i want to know how can the company allow such service stations to carry the tag of authorised service station and cheat the consumers.please look into the matter and do the needful

Maruti 800 — poor service by authorised centre

i own a maruti 800 which met with an accident the bonet, door and fender was damaged .the veichle was given to CITY AUTO service station which is a autorised maruti service station for denting and painting . but the type of painting done was awful. some painted surfaces were even rough forget about shine and quality. does company allows such service stations to carry the tag of autorised service station and cheat the consumers. please look into the matter and do the need ful.

Problem- there is a prblm in the gear box since i purchased the car.. thr has also been an prblm in its mileage(average is low). nither the service stations are responding.. i want a new car instead of this.

Maruti 800 — Worst service in authorized maruti service station

I found the brake is very hard & AC does not work properly before I sent my vehicle to first service. I told to the person about the complaints, he did note it. But I don’t feel any changes in brake as well as AC after the first service.

maruti suzuki esteem-lx — front left door sticky in full closed

To, Manufacturing Unit-Maruti Suzuki India,

I bought a maruti esteem-lx from Tinsukia Dealer on 03/08/2007.I have found the car as very satifactory but all the times I stuck with my left side front glass, which has manufacturing defective of sticky and hard opening in left front glass.I am calling it as manufacturing defective as the problem was persisting from the very begining of procurement.However the problem was intimated to dealer and subsequently to Maruti Delhi Office through Email.Similarly service personnel from dealer's had attended the problem twice or thrice or more.Like recently, in the month of Aug'08, I went for paid servicing wherein all the glasses were checked and adjusted very smoothly.But within one week or more the same problem arises and I am really very upset of this problem, especially during heavy rainy, the left side front glass donot fully closed.Now I donot prefer to rush to dealer again and again, as had been experienced several times.I donot blame dealer also, being the problem was send from manufacturing unit.Lastly if something remains-then that is little hope of total replacement by new door with glass without charging extra cost.I once again request maruti, the largest car manufacturers of India to devote to such mistake during manufacturing. problem- i have facing the problem of pick-up and gear box(back gear) in my car since the date of purchase of this car. No service station can respond my problem. i m very dissatisfied with maruti vehicals and your authorised service station of Rohan Motor Ghaziabad. kindly requested to you that take necessary action and solve my above problems.
It is true that the Maruti appointed BIG Dealers like DD Motors but they are not able to provide the After Sales Service.

I bought a Wagon R and in the recent on 21st July, 2008 I sent my car for servicing with a humming sound at Left Front Wheel and after service they informed me that it required to change the front axle; suspension; cluth plates; bearing; etc. and for that I paid a huge amount of Rs. 26, 000/= but of on use and since then I complaint to them again and again and now almost all sunday i have to visit them but they still not able to rectify the same.

The Service station is situated at DD Motors, Pira Gari, New Delhi, recent visits are on 07th September; and 30th August; 2008.

During my visit to them on 07th September, 2008 their works Manager assured me to personal take up the matter, but when i reached their at 10.30 AM, he met me only once and after that the mechanic take up the vehicle in Workshop and kept their standing and no one is attending on it and it is only when i shouted they start checking the vehicle around 12.00 noon and after that there person told me that i need to pay for the replacement of bearing in the right front wheel and when i aruged that they have already charged during the service of the car, they changed it without takeing any money.

But I told them that i do not want to come again for the same problem, but till date the same problem persists and on that when i serviced the web side for approching or getting the email of Maruti Udyog Limited, there is no email address and on thiere Delhi contact number and Gurgaon Plant Contact number no one is there to pick the phone.

I NEED YOUR HELP NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO AT THIS SITUATION AND HOW I SHOULD GET MY VEHICLE OKAY AND TO WHOM I WRITE.

i have facing the problem of gear box(1st&2nd gear) in my car since the date of purchase (17/08/08)of this car from satyam motors, bhopal.i serviced my car at prem motors, gwalior for the same than again when i was coming from gwalior to bhopal on dated 26th oct08.that time also i was facing problem in 2nd gear.than i went to satyam motors, bhopal.service station gm told me, your car gear box was broken due to small stone. i am also seen, this type of problem first time in my life.than i spoke to your maruti service engineer mr. kishore for the same.he also told me he will repair my car.i m very dissatisfied with maruti vehicals and your authorised service station of stayam motors, bhopal because maruti service engineer& servics centre satyam motors's gm told this not a company mistake nor youe mistake than who will responsible for this issues. kindly requested to you that take necessary action and solve my above problems.i want to replace my car or atleast gear box.i spoken to other automobile enginer regarding same metter, this is manufacturing falt.waitining for your reply soon.

Maruti/ WAGON - R LX — Bad Service by Authorised Maruti Dealer

This is in regard to paid service carried out on 31 Oct 2008 by Seva Automotive Pvt. Ltd. The Full Address is - Plot No 34/3, Kachimet, Amravati road, Wadi, Nagpur-440023.

The service engineer charged an amount of 1, 337.00 for servicing, and wheel balancing. After I received the car, the car was dirty at most of the places and no efforts had been made to clean it, which being the basic task of the servicing. The place is 20 KM from my house and pl don't expect me to go back there to show them this piece of dirt.

I am disappointed with the service and I do want a compensation for that.

Maruti 800 — service by lovely auto

My car was under routine service car no. PB 08 7633 with lovely autos Jalandhar.

This dealer service deptt. is very poor. Two days after when I received the vehicle its driver seat was lying flat and I had to return the car.

This is Bank's vehicle and I suggested that I can pay by Banker cheque.

The dealer insisted that I pay cash. I kept the cash waiting but at 06.30 hrs the vehicle was returned without repairing the seat.

The seat was broken by their people during servicing. I will have to pay around Rs. 600 and get the vehicle serviced from outside.

The vehicle was purchased from them and I wanted to continue with them. But in all the services they created problems. So I will have to discontinue.

I demand refund of Rs. 600 from them for breaking the seat.

I also request them to tone up the service levels.

iam a indane gas coustmer with dwarka filling station and my consumer no is dg13633 ihave booked for a refill on 5th nov they replied that tey will distribute with in three days but after five days imade a call then they replied it will be dilvered 1or 2 days again i called them on 15 novmber they informed me that your number is not rigistered buy now only it will be dilvered after two weeks iam explain the agency my problem personaly but they are not ready to hear any thing and thry are dealing coustmer very bad way my connection is one year old and i rgisterred 3times only sir please check how many time our number is registered in a year

Wagon-R LX — Service of Dealar

I am purchase wagon R - LX Car(UP-16 S 5769) on Mar-2008. in Rohan Motar Greater Noida.I am Dealing regarding Car Mr.Ashish(Exe). In March 2008 to Till time i have Comminucate many time for Car Registration Paper but till now he not provide a car registration paper.every time he say after three days, Four days.
I am also pay car full payment(1.35Lack cash & 2Lach Finance by ICICI Bank).
I am also communicate by telephone their manager but no bady given a proper response.

- No pickup, (pick was good before service)
- Horn Speaker is not blowing (Both speaker was in good condition before service)
- Sony Stearo is not working (Working fine before service)
- Clatch Plate is replaced with another car.
- Elinment is not done as promised. Tyres are moving to bad shape.

I gave my car in very good condition for service amazingly I have been returned a damaged car that I would like to disown.

I have already submitted a complaint and I understand that the dealer cum service station will try to fix the issue. In case there is no response from the dealer you can expect mails running to many higher officials.

I have paid worth Rs 1703 for service but condition of my car is worth than before.

My intent of this letter is to convey my "true value" feedback to Maruti so that they can try stopping the brand damage caused due to service personals in the supply chain.

Maruti 800 — poor service ( painting)

Already filed a complaint against popular vehicles Elamakkara Kochi on last week. The complaint was poor painting work done on my vehicle and my inconvinience to bring back the vehicle again from my home (which is around 75 km away).There is no response from your side, im deeply sad to realise this.

Maruthi Suzuki Alto — Bad service want to rectify the problem

I am residing in coimbatore and am professinal in the same area. I was purchased Maruthi Alto on jan 2006 in coimbatore Tamilnadu (TN 37 AP 1199). After Free Service and Extented Service they are not responding. On my last 3 Services i have Complained them a same problem. That is front shake absorber Making noice During Metal Roads some times in Good roads, The Vibration From bottom of the car is coming from absorber or from steering box. but i explained them where the noice is coming and they also felt it. but in service they not yet find the problem and correct it. the service centre is Ambal Auto Agencies. Coimbatore. SaibabaColony Branch. I ready to pay for it but no bodies are eligible for rectify the problem in mentioned maruthi suzuki service centre. plese guide me to rectify my problem. T U.

SATYAM MOTORS — NON PAYMENT OF SALARY

I HAVE WORKED AS A CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER FOR M/S. SATYAM MOTORS AND HAVE LEFT MY JOB SINCE THE 15TH DECEMBER 2008.
I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY REQUESTING FOR CLEARANCE OF MY DUE SALARY AND THREE SECURITY CHEQUES (BLANK) ISSUED 2 IN OCTOBER & 1 IN NOVEMBER 2008.

I HAVE ALSO SPOKEN TO THE MSIL AREA MANAGER ON THIS REGARD AND HE HAS ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL SPEAK TO THE DEALER ON THIS.

PLEASE HELP INSTILL FAIRPLAY AND GET MY DUES RELEASED.
